    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    Raised 20+ complaints about poor internet speed, but zero response from @JioCare. Paying for full speed but getting unusable connectivity. Resolve this in 24-48 hrs or I'm escalating to National Consumer Helpline & CPGRAMS. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare This is very clear case of mandatorily asking Aadhar card as the only document to procure a Jio SIM card. Why does your system/app doesn’t support other proof of address/identity for SIM card ? How come can you madate Aadhar to procure a SIM card ?

    I've lost my sim card , replacement charge is rs 50 but the store person can't take it online ,any issue or the sim is free and company additional charge of rs 50. @JioCare

    @UIDAI Am really appalled by the attitude of @reliancejio for their pedestrian service & for having ppl to make new customer & giving least preference for existing users as they are trapped. Will port away from them alongwith my family & will never opt for Jio. Utterly poor service.

    @JioCare i placed an order for jiohome on 7th aug, with order id NO0001F288LU, the person assigned is not taking calls,no response from your team,no way to escalate this or get a resolution, paid amonut in full but no assistance or resolution yet,pathetic service by you

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioAirFiber relocation request has been unnecessarily delayed. Despite raising the request, there has been no proper resolution or clear update on the status. Please look into this urgently and complete the relocation at the earliest. #JioAirFiber #Jio
