  I got response from @reliancejio . They said to me that network is good but problem is lots of people are using at the same time. Is that solution ? While they're forgetting that for years many people are using at the same time.

  @JioCare your service center employees do not even know what jio mesh is ? I took my jio mesh to them and told them it was not working ( as suggested by your customer care executive ) . Your employees say that have never ever seen this device before . Worst service .

  @JioCare Now they aak u to send private message so that they dont get insulted publicly. After I shared my details this fellow Shridhar gave me the same reaponse as the customer care and d engineers who visited. So the conclusion is they are also useless and haven’t given me any solution

  @jio_gigafiber @JioCare Absolutely hopeless customer service. Have been complaining about frequent disconnection for last 1.5 months , but falling in deaf ears. Either replace router and resolve issue or disconnect.
