    @reliancejio your services are most pathetic then anything else. The Internet connectivity has been worst since the very beginning here. Have complained to CC centres, to twitter handle, been years but no improvement at all till date. Just looting our money @TRAI #Jiodown

    @reliancejio @JioCare Due to floods the network tower has been shut down, it should be started. I'm from Kothia, which is close to Jhanjharpur.

    @GangadiaKhushi @JioCare @Gaurav07081 Yes true. Better to get a sim and then decide which is good for you. I moved from Voda to Airtel after 10 yrs. but whenever I escalated to them abt speed issue it was addressed. Though now sitting and doing WFH one is always on wifi

    @reliancejio I tried to connect with your support no and the person who installed the wifi but didn't get any response now my trial is ended and I asked for the refund then you're saying no refund.

    Hey @JioCare your network is total waste, it takes more than 15 mins to upload 1 mb document, and more than 5 mins to download those Your network is bullshit in my area, take this complaint seriously, and make improvements
