No updates yet @jio @JioCare continues to come and go all through the day . When it’s down call center of jio goes down with it as well as no one picks call . I am regretting pre paying. Any one knows how to get refund ?

@JioCare Hi, my internet is not working properly over wifi. The jio router has a red light which is blinking constantly. And this has been happening for the past 3 days. internet comes and goes. Could you please look into this.
