    @JioCare When there is one day delay then it is disconnected and when one day service is not provided then will jio provide extra one day

    @JioCare Hello. My service request number is SR000018JC14. Not resolved yet. What is the SLA? If not resolved in 24 hrs do you extend validity. Engineer visit was scheduled at 9:00 am on 26th. Then I got a message to my surprise that I have requested rescheduled, which I had not.
