    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @JioCare hi i stop my jio fiber service 15th june..your member collect router and all material with cancel cheaque photo.. Still I do not have my deposit refund..Service Request number SR000011DCCF has been logged.. Kind of this notification mail I received.

    @JioCare Hello Jiocare, i had recently ported to jio to enjoy family plan from competitor through one of your store.however its been 15 days but still, secondary mobile numbers are not added. I had been i contact with store executives repeatedly still im not getting any help.

    @JioCare What happened, no one is authorise yo give tocken number for complaint, only big talks? Not your fault even I tried to get tokens fir one yrs, then one sim in dustbin, another waiting for pack to get over

    @reliancejio I and my family are regular users of your network and other benefacries. But whenever I visit my village Chhatauna [848134] in Samastipur,Bihar I have to face severe network issues and I couldn't continue #WFH from village. People talk very badly for Jio and services

    @TheOfficialSBI This is regarding complaint number 33591666. You are saying ," Your order has been successfully processed to your merchant.." And merchant @reliancejio saying we have not got any recharge request. In between this my 555 rs gone missing.@JioCare

    Hey jio I waited for jio fiber for long time. But still can't get jio fiber. Meri gali m wire lgane ke bad ab 1 month hone wala h or muje book krte krte 2 months hone wale h,but still i can't receive a single message & call from jio. Plz do something @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is only reply I am getting from days. Your employees in Nagpur keep in passing the matter to one another. Kabhi iska no. Kabhi uska no. No one in Nagpur is ready to solve this problem. Pathetic service.
