@reliancejio @JioCare My JIO Fiber connection 1513551535 uninstalled on 27/6/22. But security deposit refund not received till now. I called customer care more than ten times . I sent my Bank details many times to JIO Fiber care by mail but refund not received till now.

@Airtel_Presence despite upgrading to Airtel Black the customer service being received is not par with other competitors. I have been struggling and following up since past 2 days to set BB at my premises and the installation is delayed by 2 days. Time to switch to @reliancejio.
