    Booked Jio AirFiber almost 1 year ago. Payment done, but no installation and still no refund. Only false assurances from support. This is unacceptable. Either provide service immediately or process full refund. @JioCare @reliancejio Please take this seriously.

    @JioCare I have done this thing and all you will do is troubleshoot using your chatbot(useless) service and relay everything is fine…get 2g speed in 5g …will soon switch the network

    @JioCare @reliancejio We would like to say that, we are facing poor network at our region. Pin- 722203, chhandar,beliatore, bankura. We are facing this poor network from one month. We are not seen any possibility to make it correct. So it's my heartiest request to you to look
