    @reliancejio @JioCare been 4 days have submitted my jio application and made the payment, installation due on 31st,now the person alloted calls and says will take another 3 days as the source box is not vacant. Very unlike jio.Would appreciate a solution.

    @karanmehra7kt Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port

    I did two top-up recharges on my jio number 1st-50, 2nd- 100. I also got the massage from jio that recharge is done successfully but when i call some than service is still down @reliancejio @JioCare #jioservice #Reliance

    @JioCare Whenever I log in or sign in to any of the ott apps then it shows that there is no subscription but I have used the jio fiber referral which gives me the subscription benefits. What shall I do?

    @reliancejio @JioCare After 10 days of service requests being rescheduled, JioCare has decided to.....reschedule my disconnection request again. It is clear they only value sales and have no service whatsoever. Great Service by a great indian company!
