    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Every new agent asks for my JioFiber ID, RMN, and the same details again. Do you even read previous DMs? Stop repeating the same process and resolve the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago If my reimbursement request is still pending, why was the full bill generated? Shouldn't the grievance be resolved before billing the customer?

    @reliancejio @JioCare despite having active plan of 448, my outgoing and data wasn't working and sms too. And i recharged 2 other plans still not resolved and customer care is ******. I have no option to port to @airtelindia after this was resolved. Such a pathetic service.

    Yes from 3rd showing in process but still not resolved Hence Query Raised Where is your technician? Also your call center team is irritated regarding your service If it is not installed then from tomorrow my family will not be available at the location How to relocate @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi the connectivity is still the same and no changes The data is very slow and the latency is very high I cannot even use the daily data Let me know if I need to raise another complaint
