    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio number is close and i want to get the same number as it is linked at several places. Can anyone guide me how to get the duplicate sim. I have tried the jio service center but they are unable to help

    @JioCare Took JioFiber for the first time and already regretting it within less than a week. I was promised a 4-hour resolution, but it has now crossed 24+ hours with no proper accountability, support, or concern for customer inconvenience. Request id: SR00002L8HD2 Worst service

    @JioCare So let's just cancel this, if your team is like this before installation how it will be afterwards(2/2). I ask just 1 thing, cancel my booking with LR number : LR000015JOPC

    @reliancejio @jiocare my problem still persists. there is no response from your side. does this handle/ identity have any materialistic value? a big corporate like RELIANCE is just not responding to customer woes. hope MUKESH BHAI & FAMILY is aware of this. @RIL_Updates

    @JioCare I am on a 4G device using 4G network and totally not 5G. Expecting stable and reliable 4G network and internet. I hope the issue is understood correctly.

    @JioCare Could you pls expedite the approval of our DLT registration for crowdsense pvt ltd. The rejection email says invalid auth letter but does not mention the reason, pls help asap.
