    Please sent someone to fix this issue ASAP, it has been two weeks jiofiber is not working, tried to create support ticket they asking thousands of question, waste of time. ? if you cant sent someone then take the useless product back and initiate a refund @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio I have tried contacting JioFiber through emails, calls and WhatsApp, and have also visited the local Jio office. I still don't have a satisfactory resolution. My requests are simple: Refund/investigate the ₹1,100 PhonePe payment

    @JioCare Hi Sudhanshu, I sent my reg. mobile no. and JioFiber ID in DM. Please check them and fix this fast. My ownership transfer request has been denied many times for the same reason. Please ask the right team to check and fix it. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio This has now crossed the limit of negligence and unacceptable service. My Jio AirFiber has been down for 4+ days, and ticket SR00003F3ZMB has been reopened for more than 2 days. Still, not a single technician has visited my home.

    @JioCare I have been trying to cancel Jio service and stop automatic payment but jio refuses to cancel it. I have been repeatedly asked to contact jio banking team by jio care and jio care team by jio banking team. Service request number SR00003F17T7.

    @JioCare it was scheduled today as well but neither your technician visited nor he picked my calls. you guys just don't understand customer's problem. It's been more than 48 hrs my wifi is not working but you don't care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?
