    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    This is something really disturbing, from last 3 days the network is pathetic which we haven't faced before. The entire area seems like network shutdown after having jio tower in 100 mtrs from my residence. Really disappointed, plz do something @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio The worst service ever by the so called @reliancejio with 3bar network coverage and 12kbps speed .. In room no network at all and takes 349/month as recharge. Filthyjio

    @JioCare I need refund ASAP this is never ending resolution bouncing arnd support and escalation dept lts BS I need this 2 b resolved tonight with fund transfer in acct. I have done everything 2 make sure I get my refund is this the way 2 treat me? I have 2 beg? I NEED MY FUND

    @JioCare This is to escalate an issue with scheduling of the JioFibre service which has been unsuccessful for last 3 days and caused trouble to my aged parents. The service has been denied by the person and the rescheduling option is not available on the app -showing “on hold”.

    No help from @JioCare . No one is coming to pick up the router and set top box. They had taken 1500 rs initially but now they are not refunding this. Pathetic service from Jio

    @JioCare Jio claims to be India's fastest 5G network, but the 5G service in Kharagpur, Jaunpur (PIN 222203), Uttar Pradesh is extremely poor. Frequent switching between 4G and 5G, very slow internet speeds, and unstable connectivity. Kindly investigate and improve the network.

    @JioCare Same templated response I have got more than 10 times since yesterday that technician is coming in 30 mins & but no one comes up. #harassment tactics to push a customer. With so many escalations in last 14 days atleast from your end i expect one call if jio believed in #ethics
