    @JioCare Complaint id: M000JK13Y0U But last 3 days no network coverage in my area.. I called to jio helpline 198 its not responding for ourself... Please take a action for network issue And my recharged plan extend to 3 or 4 days...

    @reliancejio Your 4G is not working properly. I don't think 5G will do anything exceptional.

    @JioCare .. internet is unstable.. app is useless… call centre asks to troubleshoot same things as the chat bot does on app ????? Who will resolve??!

    @JioCare #VasuriBk ( #Ghodmal ) We have very low frequency of Jio Network, no files are downloading at all, also there is a lot of problem for calling, even after complaining to Jio Team repeatedly, they ignore it, as a result we have to port to other Sim Card. Pin.421312

    @JioCare It's not still available in my area and thats why @airtelindia is behaving like an *******. Pls expand faster and you will have gotten several new customer since @airtelindia has become too big to care about their customers

    @reliancejio Although many rural areas are connected to internet,some like Laxmipur in Gajapati district of Orissa don't even have network fr calls. 2500+ people reside here.I've tried but situation is still same .I request @JioCare to provide coverage and connect me to local team here. #JIO

    Hey @JioCare, I have complained about loss of Internet 5 days ago for my jio fiber , still there is no action, and there is no response from your customer care

    @JioCare Your UPI transaction of Rs. 376.66 with reference number 223824572281 done on 26 Aug 2022 is not reflecting in the account. Tried customer care also on 198. No help provided. kindly look into it
