    @JioCare @fiberJIO - I had requested for cancellation on 11th June, it's been 7 days however no one has turned up for processing the customer request. A Jio rep by the name of Devendra Giri called me on 18th June but never turned up. Service request number is SR000015AB5M.

    You just complete formalities but never deliver results... Always the same story. I am changing porting to better one! But @JioCare I am your customer and there are many like me. Many who are even in my area who are disappointed by the speed.

    Currently, during the pandemic situation the telecom companies are looting money without giving any service to the customers, and the worst sufferers are the students. They are the main reason behind the worst condition of the students. #RelianceJio #mukeshambani #bhartiairtel

    @TSBBCare you guys hound with calls for recharge. But don't provide assistance with internet issue post recharge. @airtelindia @reliancejio looking for a new customer i am all in to get rid of tata sky broadband. Their USP is now to cheat consumers. They even hang up on calls.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Any even port outside country Can’t stop using my number. Covid did it’s job and @airtelindia is causing further damage ... spent last 2 hours on phone no help either super frustrated.

    @reliancejio reliance should concentrate to improve existing services, network problem and 4G services, after maintaining this go for 5G

    People who are giving you hard earned money but in return they are getting 80 kbps speed on 4G network... This is preposterous... @JioCare @reliancejio . Stop giving pathetic service and do the job people are paying you for.and give results. Not formalities....#patheticjioservice
