    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @reliancejio Hello..I have the worst expercience of jio fiber i was charged 1500 rs no connection has been done till date .first it was scheduled for 13-02-2021 and it rescheduled 6-02-2021 1to3 pm 7-02-2021 12to3pm then 7pm 8-0202021 11 am still waiting for jio executive .

    @Airtel_Presence Yes @airtelindia tried to reach but it’s your network so can’t connect even u ask for other contact no that mean u know other network are better then your and I m facing the issue at multiple location soo soon will port to @reliancejio

    @JioCare here is the award for the worst service ever. I have placed 4 complaints in the last week for low speed on a 300MBPs plan & you have showed it as resolved each time without even checking it. What is the use of a service which does not exist? #JioWorstCare

    @JioCare is it possible to use @SonyLIV subscription which part of Jiofiber plan in the web app? When i login to sonyliv with same mobile number as Jiofiber it says no active subscription, on Jio app it shows subscription is active.

    @JioCare @jkneeds jio don't have enough spectrum for large data usage, it will slow down further, #Port2Vi vodafoneidea good 4G in India, good call quality, better coverage, more importantly you can call customer care of Vi directly and raise your concern.#PortInVodafone
