    Jio Fiber is really a joke. We surely need to have a better alternative in the matter. Raise a complaint and you are given the time of attendance after two days. How can such a poor service company be trusted @JioCare @jio_fiber @_MukeshAmbani

    The technician numbers you give on the messages provided are not answering the calls. Last ticket was raised for 3rd July and its 6th and the internet issue is still not solved. No one visited the palce to even check. I think its time to shift to @reliancejio

    @JioCare is ABSOLUTELY useless, I have been on call with their customer support over 7 times within 24 hours and yet they fail to provide any solution. There has been no internet service since Friday, I scheduled an appointment for saturday there has been NO IMPROVEMENT since.
