And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@JioCare Hi! The jio fiber has been down since 4-5 days at IC Colony, Borivali West, Mumbai. It’s quite frustrating that there is no proper response from the call centre too. Kindly look into it.

@JioCare Third class service support. Why should you take 24 hours to resolve "no internet" issue on JioFibre? My broadband is dead for 2-3 days & u take at least 24 hours to resolve the issue. Will u discount these 2-3 days from charging against my recharge?

@JioCare on and average, every hour i am getting system msg of service impacted and to be resolve in 2 hrs time. is this we expect from fiber ? i think mobile data is better and economical than fiber. are you there to revert ?

@JioCare @forum_consumer I have given details so many times. Everytime one new person mail or tweet & ask the issue again & again. Jio has kept my security deposit & its almost 3 months passed. #stoplootingcustomer

@JioCare Very Very pathetic customer support & service. We had installed Jio Fibre on 20th May 2022..since last 7 days internet service is not working. We have been chasing the call centre & service engineer.
