I disappointed for this unsatisfactory resolution from Your end. You said that 8.3.2022 is final date, and see it's now half of the day of 9.3.2022. Really really it's very worst experience.

Worse is your employees don't respond to mails or answer calls. Teach them basic courtesy and essentials of customer service.
