    Wow i heared that Jio is ready to lunch 5G network,Guys plz try to improve your given network first, I'm not able to surf my net on jio for last 2 hour nd this is a daily routine.If ur not liable to give 4G speed then how jio would work with 5G.Disappointed @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You are doing nothing,just making a fool of your customer, without any survey you declared there is issue,and it won't going to resolve, pathetic service provided by customer care, I don't know ,how your team is making fool of you,and your doing the same with your customer @TRAI

    Day 5 - no resolution yet. Customer care says they have no information about when or where my child account number got converted to prepaid. They asked me check with agent who had converted my number to postpaid. @JioCare this is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio ... Jio Fiber worst service provider. Not at all Good. Iam using it for a week now & i highly regret for Switching to it. Very unfriendly to use for old people. Bad Internet speed. All channels buffering. Avoid buying Jio Fiber.

    @JioCare one of the connection of Jio Fiber is in Individual house, but the Jio service engineer people are so talented and trained that they have updated status as - society permission needed and issue is still pending. Looting public,Making money without giving service. @TRAI

    @JioCare - one complaint raised on 30th aug 2022. The resolution time was 2 days however still not resolved. Today called customer support they said it will resolve on5th sep 2022. This is jio fiber services ??? Jio plz make your team understand that 5 days r more .....wah jio
