    Hey @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio , my jiomart order (JM6A313EEC01571BB5E3) was expected by June 16, 6:17pm but has not arrived yet. The app also won't let me cancel it. My complaint number is 781619027321. Please look into this urgently. #jiomart

    Now both the agents are not picking up the call and nor they have called me for the installation appointment…it’s really frustrating @JioCare @reliancejio I wish i could’ve booked with another operator. If you guys can’t provide on time service then don’t commit to customers

    Struggling to get Jio Fiber conection issue fixed from last 4 days, technician visit is getting rescheduled on its own without any proper justification from last 3 days and customer care agent is unable to provide any help. Extremely disappointing service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @rutu609 @JioCare Wait until u see their customer service. And beware they show 5g signal but u will receive only 4g data in some areas. I am switching to jio is it the same situation in jio tooo???

    @JioCare STB freezes in standby. Remote and STB LED stop responding until power reboot. STB and remote replaced (SR00002L9TI6,SR00002LOLRI), but issue persists. New complaint: SR000038NWYH. Please escalate and provide latest white STB instead of repeated refurbished swaps.
