@reliancejio @JioCare Internet service is not working in Sainik Colony, Kashipur- 244713, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter as we are unable to work from home in this terribly slow speed.

@JioCare This is really pathetic when complaining to customer care simply results in disclaimer and the person who claimed initially is no where taking responsibility. I am even not sure that if now when I disconnect I will get my advance back. [2/3]

@JioCare am working in saudi arabia my jio sim was working properly and getting Otp and messages properly yesterday suddenly the network gone and it’s showing no service it’s having valid plan and I recharged sim with roaming pack and another plan 749 still problem is there
