    @JioCare I recently purchased a jio fiber connection. The wifi router range is so weak that network is not available in bedroom! Also, the raised complaint is unanswered. Kindly help on priority.

    @JioCare @reliancejio on 10th I have recharged my mobile with Rs.666 prepaid in Hyderabad with 1.5 GB per day free but we are unable to open any website or you tube bez of slow data. When I called Jio customer care she was asking me to recharge

    @JioCare this Jio Fiber Wifi Keeps DISCONNECTES Automatically i Don't know why i reported this to customer excutives they came and see the Wifi box and they said it happens you have to upgrade to higher version of wifi . But why should i go for higher version o have limited usage

    @JioCare i have a Jiofi. When I tried to switch on and use it, it wont latch to the network. Also it is shoing the number is not a jio number. Can anyone please help with the issue?

    @MahiUnbox @JioCare in my humble opinion, even if it is 2050, the issues that is government department issues and telco longterm profit considerations remain the same for wired bb.

    Damn @JioCare fix your network issues, the speed drop issue is really annoying. It's just disappointment from last 3 years.

    @JioCare This is the 3rd day. No one has shown up. Cancels twice a day. Are we going to resolve my problem next financial year?
