The feedback was for @SonyLIV to enhance their systems for Ease-of-use. I really hope somebody understands the feedback given in pain English, and they escalate.

Earlier it was good, but there is absolutely no network, no service in the area. @JioCare resolved the issue within 10 days. Airtel sucks

Raising complaints multiple times since 3 days but no proper action is being taken by Jio. I thought Jio will provide good support so I choose Jio Over Airtel.👎
