pankaj dahiya (@Pnkj_Dahiya) reported@JioCare I will say it again -> YOU DO PROVIDE SATIC IP SOLUTION FOR ENTERPRISES. however this is not related to static IP, but related to the public IP that you provide to retail users. That public IP lost it's credibillity and hence you need to change that but to save money you are not!

I asked multiple times to have a supervisor looped in, and even after repeating the same request around 10 times, no one seemed to respond or acknowledge it. Is this the level of service your team has?

They keep putting my request on hold and rescheduling it without calling or informing me. I have to contact them every time just to know the status. Very disappointing service. @JioCare
