    My Jio AirFiber is still not working and there is no proper resolution yet. Service Request No: SR00002L6OSI has already been raised, but the issue continues. Very disappointed with the service. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber

    Been struggling with #JioFiber internet issues for the last 7 months. Multiple complaints and support interactions, but still no permanent resolution. Several users in my area are facing the same problem. SR00002L6U88 was raised, but we need an actual long-term fix now. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare I requested relocation, not a forced new connection or plan upgrade. My ₹199 plan was changed without proper consent and now I’m being charged more for poor speed/service.

    Dear @JioCare, maybe train your customer care staff before threatening customers over recharge calls. Her number +91 92366 31028 I have 2 numbers. 1 is already recharged with a yearly plan. The 2nd one is intentionally not recharged right now because I don’t need it currently.

    Hello! Anyone else facing problems with @JioCare . I have raised multiple service request. My internet is down since 24th April. From Jio home app I raised servicerequest.Nobody turns up or if by some miracle anybody comes,they check nearby lines.say power is low.Shall check 1/2

    Dear @JioCare, for the last 6 months I’ve been repeatedly calling and raising complaints about extremely slow internet indoors. Every single time, I’m told: “Sir, there is temporary service work in your area, it will be resolved soon.”
