@JioCare How shameless you guys when it is bill payment time 1k around reminder calls and when it comes to complaints and resolution no one responds properly. I’ve been raising this since 1 month and I’m amazed what you guys are doing… Disgusting. @TRAI @DoT_India

@SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

@JioCare What opportunity u r looking at? Shame to u as I have been raising voice for last 1.5 years. Check the records how hundreds of residents in #KalyanPlazaAnnex in #Kuha 751002 are suffering for years. U too will be out of Market for substandard service.

@JioCare I ported to Jio from Airtel recently. Without having used much of internet how is it that everyday data gets exhausted by mid of day. Inspite of 2GB top up, it shows 90% data exhausted. While half the day, I haven’t used the phone today. Fix this please. @reliancejio
