    Worst experience from @reliancejio. Issue not resolved for more than 12 days, Closing tickets without visiting premises. Wrote lot of mails to Appellate Team & Kapoor Guliani but no response. Are they have any tracking system? @DoT_India @TRAI please mark for esclation.

    @Airtel_Presence How long will it take for you guys to deliver a simple sim card in a metro city given that there is an extra 100 rupees premium for the service provided. @JioCare had delivered it within a day of registration.
