@SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

@JioCare I ported to Jio from Airtel recently. Without having used much of internet how is it that everyday data gets exhausted by mid of day. Inspite of 2GB top up, it shows 90% data exhausted. While half the day, I haven’t used the phone today. Fix this please. @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Worst service of Jio Fiber in Surya Nagr, BBSR. I regret the decision of opting for Jio Fiber very badly. Ignorant engineers and sales guys. Paid nearly 8k and they haven’t given me a bill yet.

@reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

@JioCare Shared the details through direct mag. Let’s see what is the solution your are offering. Don’t come and say we don’t have the system to trace the payment and auto activation of service. Someone will do it manually and it may take 6 days.

@JioCare Yes I know the installation date is on 29/06/2021 but my problem is no one is contacting me regarding installation and the guy who visited and verified my documents said I will get call from installation guy. On installation day just like today the appointment gets rescheduled

@JioCare Since 4 month there is lot of issue with the Jio in my area network bar is mostly 1 ,2 and no service. 3 family member are using JIO all of them have the same issue. Already spoke to Jio service was got assured will be sorted out in 3 hrs. I was smiling at myself to hear 3 hrs.

@JioCare My area is also 300 metre from CM office hope you got that the area is not bad. It was all good I think after the cyclone in kolkata the problem started. Wasting my money just with one signal and hardly able to use internet at my home. I was thinking to port but its a 4 yr sim.
