@reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

@JioCare @reliancejio internet speed is extremely poor. Spoke to a support executive & she told that as per instructions from Indian government Internet services are suspended in Mumbai and Gujrat for a specific customers. @PMOIndia Jio has put the blame squarely on you..

@reliancejio @JioCare Possibly the worst customer care service ever. All queries are sent to the app which has no way to resolve issues. No phone number to reach out to and the customer is left hanging with no support whatsoever despite various attempts. Pathetic! #JioFiber

@JioCare @SurbhitKumar7 I am also facing many issues with jio.... I am not able to use jio network after evening in Bhangar, south 24 pgs, West Bengal.... This is high time we suffer from the issue .. please look into this matter otherwise we port our sim with any other network

@reliancejio @JioCare great service you provided. Raised the cancellation request, Even after I raised escalation tickets, none of your service technicians contacted me. please know that I will not recommend Jio to my colleagues/relatives/friends in the future. #JioFiber
