@JioCare This issue is not only specific to me. Almost everyone in eastern up(Prayagraj, Jaunpur, Bhadohi, varanasi, chandauli, Ghazipur....) are facing same internet speed issue. So It would be better if you can get check this with your field engineers

@reliancejio fed-up of customer service from jio as well as jio store. Converting a number from corporate to individual is not possible according to jio customer service. They are fooling the customer from last 4 days even after having NOC as well as an email from jio to apply.

@JioCare What is the concern in refunding the amount which is on hold from last 26 day. What is your promise to customers. Is this a NASA project refunding 1500 back to customer for u r failed operations
