    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    Worse experience ever on any service provider @reliancejio @JioCare after continuous complaints from last 2 months. Now i m literally fed up of there fake assurance.I can even state that 10 years back 3G were better, not able to send even a whatsapp text such a pathetic condition

    @reliancejio I am very disappointed with the internet services provided by you people. I have paid more than 700Rs for the plan and still I am experiencing very terrible speeds. I can't even open the Ookla site for speed test. I also reached out to customer care; issue persists.

    @JioCare team jio i am fed up of chating and mailing to customer care just to update my address. Your executive has updated my partial address and need to complete it. But chat executive saying mail it and after mailing got response update via chat...which one is correct....?

    @reliancejio I think one should never do a mistake to buy jio sim in life. worst internet speed. Only time pass customer support. Image of company is as poor in mind of customers that can not be explained.

    @JioCare very poor service by jio store and jio customer care i had replaced my sim yesterday till now i didn't get network in my phone visited multiple store but thet are not able to help me please assist me to change service provider
