    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Your network is so pathetic that it took me 10 minutes to make this post live. Even worse is your customer care and complaint redressal system. Raised more than 10 complaints about with no success so far. Terrible experience!

    @JioCare @reliancejio since today morning there are network issues with jio. Network is disappearing frequently and internet speed also very low compared to regular speed. Please look in to it. Area #Ambivli west near Titwala Maharashtra pin 421102.

    @JioCare There is no point having such system when you can't provide bills of 12 months to customer. Every company big or small need to have records of past five years than why can't you provide us the bills of past 12 months. What's the secrecy ...

    @JioCare jio fiber provider gives false promises when they wishes to sell new connection and then denied to provide the service. I was promised for 5 month but get only 4 month in a pack
