And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

Ditto problem with @JioCare. Network down, register complaint on app, they measure speed on app, it clearly shows speed down to 1/20th of what it should be… but they respond saying everything is fine.

@JioCare Sir I am sorry to say that I am hearing this kind of commitment since 14.11.2021 but there is no resolution. Kindly spare some time and go through my attachment which is self explicit. The jio store at Balurghat is closing my request without solving my problem.

Suffering from bad network at my village.Have provided my own land for Jio Tower.When the tower was new we didn't suffer any bad network issues, but now from the last three months we can't even talk properly.Technicians are lazy and can't resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence Pincode - 517102 - There is no signal since today morning. It sucks a lot. @JioCare signal is awesome. It means they have better infrastructure than you. This is not a kind of infrastructure expected from India's biggest service provider.
