    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @reliancejio U offer buy 1 get 1 recharge bcoz u know service won't work neither paid one nor free one. network sucksss no internet service. complaint many times but no one bothers to resolve bcoz companies earning are well enough

    @reliancejio, received call from +919330857530 asking to update the KYC. Please advice whether the said number is jio customer care or not as he had asked to download on software for remote view and asking for recharge.

    The same problem again. Poor service @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio No speed, no customer care, worst service as soon as the payment is made. Less than 10 Mbps on a 150 Mbps plan.

    .. their center is off from more than a month now. So employee called me told me to travel to another city and check if they can activate😡🤬. Pathetic service from @reliancejio @JioCare. Also since I haven't used my number from a month I will not pay my bill for this month.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network speed is very poor at present area. Had chat with customer care but still the issue is not resolved? Sometime no signal no data service...! Can you plz do the needful..! Area - Galimpur-Salempur-Amarpur Banka Bihar, 813101.
