  @JioCare Thank you. My issue has finally been resolved and my Jio AirFiber is working again. I appreciate the support from the local Jio office and the engineer who fixed the issue. I hope such delays can be avoided for customers in the future.

  Dear @JioCare,@reliancejio Your AirFiber service is becoming extremely frustrating. It goes down again and again, making it impossible to work or use the internet reliably.
