@JioCare Since my internet wasn't working the engineers visited today and the moment they entered the house they are so rude and unprofessional. One of them said " Agar jyada jldi h to koi aur network lgalo customer care valo ka to kaam h kehna ki aaj engineer visit krega..."

@JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI being customer have to recharge per #4G plans but whn complain about data/internet speed got response coverage at rural place is limited thn should hv diff recharge plan for rural place why should bare cost or get full coverage at rural place too
