    @JioCare horrible after Sales service , new connection taken at deonar green garden Bunglow 61 but just in few days no service , zero connectivity , looks like jio is total fraudulent

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am not getting messages on my contact number, tried to reach out jio care but they didn't solve the problem, they said it is escalated but didn't tell the request number. It is been more than 2 weeks, I am in USA and not receiving message past 2 months.

    Facing internet issues from the morning. A day with mobile hotspot to do office work. Service request number SR00001EDUZK for engineer visit for rectification today 11 AM but no response even after calling the customer service. Had worst experience.@JLbnagar @JioCare Is this jio?

    @JioCare Very bad service my one year plan of jio phone has been expired after one year of use, I was unable to recharge, error msg was "this is not jio number" After that I recharged from Paytm of Rs 75 money has been deducted but still my phone has not been recharged. @TRAI

    @JioCare I've raised sim port request from jioapp but delivery executive fooled me on call they asked me OTP then i was given to him they asked me farward feedback sms to his number according to me this is cheating with customer I've never ordered again from app @reliancejio

    @reliancejio if anyone thinking about jio fiber don't think About it just go with Airtel Broadband if you will face any issue with internet Airtel Resolve it in priority but jio doesn't I am suffering since 10 days with jio.

    @JioCare One of the worst customer care service. Last 5 days i am waiting to restore the Internet services after I have recharged. I have raised two Service Request nothing has been actioned and it has been closed saying technical glitch Which is not acceptable.1.SR00001EBEIZ
