I have been complaining to customer care since May-22 but no action till now. u r talking abt 5G..First provide gud 4G network in all areas & then provide 5G. The speed is not the same as before. Internet runs very slow. How good was the service 2 years ago. I am very much shocked. And for sure I port again to Airtel.

Ravi G (@ravigadani) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Following up on the same Service request no. SR00002NIBD4 It has been further 24 hours. Total 48 hours (2days) still the status is the same. No engineer visit. No resolution. Nobody picks up the phone from registered mobile number. As I posted on X yesterday, I got a call from Jio Social Media team about 05.30pm yesterday (19th August 2026), assuring me of the highest priority in resolving my issue. Alas, nothing happened. It is approx. 08.00am (48 hours after raising the service request, 2 full days) and no resolution and no communication from Jio in any manner on any platform. I call again today with mobile number that is not registered with my JioFibre connection, so as to talk to a human, and I do get to talk. Only to get another phony assurance that the request will be escalated. The customer rep who I talked with today, was kind enough and did try to connect me with her higher authority, but it was to no avail. She tried twice, but the ‘senior’ did not connect. I think they now know that this is the second number from which the same person is calling. Dear jio, can I expect any resolution or at least a word about what is really happening?
