@dhyanseeks @JioCare Please dont make the mistake. SR00001ERY6Q -- this is a service request pending from 1 week. No engineer came to repair the internet connection. But, they closed the ticket on their own even without visiting my house. Please stay away from Jio and get local broadband

@JioCare Nothing Phone 1, it's 5G supported and also the latest update for Jio 5G support is done. I have written that signal is showing in manual search. So, kindly write the solution instead of copy-paste answer.

@JioCare Also, if three reps from your team are not doing following up to issue my MNP process then I might as well choose Airtel. I faced the same tech support issue with Vodafone and I don't want to face it agaim with other network carrier.

Hi @JioCare Jio network is not properly working here in my place for last 6 to 7 day's.4G Network quality is too poor.Forget about internet,even we are unable to make calls.Around 10k people are suffering in this area, this is not a remote area.Its a town,near to NH 37.Address 2

@JioCare SR00001EQ8QE says resolved on 21-Oct-2022. Internet is still not working Again, SR00001ERY6Q says resolved on 22-Oct-2022. Internet is still not working. This means Engineer never visited but is closing the service requests. Nice frauds Jio have hired
