    @reliancejio @JioCare are slow which is making me think of changing the operator but am happy with the net connectivity so am not going to do that tomorrow my child is having his preboard exam i don't know what to do your customer care service is useless seriously!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a jio phone (1st model). As per the terms and conditions the mobile can be returned to Jio and customer can get Rs 1500/- back as the selling value. Kindly let me know what is the procedure to do so. Thank you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since then your engineer is saying that the work is still going on but i don't know when its going to be finished all the other operators are almost done with the wiring and all in ky area but i don't know why jio is so slow i everything even your workers

    @JioCare another issue is upgrading to postplus.. long term prepaid recharges money get lost.. no other company do so.. Rectify the system.
