Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks
