  @JioCare @jagograhakjago Needed extension only after restoring not some after 30 days . As renewal is due soon . This regular from jio outages for several days . Last time also no extension given for outage for days by jio What if renew and again there outage for 30days

  @JioCare 1/2"System limitation" cannot be an excuse for 6 days of inaction. If your systems cannot assign an engineer for nearly a week, that's @reliancejio's failure—not the customer's problem. I've paid for an annual plan. Jio has taken my money but failed to provide the service.
