@Akash_Ambani @JioCare @JioChat Akash your customer care guys are useless and passive in reply. I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

@JioCare @reliancejio Dear JIO, u installed booster in Warudi Taluka opposite Noor hospital. Showed excellent network,internet connectivity sold many connections/mnp based on that Now nothing works as booster is off n worst network connectivity. Are you cheating rural people?

@JioCare past morning in my my area the jio network is unreachable and if network is reachable internet not working nor I can place call to anyone it's happening to all jio sim i have pls fix it ASAP trai have have told fix network issues between 2 hours either give penalty.

@JioCare It has been 7 days since the internet services on my Jio sim has been down. Same is experienced by other users of my area. Your customer care service is the worst.Even after repeated complains, problem exists. Resolve it ASAP else will switch to other network provider.

@JioCare And it does bother me and you send a tons of sms and notification for the same. That first call may be a emergency call for somebody and you're are just wasting that time. It should be optional @DOT @TRAI please look into it

@JioCare often noticeable that when on 5g, call notification via Truecaller comes before the call but the call doesn't connect. The caller gets ringing but as I don't get the call there is communication. check issue with some 5 g settings or ? Pune city
