    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It's the third day and internet is still not working. No service engineer has called me yet. No one has visited our housing society. ACT doesn't even care about its customers. I want to escalate this issue to the highest authority. Moving to @reliancejio Fibre.

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service in ddun..New installation is rescheduled twice already.for payment associate came immediately but for installation they are just rescheduling.please have a look Order Number NO0000IHBHX5..

    @JioCare The jio mobile signal became weaker than previous. Earlier signal is having 2 to 3 bars but now only 1bar is available. So please confirm why the signal got deteriorated now, and when it will be restored to normal?

    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio you have the most pathetic customer service I have came across. The shifting of my broadband was scheduled for last Saturday but it has been a week. You remind us of old age govt. telephone company. Even they were slightly better.
