I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

Showed excellent network,internet connectivity sold many connections/mnp based on that Now nothing works as booster is off n worst network connectivity. Are you cheating rural people?

I followed correct steps on MyJio app and uploaded valid PDF documents which were less than 2 MB file size. Inspite of this Jio air fibre customer care has rejected without giving precise reason. @JioCare
