    @jiocare after lots of complaint more than 100 I am frustrated and decided to port my number. Poor network in india due to government in support jio not coustomer, bad experience with jio I really suggest don't go with jio because we pay high and getting just like 3g service

    @JioCare Who asked for a rent rebate? Stop diverting customers from the real question. Our time is more valuable than any rebate. Three days without service is three days of lost work. Answer one question: Is 72+ hours without internet your definition of 'no delay'? @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare I don't think you read my previous message carefully. This is not a website issue, because the website is accessible without any problems through Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL networks. The issue occurs only when using your Jio network, where the website cannot be accessed.

    I am facing a issue with your 5G service. my phone has been showing full 5G signal (all bars), but the internet speed is extremely slow almost like 2G..I have already contacted your customer care multiple times, but I have not received any proper response or resolution.@JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare do you understand the reason for past cancellation? It's the device Id mismatch in your system. Nowhere my fault. Is it addressed or you are planning to cancel tomorrow's request too?

    @JioCare @JioCare I have heard these same assurances for days. You have made repeated promises but delivered no resolution. My patience is exhausted. Please stop giving false hope and proceed with my cancellation request immediately. I no longer have confidence in Jio's service.

    @JioCare You have done the speed test when there is internet but i am facing problem of frequent internet connectivity failure.
