@JioCare broadband is down for 48hours. Lodged complaint, no solution. We are facing this issue every week. WFH is impacted both us. All in all it seems like Jio is just interested in recharge& not retention. U call 5times in a day to recharge & 0 to fix the issue. @jiocare

@reliancejio I am completely irritated with your service. I am not able to call or receive it since almost more than 1 week. I have already raised a complaint it was solved for 1 day and again the same issue. If you solve this by weekend I am getting my portability done!
