@JioCare @reliancejio Two complaints ready registered and closed.. Please note that I am so frustrated that I might not allow ur engineer inside my house as after coming they make a sad face and say they can’t do anything. I am not here to see ur engineers face.. they are not SRK.. fix the problem.

@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!
