  @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio same here. 2 locations, advance was deeucted and never refunded. And they put a note to be hostile towards us and next agent also will just dismiss. I have 4 airfibers and 5 postpaid mobile. Cancelled and moved to Airtel and arvance security paid towards security deposit vanished

  @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

  @JioCare The installer physically took the device back due to a technical mismatch and never returned!I have NO device & NO internet for 14days,Every complaint I open (like SR00003F6C4L) is auto closed without a fix or refund. Fix probelem or process my refund immediately. #ConsumerCourt
