    Jio internet speed worst at my area. Jio tower distance is 500 m away from my home and facing slow internet speed, even WhatsApp is not working. I checked the speed on my device and that is 0.01 kbps. @reliancejio

    @JioCare using jio postpaid 599 family plan. Losing calls too frequently and unable to dial calls from time to time. Data sharing with family is not seamless - repeatedly facing issues in data activation on the linked mobile number. Unsatisfactory service . Help pls
