    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare @JioChat Akash your customer care guys are useless and passive in reply. I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

    @JioCare Dear Sir, There is some problem with my jio number which is registered for mobile banking. I am not receiving OTP message from bank which leading to incomplete transaction. This is happening since last one month. Only bank message am not receiving. Kindly look into this

    @JioCare @reliancejio I want to change the Ownership of my pre paid number and want to convert it into postpaid after that.... I visited jio store today and they said ownership can't change ... I would be forced to port to other network then... Pls help at earliest.

    @JioCare Please note, i had raised a permanent closure request for my jioFiber account (connection no: +91-1413131642) dated 2nd April 2022 & it automatically closed through service ID no.299861490405 on 3 April 2022. Even I got a confirmation call but till date nobody turned up.

    @Sahilkings143 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic. Still nothing is resolved. I shouldn't have ported my numbers to jio. Airtel is bad but not as bad as jio. Will be porting our number back from this **** network. #jiosucks #worstnetwork

    @JioCare I understand that you mean well and that it's a customer retention and revenue generation exercise that you do with the automated "your plan expires in x no of days" statement. But, I don't want to hear that every single time I make a call! I get it! Disable options?
