Without having used much of internet how is it that everyday data gets exhausted by mid of day. Inspite of 2GB top up, it shows 90% data exhausted. While half the day, I haven’t used the phone today. Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

I’ve complained 5 times, yet no resolution. One executive promised a fix by 1:30AM on 6/04/26, another by 4:36 PM on 8/04/26 nothing changed.
