@reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

@JioCare , I'm facing internet issues since this past week. I've raised a request to replace my router 6 months back, and just a technician came and said replacement is done in rare cases. Can you guys please send in a technician and replace this old router with a new one?

@JioCare I have DM’d the details. I don’t have hope of resolution. Your WhatsApp support did not give solution nor voice support- they just fix appointment for next 2-3 days later which can be fixed within 24 hours

@JioCare .. The jio fiber services installed at my place is not working since thurs 16 Jun.. Have raised the issue twice and have only received service request no but no resolution since last 3 days and there is only postponement of visit by engineer.
