    @JioCare i want to port my airtel sim into jio but there is a problem. Airtel sim is not in service so I can't send or receive messages.

    DAY 12: @JioCare problem not resolved. Escalated matter to nodal officer bit it looks like everyone in jio has got thick skin. No one cares to resolve problem.
