    @JioCare i want to add and avail GST benefits on my Jio Fiber account. The call Center , live chat and email support says it’s not possible . What’s the reason ? If u are charging gst why can’t I avail it ?

    @JioCare @prasannaget Dont ever try Jio Fiber.. Once u face a problem, their service is too bad. I had opted for cancellation 14 days back and still they havent sent a service person to pickup the router. They themselves rescheduling the appointment. And no proper response from the team.

    @JioCare WHEN YOU CANT SUPPORT SOME FEATURES, WHY TO INTRODUCE THEM AND FRUSTRATE USERS. I HABE JIOAUTOPAY CONFIGURED WITH UPI, BUT IT IS NOT WORKING. CHAT SUPPORT ALSO DONT HAVE ANY ANSWERS, JUST SAID RECHARGE MANUALLY, IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS

    @ACTFibernet Guys my internet is very slow for last few days. Not even able to raise a complaint as there are no option in the app for slow net. Also iam sceeing @reliancejio team on ground in many places at the same time. Should o switch?
