    @reliancejio Hello! This is in ref to a complaint that was raised on 14/09/2022 by my friend. He has been without the WiFi connection since then. Not only did he receive false hopes from customer service, his number is now put in the "reject list". Kindly get back. 🙏🏼

    @Luv4anii I myself made a mistake switching to @ViCustomerCare I've already started a porting out process for remaining connections into @JioCare Never will I ever purchase a vodafone connection.

    @JioCare Your local team know the poor network issue in very well . Fyi I am using the latest handset of S 22+ and apart from this I have another 4 jio number which has same problem. pls do the physical rectification instead of pass the time by asking questions repeatedly.

    @JioCare There are instances in last month that there is no internet. For this complaint I have been given time of tomorrow that is after 2 days. It means that you don’t have enough resources to cater the customer complaint or you have lot many complaints to attend.

    @JioCare please raise a complaint for my jiofibre account. My speed shows great on the speed test, but when i try to access instagram or whatsapp or any other app for that matter, nothing loads. Everything works fine on mobile data. Please fix.

    @JioCare I haven’t face this kind of poor service in my life. I’ll change to some other network and recommend people to don’t take Jio connection, it’s service and customer support is very poor. i’m very disappointed 😔 @ANI

    @reliancejio , My jio number is deactivated. It is not assigned to anyone, but Myjio store is saying this number is showing invalid hence it can not be assigned to you. I need your support, in getting back my number

    @reliancejio Here only siti cable is available worst service and they are doing monopoly becouse only 1 fiber available in our area, you should be here and we 200 plus and more family take your connection
