And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@reliancejio If you want money without working, take a plate and go to the railway station and sit beside the beggers, You should not play with us. The recharge plan has been increased but jio network is slow. If this problem is stayable, you should extend the plan expiray date.

@JioCare I have recently converted my jio sim into e sim where after converting into esim the services became very worst. Most of the times incoming calls are not coming saying user is out of coverage and Internet is too worst. Thinking of switching to airtel.
