    @JioCare Keep up the good work. My fibre cable got ripped when a truck went by @ Night. Executives visited my place the very next day and fixed the issue.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio your customer care service is very very poor. I wait for 4 minutes for talk to your customer care executer. And i told him my problem then he cut the call, he not gave me answer. You think you are monster in Telecom Field but one day you lost everything.

    @JioCare many times I complained about data speed but no use im facing of this problem from last 3 months but no response from @reliancejio @JioCare these iam not satisfied with this network

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, Could you please help us as we are getting very poor internet speed in our location from 1 or 2 weeks even jio mobile tower is within 500 meters. i tried to fill complaint in 198 but they are behaves like very rude. Thanks

    @JioCare Facing HUGE network issues with Jio SIM. Constant call drops, zero network, cannot make or receive calls. Other people who try to call me get the “switched off” message. Please resolve ASAP. And extend my plan by 2 weeks as I’ve been facing this issue for a while now.

    @reliancejio I am living in Gurgaon but I didn't get any 5g welcome offer since October month. @reliancejio said that 5g Network is available in Delhi/NCR but I didn't get any welcome offer. So I want to say why you are making fool to people which is no 5g Network is available.
