Puneet Yagnik (@punityagnik) reported@JioCare @airtelindia please teach or send somebody for complaint handling training at @JioCare they don’t know for what purpose SR was raised and telling me that appointment is scheduled. Rest all were assuring me for processing refund asap. This means it’s simply a revert and no action.
