    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @hari8769989915 @reliancejio Their service keeps getting worse every day. That is the main reason I stopped using their broadband service. Even after discontinuing it, they never collected their devices or refunded my security deposit. I submitted a request, but they marked it as resolved without any action.

    @JioCare Still problem remains same. 4G network is coming in 5G phone. Network and and the applications are still not working properly till now.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, I recharged my Jio number with the ₹629 plan, which includes access to JioHotstar, but I still have not received the benefit. I have been continuously raising complaints for the last 30 days, yet no resolution has been provided.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Its has been more than 48 hours the internet service is down and no concrete solution has been provided nor any TAT has been provided by you guys. You guys are such a fraud company. Taking customer for granted.
