@Samartharao5 @reliancejio @JioCare Mine got fixed. Turns out Jio IVR has issues with OnePlus's Oxygen OS12. I had to switch my sim to a different phone(Xiaomi). And perform the activation. Post that i am able to make calls and use data.

@JioCare When problem is not resolved then how can you are saying same problem ? I am giving complain every alternate day. I thing now clear to me other coustomer jio want money they don't want to resolve the problem . Not happy at all with jio
