    @JioCare I did the transaction again and second time it showed recharge done successfully but money from my Jio pos wallet deducted twice, I told about the issue to sales person and his head but they are not helping. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Kabhi Jaineesh , Kabhi Meghraj aur kabhi Akshay...So many different executives contacting but no one is solving the issue. Very unhappy with the service.

    @JioCare Jio Mart has started recharge service, Merchant's of Jio Mart can do recharge of Jio customers, Being a merchant I started providing this recharge service to customers. While doing one of the transaction it showed me transaction failed

    @JioCare @reliancejio since there was a new tower installation just in 30 mtrs of my residence range so many people in our society are facing signal issue. While @airtelindia is working fabulous. I have already complained on this but no action yet, shall I port my number?

    @JioCare i thought jio has best customer care support and has best team to deal with customer problems but today i experienced that all are same and give fake promises to the customers...... It's been more than 12 hours that der is not internet in my area and still not able solve

    @ViCustomerCare Hi You are losing customer thanks to you overcharging policy on ₹299 plan as ₹500 due to default enabling services. No money left you starting looting customers. Moving to @reliancejio
