    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    Highly disappointed. @reliancejio @JioCare no response yet. Frustrated. Your app, your customer care, both exit at complaint booking. Waste of time. Waste of money. No one is ready to solve the issue. Pathetic. Time to shift it seems.

    @JioCare The network issue in our area has still not been resolved. Kindly arrange to fix it as soon as possible. The Jio tower has been out of service, and hundreds of customers are facing serious inconvenience. All of us have recharged with 5G plans, but we only receive a 4G network.

    @JioCare Jio can't schedule an engineer to fix my internet cable. The automated service says they can't schedule visit for technical reasons. Will Jio automatically schedule an appointment when one become technically available or do I need to call ad infinitum? Thanks in advance.

    Jio 5G network signal in the Mavdi Plot area of Rajkot, Gujarat; even when the signal does appear, the internet speed is poor. I only get a 4G network, or I have to switch to 4G mode to use the internet. find a solution for this, @JioCare @reliancejio
