Showed excellent network,internet connectivity sold many connections/mnp based on that Now nothing works as booster is off n worst network connectivity. Are you cheating rural people?

This wasn't a refund issue. It was a customer support failure. Thanks, @JioCare. Hopefully the next customer won't need 73 days.

Ground level technician has more authority than escalation team. He can easily close request without otp and escalation team can not do anything.
