    @JioCare @MrRahulz I have trying to connect through toll free number since 3 days... I just kept on hold for hours and then disconnects me... I need an issue to be solved... How can we then connect when the way you gave is also not to reach you? Why is it so happening?

    @reliancejio I was not using my JioFi from last many months. I tried to use it today but it was not showing any network. I tried recharging it using @GooglePayIndia and @amazonpay. Both recharges were successful but still the sim is not working.

    @JioCare worst support team @reliancejio why do you guys hire stupid ppl the illiterate are better in understanding and provide solutions than your support team I guess suing up you guys is the only option I have left I guess for false advertising poor costumer support and loot

    @JioCare There is a special place in hell for whoever has designed your customer support chatbot & IVRS workflow.Took me 10 mins of going through mindless information to get through your support staff.Internet has not been working for 5 hrs today! It was down for 6 hrs yesterday!
