    My jio fiber was not working from 25 sept. To 3 oct becoz engineer visit not done by them. the service is worst. 30 days recharge but i had use only 23 days. And they told me that your validity will not extend. Jio fiber service is very bad.@reliancejio @JioCare @JIOFIBER8

    @JioCare @prashu024 Don't get carried away.. wait for few days .. issues will reoccur. Even I faced solar issues nd later even after 7 days when no one came , although I received messages as complain resolved then again néw ticket issued .. jistto keeo the TAT ok.. now I have switched to other op.

    @JioCare Hi Team, I am facing issue last one month no one response on call I was done everyday call your customer care number and waiting 1+ hours but no one response?? This type of service you provide to customers ??

    @SawwwwwGar @JioCare @reliancejio These guys don't care .. they keep on generting tickets and send auto messages of fake concern. Better change to other service providers or LCO

    @JioCare Not able to call 1991 or use my jio app as it says mobile network not available , It is working for other jio number in same area .it seems there issue with one specific number, please help

    @JioCare I had a jio fiber connection installed two months back where I was told about various plans, but now on finishing up the trial period, I am checking and those plans does not exist, I wanted to initiate a complaint, but could not find any medium that would register.

    @JioCare I haven't received full refund post disconnection of Jiofiber services within the end of trial period. Can't connect with Jiofibre customer care either. Kindly help.
