    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare @JioChat Akash your customer care guys are useless and passive in reply. I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

    If some one wants to open Jio care: help & support @reliancejio He should buy @airtelindia sim card and switch the internet connection from Jio to Airtel. The 1000% chance of complaint @ service via MyJio app. Even Dhirubhai will slap Mukesh Ji frm heaven after experiencing it

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear JIO, u installed booster in Warudi Taluka opposite Noor hospital. Showed excellent network,internet connectivity sold many connections/mnp based on that Now nothing works as booster is off n worst network connectivity. Are you cheating rural people?

    @JioCare For the last 6 months I have call 198 multiple times that my internet is now working in patna location near south mandiri but I haven't get any permanent solution till now still my net is slow ......when I try to port then only your representative call but why not for solution?

    @JioCare bastards your fiber is dead since yesterday morning. Engineer visit was rescheduled without my consent and the visit didn’t even resolve the issue. Your customer care is also **** and can’t do anything about it.
