Divesh (@diveshwadhwaa) reported@airtelindia @reliancejio Both your customer support, stores and appellate are useless. I ported my sim from jio to airtel. Jio says sim has been disconnected and airtel says it is still in jio. No one is taking responsibility and just passing it to the other. It has been 7 days

ANIL (@ANIL_BRAROO) reported@JioCare Dear Mr. Mukesh Ambani, My Jio AirFiber has been giving continuous trouble. I was promised 30 Mbps, but for the last 5–7 days I'm getting only 1 Mbps (minimum) to 5.6 Mbps (maximum). I raised Service Request SR0003D9OG3 on 05/08/2026, but no one has bothered to follow up or resolve the issue. Is this the customer service standard of Reliance—sell the product, collect the money, and then forget the customer? This kind of indifference reflects arrogance and a complete disregard for customer trust. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved immediately. #JioAirFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience

Ghanshyam Mishra (@SituMishra5) reportedWhat’s happening with Jio’s network in Noida Sector 19? The coverage has become so poor that even a normal phone call keeps breaking up. A reliable mobile network shouldn’t be this difficult to use. Please look into this issue. @JioCare
