And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

Day 0 of complaint raised with Jio on JioFiber connection going dead — SR00001ANA1S. Was assured it will be solved by 7pm yesterday by assigning service engineer. Did not happen. Then was assured it will be solved by 8pm. Did not happen. @JioCare

@JioCare @jiocare Till yesterday the call used to be made in one go from Jio. Yesterday I got a call from customer care in which I told that the problem has been fixed. But from this morning again the problem is coming in calling from Jio. The call itself gets disconnected. #jio
