@Akash_Ambani @JioCare @JioChat Akash your customer care guys are useless and passive in reply. I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare guys ur My Jio app has become an absolute dustbin of ads and pop ups....it is so pathetically slow to open and us...both Vodafone Idea and Airtel have better functioning apps...i know cuz i use all 3...and dont even get me started on ur 4G speeds
