    @JioCare Strong Feedback I have used ACT, Airtel and Jio broadband over the past 15 years. Based on my personal experience, Jio has been the worst in terms of customer service. Engineer assignments without actual visits, repeated delays and false assurances have made this experience.

    @JioCare When my recharge plan is about to expire, Jio suddenly remembers how to call me! Fix the damn network first instead of calling customers for recharges. We’re paying for a service that barely works. @reliancejio

    Jio’s mobile network has been seriously disappointing lately. The network keeps dropping and the internet is barely working. And what’s the point of “Unlimited 5G” if the 5G itself isn’t reliable? 😐 @reliancejio please fix this issue ASAP. #Jio #Jio5G #JioNetwork @JioCare

    Unacceptable service @reliancejio @reliancejio Missed my scheduled visit yesterday with zero updates. Today, the technician promised to return in 15 mins and ghosted me. Support doesn't care, and I've been without internet for 2 days. Resolve this immediately!

    My Jio gigafibre is not working for 3 days now. Technician who visited is saying router needs replacement. Router is green but majority sites not working. Have raised service request again but nobody arrived. Look into the matter @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio This network outage has been going on for the past 3 days, with no resolution so far. The app now says service may be restored by 27 Aug 2026, 3:34 AM. Please look into this urgently.Customers should not have to remain without reliable connectivity for several days
