    @JioCare Complaint raised in jio care number 3 days back. Day before yesterday a service person came and said that cable needs to be changed. But no one turned up after that. Even i called the support person and called kooda care as well, nothing helped

    @JioCare Has came that was also low frequency. That means the problem is not in my router or in wire, the problem is in the main circuit from where my connection has been taken. He told me that I have reported to my senior and your problem will be solved shortly but nothing happens

    @reliancejio i nevet suggest any one to use jio. Swich to any network but never swich to jio. Worst telecom network. I have postpaid plan but they never give me good internet service. Always slow slow & slow. there customer care operater always have a recorded line. We r tring.

    @JioCare Even I called to customer care number they told me your problem will be solved before 4pm but nothing happens no one even came to check what’s the problem. Last time no one came For 20 days I have to use mobile data. Because of your service very few peoples are using jiofiber

    The service of Jio Gigafiber is getting worse day by day. For first few it was awesome. But now they don't even care about the problems of their customer. Maybe it's time for changing the ISP. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare hello team. Someone has forwarded his calls to my aunt’s jio number and she is getting 20 calls a day from past week. Have tried everything but all in vain. Please help how to stop this. Called on jio complaints but got no help from customer care🙏🏻

    @reliancejio Even my trading app sent notification, recommending to not use Jio data network/Wi-Fi by jio for trading on the app.
