    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet service is not working in Sainik Colony, Kashipur- 244713, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter as we are unable to work from home in this terribly slow speed.

    @JioCare There doesn't seem to be any customer care number for customers to reach out. The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

    @shwetankyadav12 @reliancejio @JioCare Jio is only interested in selling , not in service. They will immediately attend, if you apply for new connection. I am also facing same problem, not rectified since 18 September 22

    @JioCare What a pathetic service we are going through in Cyber city, Gurgaon...So much of fluctuation and call drops since last 3 days...Would you check for us (Multiple users). We had to divert our calls forcefully.

    @JioCare I converted my jio physical sim to esim to use in iphone 13. Now I am not getting the option to turn on volte on jio esim in iphone settings list for esim. I am getting that option for the other physical sim I am using on that phone. Please help
