@JioCare @reliancejio Dear JIO, u installed booster in Warudi Taluka opposite Noor hospital. Showed excellent network,internet connectivity sold many connections/mnp based on that Now nothing works as booster is off n worst network connectivity. Are you cheating rural people?

@Akash_Ambani @JioCare @JioChat Akash your customer care guys are useless and passive in reply. I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

@JioCare Dear Sir, There is some problem with my jio number which is registered for mobile banking. I am not receiving OTP message from bank which leading to incomplete transaction. This is happening since last one month. Only bank message am not receiving. Kindly look into this

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I live near Shiva Mandir,Mukherjee Nagar in the national capital. It's a shame that Reliance jio offers no connectivity here. There's no tower nearby and people face problems. Pls. offer your customer proper services, don't talk about 5G.

Finally Jio Fibre working after 7 days. What was the issue ? I asked, he told connector cut at the pole. I am shocked, that could be done on Day 1. This is possible only when we went to Jio service center. @JioCare @reliancejio #worstservice #jioservicecentre

@JioCare It's two days already, and I keep hearing we are looking into this. If by first half tomorrow the issue is not resolved kindly Remove the router and connection and give me my refund... Jio fiber is the worst possible internet connection and I will let my friends know this too

Worst service by @reliancejio in dumka #jharkhand. To dial a number we need to tey 4-5 times atleast, that too it doesn't get connected most of the time.
