    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    Trying to get a relocation service for @reliancejio is truly a test of patience. I have called @JioCare 10 times. I put a relocation request on Sunday for Monday. I still don't have internet nor has any technician called. Every call, I'm told they'll be here in an hour.

    @reliancejio how many days should one wait to get the Wi-Fi connection fixed ? It’s been 4 days and it keeps saying there is an outage but no one else has an issue where I live !!! This is just poor service and pathetic communication interface as it’s going in a loop

    @JioCare Day-7, I hope and expect that today the internet will be resolved and if not then I don't want Jio Air Fiber further, and from tomorrow I will bother you for the refund. Hope you will find the reason to provide proper service to restore the internet.

    @JioCare Complaint already raised, but there is still no improvement. Poor network, frequent call drops, and very slow internet in Gopalpur, Nala, Jamtara (815355). Please resolve this issue permanently. #Jio #NetworkIssue
