    @JioCare first raised a complaint with JioFiber on ( 18 june 2025], but no permanent solution was provided. Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.

    @JioCare No update & no way to contact anyone. Customer care phone number just tells me to use the app, app has a booked relocation request (with completed payment) with scheduled date in the past! No customer support over the app too. This is crazy! @jagograhakjago @DoT_India

    @JioCare As I have already written above (which may be you didn’t read properly) that I have purchased subscription directly from JioHotstar. And there were ZERO ADS ever. Never seen any ad a single day. What are you talking about? Pls come with a better explanation

    @JioCare @JioCare Service has been unstable since 16 June 2026. Due to repeated outages, my work-from-home has been affected and I could not use the paid service. Kindly provide compensation/bill adjustment along with a permanent fix.
