@JioCare I've asked at least 3 times to your social media team to let me know the process to disconnect my connection. I knew the service was horrible, what I did not know was that even customer care is this pathetic.

@JioCare Thanks @JioCare for your quick reply. As i have mentioned in previous tweet, i have already ported my 2 numbers to jio. Now again i don't have any choice except to port out as Airtel can't resolve 4g speed issue. So i will also port this number to jio.

Dear @JioCare and @BSNLCorporate , can you explain me or if possible fix the problem that there is no interest and call coverage range in my area after rain two day ago ? Other networks are working fine except Jio and BSNL.

@JioCare Okay got it. But what internet speed. I was recharged of 251 rupees where I got 50 GB & after a month 30 GB data still I had. Really internet speed is worst rather than Airtel, VI. Do you have any solution, I think no. Last 3 years I am facing. Sort out asap. @reliancejio

@reliancejio, we have a bad network situation in our place because of the new tower in our region, we are facing internet and calls issue, people are not able get their ration food and also not able todo their work as they heavily depend on jio internet,fix it or turn off tower

@JioCare Jio service delivery guys are really arrogant and rude….these people have really taken Jio’s success into their heads..May be you don’t need any more customers, hence this kind of attitude…but mind you no one is permanent in the business if you behave like this..
