    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been over a month this whole area is facing such terrible low speed Internet. When are you going to fix it???? People are already starting to switch to @reliancejio. You would lose over a 1000 customer if not fixed ASAP.

    I contacted to the @JioCare through calling them. One of their advisor was having a bad day I guess, he disconnected my call in the middle. Another one was not having any proper information about the resolution to my issue. Neither she was having access to my interaction history.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I also need compensation for the losses i have faced just because of delay in your service. My connection was scheduled to be installed on 30th & today is 5th and still no contact from the installation team. Heights of unprofessionalism, didn’t expect this

    @JioCare No I want a real technician visiting. Secondly I want to know why the connection is slow and why is it breaking up so often. It's pathetically patchy. Please monitor it from your end. I'm not using VPN.

    @JioCare Refund of Rs. 2500.00 has been initiated for cancellation of JioFiber Order Number NO0000H67XOW. The refund amount will reflect in your Mobile Wallet account within 10 working days…this is the solution of wait!!! Accepting money and then cancelling commection after 15days
