    Hey @airtelindia, Charged a ₹100+ late fee for just 1 time delay! Highly disappointed with this customer service. I have been a loyal customer, but if this unfair penalty is not waived off immediately, I am porting out my connection to @JioCare today itself. Fix this ASAP!

    @JioHotstar @Hotstar_Help @JioCare My JioHotstar trial plan (90daysTrial_JioHotstar) is ACTIVE on my Jio number, but the Hotstar app is still showing inactive and asking to buy a plan. Email support is very slow. Please manually sync and activate my account urgently!

    @JioCare not even 3 days for my new connection and its already not working. Can’t find a way to reach a human or cancel my connection. If it doesn’t work today please disconnect the service. I am more than happy to go back to Airtel

    Dear @JioCare, residents of Khaigarh, Raha, Assam (PIN 782103) have been facing extremely poor network for years. During every 15-60 minute power cut, the mobile signal disappears completely and Jio AirFiber shows "Connected without internet" @TRAI

    @JioCare Smita, any update on SR00003BM2X1 you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months SR were created but no resolution no refund it's adding more stress on the top of my existing for it terminated fiber🙏
