    Anyone planning a new internet connection in Bangalore stay away from @reliancejio. Forget after sales service, their pre installation services are abysmal. Money taken in advance but no installation even after 4 days. No response from Customer care. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice My fibre is not working from 3 days. After raising request SR00001COGQI still no one has come.even Called 2 time to customer care but still no one has come. If you can not provide service than remove my connection

    Hey @JioCare any idea how many hour before your network starts working again in #SouthMumbai There was supposed to be a downtime of few hours, now it’s almost half a day of no Internet connectivity. This is unexpected and unacceptable.
