@reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

@JioCare How much time do you want? Neelam.. it's 22nd days of my 1st request and after 8-9th time of rescheduling of un-installation.. Still you want time. Don't you think that this issue should be raised in front of your higher authority/official so that actual work will come in picture

I had requested @reliancejio @JioCare #jiodigitallife to resolve the broken #JIOfiber connection on 4th June 2022 but the issue is still not resolved. And the worst thing is my complaint is getting resolved officially on application but no engineer has ever visited the place.

@JioCare This is not a case with one number, with every Jio no. we are facing same issue in Patna, I checked with my friends also. Now it's ON & OFF with very slow speed.

@JioCare PFA the screenshot.Recharge is done & is reflecting in my Jio app too.However,the number is still Not active.Infact Jio network is kot available within the list while trying to select the network manually.Who will refund the number of days I am losing out on my plan.Resolve asap

I am really not satisfied with @JioCare and jio fibre, it was a best broadbank network a while ago but now it is really worst and @JioCare is also not responding. They suddenly stopped my services without giving me any notice and when i am calling @JioCare they are not picking up
