    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Need help. My JioFiber includes Individual YouTube Premium. My 13-year-old son is in my Google Family, so Google only lets me upgrade to YouTube Premium Family. But Jio won't let me cancel or delink the bundled Premium. Please help.

    (1/6)@reliancejio My @JioCare fiber connection has been disconnecting 3-4 times a DAY, every day, for the past month. Each outage lasts 20-30 mins. This is a thread on how badly this has been handled. PS - AI used to write it better

    @reliancejio @JioCare from last 7 days internet is not working and 3 times complain raised #3BDUL1 no proper response from #jio no resolution as of now. I have not installed it for showcase it was my mistake to choose #bloody_jio. I should not recharge it for next 90 days.

    @JioCare The engineer seriously do not know how to fix just comes and turn the Wifi and leave. You guys need 03 weeks to fix the issue? Wow what a service. You know the managers himself do not pick the calls.
