    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @Airtel_Presence I am on a annual plan to get service like this,where multiple engineer visits have been done,so many calls to engineer and support teams to get feedback from you guys in a harsh tone If this was @reliancejio I wouldn't have heard something lile this.

    @JioCare I am trying to relocate my JIO FIBER from past 6 days. some how my document Verification is being rejected thrice. I had submitted the same document while registering and taking the connection at first place. the customer care and local JIO Store is not helping either

    Unfortunate that jio is not able to provide network connectivity in gurgoan (122002) it's hampering my productivity at my work or might have to change the service provider. It's has been 2 months and still not getting gd network and internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Big issue of network at Bad sahaj bahal, Po-Jagalpat, Ps-Gaisilet, Dist-Bargarh, Odisha. Many users join with reliance jio & acquire about 3 km distance network of kathaumal. So we tried since last 2017. Plz solve this problem otherwise we'll perforce to close sim🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing network fluctuating issue already I have enough network coverage but after every 10 minutes network signal totally lost I've tried to contact to local Jio network engineer but he is not answering my call #jiodown #worstjio

    @JioCare @JioCare: Sent DM as you have suggested. Past Jio DM responses provided no solution to my connection problem in June 2021. Had to discontinue JioFiber. Let me know how I can get a service person to check out my Jio connection and modem. I would like to get reconnected.
