    @reliancejio how to get jio fibre to my home because executive is saying wire in not coming from your side and he don't know when wire will come from my house side but wire 150 metre away on highway from my house . please solve my problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice customer support is extremely poor.Complaint about network issue yet nothing happened.Called multiple times to customer care w/o any proper resolution. Technician doesn't gives proper resolution either.Horrible service and horrible management

    @JioCare I got few calls that it is going to be installed today so was bit optimistic but again it has been rescheduled for 23, very bad experience, that too when few houses away from my house are using jio fiber!!!

    @JioCare Hi, The technical team visited and told us the router we have is an old one, and so we have to apply for a new connection since they aren't from the same area as our connection. They also said it'll cost us the one-time fee again. That doesn't feel right. Can you help? Thanks.

    @JioCare Hi as confirmed by your executive on call, there is no due outstanding (no need to pay 956.83) as I have redeemed the voucher and hence it got adjusted. But still the services are not resumed, kindly activate the service again at high priority

    @JioCare kindly do something to improve network coverage in our area. It's been 3 days we are struggling to cope with browsing & even hard to make out phone call. Besides, Internet speed is throttle to almost ZERO speed.
