    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Faizan i believe no telecom service provider except JIO put a connection on suspension for breaching the due date by 1 day, that too for cx who never defaulted the payment during entire relationship with Jio. U lost my faith in JIO i will go back to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence 36 hours and still no resolution and help from airtel, no call no feedback. I still cannot make calls time to port to @JioCare they call as soon as i notify them and are ready to help.

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital why there is Deduction in my data when I haven't use it , a lot of complaint like this in market if you are doing this forgery @DoT_India please look into this. No proper support provided for query resolution.
