    @JioCare Service Request no SR00003FNBPT JioFiber has been down since 2 PM. Engineer visited but left without fixing it, saying it’ll be fixed tomorrow. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.

    Good move @ViCustomerCare with new branding. People are now fed up with poor or below poor network quality of @airtelindia and @reliancejio I am willing to pay a better competitive price if you are promising upgrades to network. Also let’s challenge the home internet space

    @JioCare During the installation, your engineer himself informed me that there was a problem with the modem/router and assured me that the issue would be rectified by the Jio technical team within the next 24 hours. However, after leaving my premises, he never returned and has also
