    Hello @JioCare how are you ? Still worthless like your employees ? Aww fire your J&K team first as its impossible to get to them, I have jio router issue and thrice your call center disconnected me. Also the "Chatbot" kill it ASAP, its frustrating.

    My Jio-Fiber (+91-1203535634) is not working from past 2 days, no one from customer support is picking up call nor any efforts have been made to rectify the issue by @JioCare. Its unfortunate to experience this from such a big name.
