    @JioCare I tried everything thing. Finally, I stopped using my Jio number. I will never recharge my plan got expired. since last 6 month, I am not getting network at my home. due to this no calls no internet. i have complaints several time but no solution provided. @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fiber connection is down for the past 1hour, I'm facing issues in my professional life due to this. Your My Jio app isn't helpful. I'm not at all pleased, I was told that this will never get disconnected but within 2 months this **** happened.

    @JioCare The problem is that it has been over a year and now the past 3 months it has gotten worse. I dont think Jio is interested in improving because it should not be taking so much time. Assuming they are working then it will take forever which i dont have the time.

    @JioCare If my connection not transferred as your executive said previously I will escalate the issue to your higher level.. then I will go to consumer forum.. I want my connection transfer. I will not invest again 2000 rs for new connection..
