I have tried calling toll free number, chat bot and even WhatsApp chat but till now no response. An engineer was supposed to come today morning at 10 but till now no one turned up.

This is unacceptable. Please take immediate action, otherwise I will port all 6 Jio SIMs in my family to another network.
