Sir/ madam i haven't received my refund for jiofiber . It has been more than 3 months . If i got get my refund in 1 one day i have to complaint in consumer support . Worst experience in jio . How many mails how many calls . This is not a joke .@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiber

@JioCare Unfortunately, I recently ported from Airtel Postpaid to Airtel prepaid. Issues started since that. Will have to wait for two more months now. Will switch to Jio asap. Thank you. @Airtel_Presence learn customer service from @JioCare

@reliancejio I did mistake recharge on my Jio fiber for 2235517690. Instead of doing for 6 months like continuation of previous plan but recharge happened for 1 month with rs 2499 + GST. I made call to customer care but according to them they are helpless to do anything. Pls help

Worst service from @airtelindia @JioCare both playing a game of port number as per airtel its with jio, while enquiry jio saying it's with airtel @TRAI pls confirm the number belongs to which network holding the sim 8610338009
