Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

In my case, payment was accepted immediately, but even after 11 days the SIM has not been delivered/activated. Customers pay for a service, not for endless escalations and assurances.
