    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    I don't understand why @reliancejio @JioCare hire dumb staff in there office who never help customer. My number sudden block by company and they are unable to unlock it. Such a shame for us to choose such company.

    @JioCare the most horrible customer care support. You guys chase us to buy your connection, and now it’s been over a week and no one is coming to set up. Obviously because money has been paid. Excuses after excuses. I need this resolved asap ! Who should I connect with ??
