    @reliancejio #jiofiber I have gotten the fiber connection cancelled on Oct29th, yet no one has come to collect the device and begin the deposit refund process. Local Jio center manager is ineffective. Customer care is absolutely ignorant.

    @hikashy06 @airtelindia @reliancejio Brother don't go at all in airtel no matter how bad jio is it is better than airtel I am regretting porting from jio to airtel Their service is rubbish and their customer support is also rubbish You will register your complaint by waiting on call for hours and they will close.

    We r facing call lag issue in our area.Internet speed is also very slow from the last few days. Call connectivity is so poor that i cannot even contact with the customer care.please do something about it @JioCare @reliancejio .

    @JioCare @Harshit_2696 Since last 10 days not getting welcome offer only. If you are saying it’s a true 5G network then why are we not getting invitation for Jio welcome offer. It’s simple jio is not ready yet with 5G just fooling the customers
