    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare @JioCare , @reliancejio I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my disconnection request is being handled. If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment. Please stop delaying the process and disconnect my Jio service immediately. I do not want an engineer visit or further troubleshooting. Just process my disconnection request and confirm it.     .@reliancejio mere JioFiber connection ki download speed normal aa rahi hai, lekin audio calling aur video calling ke time bahut zyada buffering aur connectivity issue ho raha hai. Calls properly connect nahi ho pa rahi hain aur baar-baar lag/buffering ho rahi hai. @JioCare

    @JioCare What type of absurd questions is this ? MY INTERNET IS NOT WORKING INSIDE MY HOUSE. FORGET 5G NOT EVEN 4G IS WORKING. And you are just passing time not helping. Literally message you this exact problem 2 times already.
