    Data services Network in pin area 272131 is pathetic, so for I have raised this issue with CCE of Jio care ,but no improvement experienced so far. I think leaving this operator is only option left to me. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio fiber already paid. Showing overdue in Myjio app. There no direct number to speak with customer care service assistant. emailed details. Find resolution ASAP

    @reliancejio You repeatedly advertise 5G and charge customers accordingly. But when the actual experience is barely usable, what exactly are customers paying for? Branding cannot replace network quality.

    @JioCare I get some automated messages daily, it's of no use to you, you don't do any work you lazy bastards @jiocare Why is Jio Fiber customer care not picking up the phone? Why there is no option to connect with a real customer care executive in your airfibre customer care number

    @JioCare What do you mean by eligible. Your service provider didn't pick up my phone and not replying for my messages after I did pay him 2200,rs . Now what are the options i left with. I am exhausted with this company,it's a curse. Imaging local isp act , Excitel install same day .
