    @JioCare @reliancejio For almost 15 days, my fiber has not been working properly. It suddenly stops working for the whole day. Sometimes it's NO INTERNET and sometimes it's NO CONNECTION. I raised service requests, but nobody came. This needs to be fixed asap

    @JioCare I was bound to receive security deposit which I paid for jio home service and not postpaid plan When I opted for free jio home plan I had paid security deposit and I have successfully returned the devices it's been more than a month I still haven't received refund.Kindly Refund

    @Airtel_Presence Are you people really responsible? What a pathetic services you are providing. Internet service is not working from last 3 days and no one is coming to resolve the issue. If you can't resolve the issue then please take your box and belongings with you, I will shift to @JioCare .

    @JioCare Dear sir I m from village indaur , District Ghazipur up east . Pin 233226 We are suffering from poor network in our village. There is a jio tower in our locality, but not upgraded to 5g till now. We have requested to costumer care so many times but they do not fix it.
