    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Done my address And since two days completely no internet service in my area, I'm not going to recharge soon but many more waiting for network,so better to fix it.

    @shanus444 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @Suhelseth @reliancejio @reliancejio is a mess. They are yet to rectify internet even after 15 days and one has to call daily wasting 20 mts. And then they will close the case w/o doing anything. We will have to start all over again They simply refuse to replace router which is the problem
