    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Hi sir/miss the network of jio is horrible in dimapur special here in Greenwood school kuda village because of this, on-line classes is very difficult... Please help🙏🙏🙏🙏😭 students here are suffering.. Airtel is a bit better than jio as I recently port airtel to jio.

    @JioCare I want to know only one thing that if I'm living in a rural location its my mistake?..I also paying the same amount for recharges whts a urban guy pay but i never receive a good speed from jio .

    @reliancejio amazon prime subscription , voot subscription not working after taking 999 plan , pathetic service. Fed up with jio fibre.

    @JioCare i was complained many times on many platforms but not a single step taking by jio team. I think jio even not care about its customers because a single customer will not effect the empire of jio ..I am nothing for them.
