    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @JioCare 5G is available in my area but i am not able to connect to that network will it work after recharge? If possible the pls arrange a call to get discuss about 5G.

    @JioCare Yes, Maaz. This is a recent issue which started about 3 months back and Jio has failed to provide a viable solution. Ironically, one of the pioneer of 5G services in India is failing to provide even 2G service in a tier 1 metro. Absolutely dismal.

    SMS dtd 22/9 - Dear Customer, "Refund of your JioFiber connection has been successfully credited to your bank account on 19-09-2022. Applicable Installation Charges refund, if any, will be processed within 3-4 working days in same account. @reliancejio @JioCare no refund still ?
