    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently switched from jio postpaid to prepaid after clearing all my dues but still I haven't got the e-bill of my last payment & the most shocking thing was that none of the customer support executives or jio store guys could help in this issue or

    Respected jio team hope you are doing great. I am fed up by the connection problems I am suffering from the past years in a one 2 time your connection either went off or doesn't work properly due to which I am suffering a huge loss.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Not only my father, me and my family will switch to other provider Very poor service Also we have visited the jio store he tried to do something to duplicate sim also but did not work He also give up. He don’t know what happened with the account. #jiosimnotworking

    @JioCare Reminding whole day before every outgoing call is not good. Customer also need for the data services so you don't worry so much about this and Stop reminding me
