    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare Highly impressed with ur incompetent team! Even the replies are not real time but template based. If I ask to discontinue the service you say the payment will lapse, while taking no cognizance of my loss since 3 days. Will you provide compensation for it @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hi @reliancejio ,@JioCare , i was using postpaid sim a while ago but i was not satisfied with the network coverage so i changed it back to prepaid but now i am struggling to get back my security deposit refund, when i call your customer care there is no straightoption- 8700387842

    @JioCare @JioCare Sudhanshu it's been noted since 96 hrs.. I need a service resumption not sympathy I hope your organization understood, else I have a lot of sympathy to give rather than subscription charges.. All in all it's a pathetic customer experience if that counts as feedback.

    @JioCare Using 5G but getting worst speed (2.8 Mbps download & 0.07 Mbps upload). Calls not connecting properly and customer care is only AI, no real support. This is unacceptable. Kindly take immediate action. #Jio #5G #PoorService

    @JioCare Why same repeated, irrelevant replies 9th time 2day that too without going through my matter. Why don’t you inform that who will handle issue of abusing by your 2 callers Rakesh & Neha of Prayagraj but instead of informing it you are asking for irrelevant informations.

    Hi @reliancejio, I applied for relocation of JioFiber, visit was scheduled for 25 April 2026. However neither anyone came for relocation nor any call received Whenever I am calling customer care, it says visit scheduled already thank you and call gets disconnected Seeking help
