    @JioCare New fiber connection installed on 29/05/26 from yesterday VOIP land line has stopped working,also cannot register through jio join app,error -"connect to jio fiber wifi" which I am already connected,Also frequent router restart prob .Please solve the problem

    @JioCare Iam living in District HQ only 5 mints away from your regd office for the district and yet my complaint regarding non functioning of JIO Fiber No 01702 796370 not getting addressed since 48 yrs @2 days !! Bad state of affairs !! Try to intervene !!

    @JioCare When would it be installed? And your local agent told me that he will cancel my request and initiate the refund process in seven days and my doubt is why do you take 7days to process the refund when you are immediately charging upfront ? Twist is I didn't request cancellation

    @JioCare I am without internet since about 10 days. Pl note, call center refused to register complaint, chat bot and emails give standard reply of self diagnostics which is not resolving internet outage therefore I am giving internet outage information here.

    @JioCare I purchased a Jio prepaid SIM at Srinagar Airport on 23 Nov 2025. I traveled to Nagpur, Maharashtra in December, and since then the SIM has been showing 0 signal bars and is not connecting to any network. Kindly check if this SIM can be activated or used outside J&K

    @JioCare It's been 6 days now and nobody showed up. No calls, no replies to emails. Such a pathetic service. Kindly arrange a call from your jio fiber service agent or else refund me my money as i don't want your services. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare my rural location does not support jio air fibre despite good internet connectivity from jio. Is there something that can work out on your end
