  @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I took a jio fiber plan of 30mbps and got 1.8 Mbps. Connected to one Mr. Roshan from customer care. When I asked the reason for slow connection, his response was "Even if I tell the reason, your internet speed won't get better." Strange!!

  We are using jio enterprise service ..@JioCare m nt getting response as I cannot make calls.. and paid 52000 bills no service complaint no ES000000DF69. @TRAI

  @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer care. Not even bother to reply my Grievances more than one month. Atleast other service providers have little courtesy to resolve my problem.

  @reliancejio i am using jio network. network is too low customer executive is not solve my problem I am raised complaints last three months plz improve ur network. Plz don't tell to public jio is high-speed network.

  @reliancejio @JioCare My jio sim was from Kolkata circle. I am presently staying in Gujarat. My sim damaged. But in service centre outstation sim not available for more than one month. As this mobile number was very important for me, I don't want to change it.

  @JioCare I already mentioned that I am not able to make outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls. If sometimes they get connected either voice is not clear or calls are getting dropped. And if you still want to connect you may call 9431305564, if you can with your best ever network.
