Showed excellent network,internet connectivity sold many connections/mnp based on that Now nothing works as booster is off n worst network connectivity. Are you cheating rural people?

There is another jio connection in our apartment with the same issue and even theirs has not been resolved. No engineer has condescended to visit either place.

Stop fooling customers and resolve the outage immediately, otherwise I will disconnect Jio permanently.

I’m completely frustrated after 7+ days of poor service and useless replies. If this is not resolved now, I will remove and throw away the Jio Fiber connection permanently.
