    @JioCare inspected the rooftop receiver and found a completely dead port, damaged LAN cable, and faulty adapter showing a solid red light! Fix this infrastructure disaster immediately, or refund my wasted plan money and permanently disconnect this garbage service!

    @reliancejio Pathetic service! JioFiber has been down for 2 WEEKS, & your app + IVR don’t even allow me to register a complaint. My entire project has suffered financial losses. No support, no accountability! Fix this urgently for 915623569943 @airtelindia @TRAI please take note

    @JioCare This is happening with every jio users since 30-35 days. No proper network for calling you can says weak network so that's internet is also not working. Many of users port there no in others telecom. I'm using others service providers hot spot so that's can send you msg.

    @JioCare in my area internet is not working and jio service at 198 is not working. It's totally AI. The service agent in morning told me, issue will be resolved but it has not. They are also not allowing me to port my Jio postpaid and every time I get error @TRAI

    Why you're local service team is declining they won't be able to serve me new jio fiber connection only jio airfiber they are saying but my neighbour does have jio fiber huh @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.
