    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Your entire system is corrupt as there us no way to connect to customer service executive. Everything is automated & doesn't cater to customer's specific need. The internet is disrupted from ur end by last 24 hra & today when supposedly services are restored yet no internet

    @JioCare @reliancejio A customer should never have to wait over a week for a paid internet service to be restored. My JioFiber connection is still inactive despite repeated escalations & missed commitments. Promises without action are not customer support. @JioCare (1/2)

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, I also have another 5G Android phone with a Jio SIM, but it still gets only a 4G network. In fact, no mobile phone in our village receives a 5G network because only a small 4G tower is installed here. You can confirm this with your local authority; they will tell u

    I don't get a 5G signal even though my phone supports 5G. I only receive a 4G signal, so I don't get the unlimited 5G data and am limited to just 2 GB per day. It's really disappointing and frustrating. Please help me resolve this issue. @reliancejio @JioCare
