Showed excellent network,internet connectivity sold many connections/mnp based on that Now nothing works as booster is off n worst network connectivity. Are you cheating rural people?

I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

When I first contacted customer support, I was told the service would be activated by 12 PM. It still didn't work. This morning, I called again, and I received completely different responses. One executive said the plan had changed, another assured me the issue would be resolved within two hours, while someone else told me I would have to recharge again. After waiting for two hours, I called back to check the status of my complaint. To my surprise, the executive informed me that no complaint had been registered from my number. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I've had. There is no accountability, no coordination between agents, and customers are left wasting their time while receiving contradictory information. Waste of time. Waste of money. Extremely disappointing service.
