And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

Hey @JioCare . I'm trying to relocate Jio Fiber connection, but there's no proper support/direction in your MyJio app. The new location is just 2 blocks away and it says not available. Been trying to contact customer care number, but it's all automated, no option to speak

@JioCare My WhatsApp video calling not connect and other some websites not open online game very lag because your internet problem only my number .And any other person call me but not showing me . And calling voice quality very poor.This issue with me only other numbers good

@tataplayfiber registered ticket to change router since 15th February, Internet connection is down from so many days! No proper solution from customer care. Cutting the call while customer is talking 👏🏻 Great Service @tataplayfiber! I guess it’s time to switch to @reliancejio!

@JioCare I have been using Jio sim since 9-10yrs. As soon as the 5g network was launched in Delhi I was provided 5g network, therefore I purchased 5g handset but 5g network was gone. Finally I have changed the sim too but no use. Can 5g be provided again plz? From ur old subs....
