And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@JioCare recharged 3 bar kiya.fir bhi outgoing service band he .costmer care se bhi koi solution nhi nikla.esi service ke karn hi reliance jio band ho jayega.

@JioCare Still not solve the problem at the location I have done my recharge for 1 year in Jio but due bad service and network and Internet I need to refund my amount as soon as possible I will port my jio number in Airtel.
