    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @Sumathi86582126 @Airtel_Presence Am still having the issue.. There is no proper customer care number, i tried a lot and sent mail to them no response. If there is no response i change my number @JioCare network.

    @JioCare Internet is only working when there's 4g+ whenever it switches back to 4g there's no internet called customer support no resolution was given he said teams are working issue will be resolved shortly when asked for when no answer was there

    @JioCare Hi Purnima I am told this only since 3 days continuously and again here you r saying this only. But nobody is giving me solution If you want then i will surely go through legal process now.

    @djMBAetce Fake ads and promises, what's the use if you are not getting value for money! suggest port to Jio @Jiocare Go for Jio, best network in town, check with @Jiocare they can help you with the process

    @reliancejio @JioCare Engineer never came and I have received a mail that an engineer have visited your place and your query has been solved. I don’t know what kind of service is been provided by Jio. Very disappointing service from @reliancejio
