    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare I cleared my Jio Family Postpaid bill yesterday, but all family numbers are still disconnected. Since yesterday, your team has only been saying “15 minutes”, yet it’s been over 24 hours with no resolution. This is unacceptable. Please restore all numbers immediately.

    @JioCare There is no option to call Or reschedule . Twice engineer were assigned and no one bothered to show up. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @JioCare The local team has submitted the request to top management. We request senior engineering leadership to APPROVE this tower setup on priority! Please share the formal Service Request (SR) number created by the local inspection team for this new tower requirement.2/2 @JioCare

    @JioCare The situation became even more confusing. The Jio app said my service stopped because my data was exhausted, yet I was advised to pay the bill to restore the connection. Those are two completely different explanations.
