    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare It will never resolve because your complete system is fraud. Services are flop, technician do not visit and close the complaint, Company policy doesn't issues refund and instead befools the customers. No services and no refund.

    Reminder-3 : You given time 10days for solve regarding internet slow speed issues but ended 10days completed no any improvement regarding my complaint issues...my No. 7504268626, it all about fraud to customer @JioCare @reliancejio

    This is totally ridiculous even there is no support team is present in jio I don't want your service before installation I am facing such problems after Installation whom I will contact and I don't need it @reliancejio @JioCare please refund my money
