    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Your company is so shameless that they don't even regret losing a customer. I will make sure to make aware about this bad service in my circle & their circles too. Even your Maharashtra Appellate is also useless. Now I want my balance subscription & Relocation Charges back.

    Very disappointed with the service from @JioCare @reliancejio at our new office. From day one, we’ve been facing continuous internet issues despite multiple complaints and follow-ups.Our work, client meetings, and communication are getting affected due to the poor support.

    @ccg33k @reliancejio Hey Akash, So it is not Rs 349 per month. It is just recharge with a plan with service validity that costs Rs 349 or more :)

    @JioCare @JioCare Internet issues for many days and still high billing. My ₹599+GST plan became ₹1100+. Very poor experience with Jio. Thinking to switch to Airtel.

    Dear Jio, Customer support se contact karna almost impossible ho gaya hai. Customer care number properly kaam nahi karta, aur X/Twitter par bar bar “send private message” bola jata hai, lekin private message bhi send nahi hota.Har mahine ₹349 recharge karta hoon. #Jio #jiocare
