    @reliancejio @JioCare My phone is lost. For getting back SIM, I am at Jio store, DB Gupta Road Karol Bagh but store personals are not helping. It has been 3 times bad experience with this very jio store. Plz look at this store

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was hoping a better service from you. There is continuous internet issue in my location. When I call the customer care they reiterate the same thing " we are working on it. There are large number of users." Why don't you set-up the network accordingly.

    @JioCare Really poor speed and network issues. Unable to talk to anyone. The one on other side keeps complaining of Voice cracking.

    @reliancejio bought a reliance jio dongle about two months back . It’s not getting turned on. Don’t have the bill copy how does one get the warranty replacement for it . Bought under telephone number 9810061316 . Pls help
