@JioCare I have taken jiofiber connection in Marabadi, Ranchi 834008. From last 03 days, my connection is down not working. I complaint to jio care & local ranchi jio fiber team but no one attend my problem till now. Tomorrow is my kids online test. I need help immediately.

@JioCare This is third month in a row for the problem...! How much more time do you people need? Set a timeline so that un-necessary followup can be avoided. And no one is ever taking a first step to respons, as it is the customer who is suffering so how is that bothering you to response!

I can't even send a online message from your jio internet how can I browse internet? Do u guys have brain? They make jiocare in myjio which is useless because to use jiocare u must have good internet speed how can anyone complain their who having slow internet speed?
