    @reliancejio Worst experience after upgraded to Jio 5G last 4 months facing internet connectivity and hotspot issue raised complaint but you please are unable to resolve it this very bad experience with Jio thinking about MNP because there is no option to be with Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare i m stuck bcos of faulty sms esim transfer process. SMS process did not work and store staff cannot help as existing order is active. Cust care told my order will be canceled in 4 hours but after 5 hours nothing. CO0000 U1 JACM is order no which needs cncld

    Mad @reliancejio sent me a message informing me that my complaint had been resolved & if I wasn't satisfied I could complain to the appellate number. As the issue had not been resolved, I called at the no provided and was informed this was not the appellate no.Bravo @reliancejio!

    There is a weird phenomenon happening with my @reliancejio network... I am able to use the internet but no outgoing/incoming calls.. it's happened several times... Is it happening to me alone or others also facing a similar issue? P.S: Issue resolved after rebooting the Phone.

    @JioCare I'm not facing any difficulties and there is no pandemic or covid 19 anywhere. Stop making fool and tell to ur customer support to stay in their limit, mind their language and don't talk rudely. Bloody basterd idiots
