    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio Agar is complaint ka satisfactory resolution nahi diya gaya, to main ek customer hone ke naate apne legal rights aur consumer rights ko protect karne ke liye is matter ko higher authority/appropriate consumer grievance forum tak forward karne ke liye majboor hounga. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very pathetic service... No store near 110033 Delhi.. Reached GTB Nagar store . But they mentioned server not working... So much hassle in AI times for just changing esim to normal sim... Why this can't be done online using my jio app or some other way

    @JioCare I called customer care. They have raised yet another ticket with number SR00003DX8RF without resolving the last one. Unfortubately, I will have to cancel my port to JIO and also report to Gujarat Appellate and CPGRAMS.

    @trramesh @JioCare #Jio don’t care about customers. Worst customer experience. My experience with Jio is very bad. I am thinking of returning to @BSNLCorporate. BSNL has good customer support.

    @reliancejio I want explanation on this language enforcement on me by jio people @TRAI @JioCare customer care person is forcing me to speak in Hindi even he can speak english dn neither he is transferring call to manager or supervisor

    Day 7...still no solution, same situation. Last recharge in jio SIM. No more jio user. Vaade 5G k, network 1G, 2G se bhi ghatiya. @JioCare @reliancejio
