    @JioCare Vikita ji it is now 9th day of my non functional JIO Fibre, my clients are critcising me for taking JIO Fibre for internet not working. You know internet is now most important thing in any Chartered Accountants office. Please restore it today some outside wiring might be damaged

    @JioCare and a “qualifying list.” Please explain clearly why customers are charged for a service they could not use. Is this how Jio treats paying customers?" Also mention what are the approved conditions and qualifying list.

    @JioCare Please have a human support look into this immediately, create the SR number, restore my service, and explain what happened to my ₹824.82 payment If this cannot be resolved, I will have no choice but to discontinue JioAirFiber and move to another provider. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Forget about 5G; even 4G, 3G, or 2G—at least something should work. Both calling and data services are completely down in my area.😡😡
