    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Who cancelled my JioFiber installation order without my consent? I never requested cancellation. I paid 3 months’ advance, waited over 2-3 weeks, and your technician confirmed installation today. Instead, the order was cancelled without informing me. Who authorized this?

    @JioCare And he couldn't do anything as it was the network problem in the nearby jio tower. I donno what the hell is going on in that tower. In the middle of the day they just turn off the switch. Are u planning to do anything about it @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm having this problem with all of my devices and I'm not receiving any and at all speed since past one month and you guys instead of checking this and taking proper actions, giving me explanations on internet..I mean what the hell what have I subscribed to

    @JioCare Habiba thanks for writing you were 1st person whom I explained my refund issue 2.5+ month back & still waiting. Pls get this issue closed in couple days. At times I feel like you guys ain't so sure also of resolution that's y not confident to give me no. of days

    @JioCare If you can see that service request is already raised than you should also check Due date of resolution which was 30th July. It's almost 1.5 months and my issue is not resolved. Your intention is to cheat and earn money by not providing services.

    @JioCare Just let me know, on what basis this SR is marked resolved, nobody even called me. Is this how your engineers providing resolution. Don't tell me what to do next provide a reason.
