    @reliancejio Jio has been just looting people without providing the promised services. Your 4G works worst than the 2G services from other brands. Hundreds of complaints but get the same scripted answer each and every time, we are upgrading network in your area. #Jiodown @TRAI @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio Everyday 6pm to 10pm experiencing very slow internet connection. Speed i get only 50-150 kbps. I have raised complaint so many times but didn't get any resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare the service request is back to "Assigning an engineer" status. This is repeatedly happening, assigning an engineer on raising complaint and then unassigning on the next day. How is this acceptable? Please assign an engineer to visit today.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Fraud company and fraud executive They make me do payment on 4th June 2026 for new connection with promise it will be installed same day , but its 7th June no installation done and executive not picking up my call worst service i want my money back
