@JioCare I have already paid my postpaid # 8667729756 and changed to prepaid.Then why has the mail come to me for pay extra charges. By doing such poor service, all my service will have to be disconnect from Jio.Better I can move to some other competitors network.

@reliancejio @JioCare please improve your customer service. The JioFiber team here at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand is really unprofessional. I raised a request on 06, April 2021 and the issue is not yet resolved. Just keep rescheduling the appointment and waste consumers time and money.
