    @JioCare Booked a port to Jio via online mode, completed payment & self KYC on 18 April. It’s 23 April now no update on delivery. Tried calling support multiple times, but it’s just endless "please wait" followed by disconnections or vague assurances. Really disappointing.

    @JioCare You are best at making excuse by escalating the issue daily in the morning and by the end of the day end up doing nothing. This is a case of sheer negligence which is testing my patience and maybe now it’s time to take legal action against you @JioCare

    @JioCare Since installation, the internet remains non-functional for 20–25 days every month and landline is still not activated. Today, your engineer said the issue is due to “auto network switching with no available solution.This is unacceptable as I am paying but unable to use service.

    Hi @JioCare, I am a Jio Payments Bank customer. All UPI payments are failing with “You have exhausted your transaction limits – RE068”. I waited 24 hours, still same. Your helpline has no human agent option. Please fix this.
