    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio What is wrong with your services? My home wifi is down for which is raised the request and seected the time 5-6 , it got rescheduled to 1-2 , so i then rescheduled from my side to 5-6 then again you guys rescheduled it to 1-2 ?

    No one is helping to resolve my issue. I've called multiple times and multiple messages but no one care about this. Jio is like a big company and their team is doing nothing for a customer who is very stressed because of he can't do office work. @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare's service in Asansol. I had a scheduled appointment, the engineer never showed up and no one bothered to communicate this. Leaving customers waiting with 0 updates is total harassment. Please look into this immediately.#JioCare #PoorService
