    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare Still not resolved. Getting only 30–40 Mbps on a 100 Mbps JioAirFiber plan despite repeated complaints. Service request SR000038NAP7 was reopened but no improvement so far. If this continues, I’ll be forced to disconnect. Very disappointing service. @DoT_India @TRAI

    @JioCare Internet down since 16 June. Multiple complaints raised (MR0001RA126B, SR000038QPFH, SR000038V411)but no resolution yet. Technician keeps giving commitments but neither visits nor responds to calls. Today is 19 June and the issue remains unresolved #JioFiber #PoorService
