I was then promised installation between 3–4 PM 16th August so I stayed home. I had already informed Jio that I wouldn't be available from 17/18 Aug. Then, without my consent/call/SMS, installation was apparently scheduled for 18 Aug. When I called the backend helpline, I was told it was actually scheduled for 16 Aug — yet nobody contacted me or came. Which one is it — 16th or 18th? I will not be available in 18th August. I have already paid ₹1,982.46 on 15 Aug for the AirFiber onboarding. Order: N00001F8FYHW This is far beyond a simple delay. Broken commitments + contradictory scheduling + zero communication is unacceptable from a company of Jio's scale. @JioCare Please escalate this to your senior team and resolve it immediately.
