    @reliancejio @JioCare Due to floods the network tower has been shut down, it should be started. I'm from Kothia, which is close to Jhanjharpur.

    @reliancejio @JioCare For continuous 1 hr calling with one of my Jio user, we are only able to say Hello Hello and then call gets disconnected. nothing more than that. Your customer care executive always come up with old ghisa pita dialogue we are working on it sir. it will takes 180 days

    @JioCare I am trying to get a connection from last 1 and half year jio h2box installed 40 MTR away from my home. But local jio service provider always deny to give connection

    @reliancejio They are busy with Online calls they will attend after their all Online connection will finish. Every month my connection is down for 2-3 days... I have a Railware connection, their service is far better than yours... @TRAI Pls look into this....
