    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare @JioChat Akash your customer care guys are useless and passive in reply. I have recharged my Jio no with @1699 voucher with a 365 day validity period. I hope present scheme and existing plan will be continued through out the year. Yet to receive a reply.

    @JioCare Still no resolution. Chatting with your agents became a full day activity. And most shocking is your agents suddenly leave the chat without solving. Don’t know what is happening and how to solve. SR00001C8RUP is the ticket number.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare I had some issues with OTT subscription. Raised a SR with customer care number. The status of the SR is showing as resolved. But it's not resolved at my end. No one from Jio haven't called me to confirm if the issue resolved. Very poor service quality
