@Akash_Ambani @JioCare @JioChat Akash your customer care guys are useless and passive in reply. I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

@JioCare @reliancejio Cancellation request placed 28th Jun pending. Device pickup pending since 6th Jul. Terrible service & audacious attitude from your staff. Have never interacted with a team that is unaware of the process, escalations & someone who shouts at customers.
