@JioCare Even at 3am also there are many users using internet at the same time? Or you are not able do anything.And giving us excuse? If the users are increased and the jio can't do anything, Then stop your network and sit in your home.

@JioCare @reliancejio The jio fiber router doesn't work for atleast 3-4 hours if it is switched off and then switched on or if there's power out. I had the router replaced already but the issue persists. Really disappointed by the service.
