@JioCare @reliancejio I am leaving at Sajod (zip code -393020) And I wanted to complain about the network quality.The network quality is very poor from past 15-20 days that we can't even excess internet. Even we are unable yo sand whatsapp massage. Do the needful for the same.

@JioCare Stuuned with your resolution team. They closed the incident without any message or information to me. Just for cheking, raised a new connection request and booking team was ready to complete it in one day. As soon as I asked for relocation, he told no sir it would take 15-20 days

@JioCare there is no option anywhere in the app to raise a ticket if facing internet issue(jio fibre). Live agents are never available. Facing connectivity issue and WFH is hampered. Horrible experience
