@Airtel_Presence So the issue wasn't resolved even in 20 days, the network was very poor and still poor, was at my hometown for few days and @reliancejio helped me to survive. Now am back to Delhi. Let's see if Airtel is able to improve the network when I go home next time. Yours unhappy customer

@reliancejio the sales "executive" made misleading promises and now that I am trying to contact him, he's not picking up my phone. Also, I absolutely DO NOT like your policy of collecting deposit money before even handing me the product!! What kinda customer service is this!?

After a long discussion, there is no improvement in network ... finally decided to Port the Number in another network. Thank you team @reliancejio @JioCare for your non-result efforts.
