    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @JioCare I hvae been repeatedly trying to reach your customer care team to send the engineer's number. Last time, when I booked a service request, the guy did nit show up and had no idea that a service was booked. I had to talk to you via Twitter.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmba Very poor voice quality and throughput in my village. Raised this concern earlier but got solution only from stats not on real group. Coverage gap at highway.

    @JioCare pathetic service by you guys. Its been two days since my Jio fiber is down and now engineer has visited till now. The schedule visit was for yesterday 9:00 and today 9:00 but no one visited!! Pathetic service!!

    @JioCare Can this number be activated again if I submit all the details once again? I am facing a lot of big problems. This number I have given at all places like banks, passport, aadhar, Cowin vaccination centres etc. Suddenly you have de-activated the number.

    JIO fiber down since last 34 hrs now at Veera Desai. Andheri W. Getting only SMS for delayed uptime. NO information on the issue. NO number for customer service person connect for raising service request. Only default automated IVR responses. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
