    @reliancejio Here we are standing in front of #JioStore to get lost SIM card.Due to low fingerprint quality eKYC was failed.Hencw We were requested to come again tommorow.What is this?if the biometric doesn't work then,go for Aadhaar front and Back side Capture for Authentication.

    @JioCare have been facing lot of network issue in Pune. Can't make call, receive call, WhatsApp call everything is dropping off. The sad thing is twitting this from Airtel network.

    @SuryaKaplish @JioCare I am currently using the QPR 13 Beta version. It has allowed my network to change to 5g. But haven't received any welcome offwe from @JioCare yet.

    @reliancejio bad customer service I asked customer care to resolve my issue showing red blinking in router but no instant help. Also schedule timing.. why @jiobrpadband fails to resolve problems instantly.

    @airtelindia it’s been more than year since my area got your fibernet but according to your employs the box is full and they won’t issue a new one, people with new connection got it upgraded being your oldest customers we didn’t please fix this or we will change to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I trusted Jio, but this type of service is unacceptable. Inspite of paying you we should do follow up, raise complains and tweet for you to react. Our one day delay payment you will charge us. How do we react for such behavior by @JioCare

    @JioCare has been the worst service provider. I have been waiting for SIM for more than a week now. I have not been contacted by anyone. Few representatives contacted and later never provided the SIM to me. OTP will be asked but the product won't be delivered.
