    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    Do not ever use Jio for business. Worst service. Our mobile lines are down for 2 weeks but no help. Pure incompetence. Huge business interruption but noone @ Jio cares. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My sim card services are very very poor. I have raised a complaint many times regarding this and no one has responded. Customer service is very poor. I will change my connection to another service provider if it is continuing like this.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare our here under District-Gopalganj, block-Bhore, Pin-841426, Bihar Your network is working very less, even calling data usage is not being done properly, do some work to solve this problem
