  @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

  @reliancejio You really have the worst customer care support. Been trying to get a new Fiber connection in Bangalore and even after full payment, no Installation and even worse, no support system to address our grievance. Just the worst!. @JM_Scindia @JioCare

  @reliancejio m extremely frustrated wth the net issues that keep happening every month. Despite repeatedly contacting Jio Customer Care, thy dont even raise a complaint whn we request one. Instead, we keep hearing the same excuses-our teamis working on it,it will be resolved,etc

  @reliancejio Hello, I lost my jio SIM. Your local outlet could not provide a replacement SIM. They say that data i.e DOB not matching as per aadhar. Perhaps, wrong data has been fed as the sim was procured at the time of JIO launch. Can you provide solution as it is linked with
