Suryanshu Nayak (@suryanshu_nayak) reported@JioCare I even decided not to pay for a service I wasn't receiving, but Jio forced me to recharge because without an active plan I couldn't even reschedule the appointment. It's been 3 days since the recharge and I'm still sitting without internet.

And you say the here is good coverage in this location.

I submitted the application on 6th june but still the update is " not processed yet" grievance n. 9237940 @jagograhakjago can you please tell me why its not processed?
