Standard call centre response over multiple calls: Escalated, sim to be delivered tomorrow. That tomorrow hasn't come yet.

Facing network issues for 2–3 months despite repeated complaints, with no proper resolution. I was finally forced to switch to another SIM. If you're facing similar issues, consider checking other options
