    @JioCare, did a ₹999 JioFiber recharge (₹1178.82 with GST) because the screen promised Amazon Prime Lite. Now it’s not showing up on my MyJio app. Did you secretly change the plan? If yes, why is it still advertised on the recharge page? Kindly fix this.#JioFiber

    @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the service for order NO0001EJGTUU. The assigned member is completely unresponsive, ignoring my calls and messages, and refusing to take ownership. This is gross negligence. @JioCare, please resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare I paid ₹349 for a SIM order that is still undelivered and unactivated. I need to cancel it, but MyJio support is failing and customer care is unreachable. My previous request got no resolution. Please cancel my order and refund me. @TRAI @jagograhakjago
