    I asked them I may have to shift when I opted for fiber they were like it will be done in a day and now no one responds sorry to say it's a pathetic customer support to people who have trusted you guys and you guys do such stuff and force us to shift to other broadband @JioCare

    .@JioCare bought jio phone 2 months back. To date, I updated the software 4 times. Still, it's not working. Today it started dialing numbers & calling automatically. No keys are working at all! No service center is open in our area. Please provide an immediate solution.
