    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, why has JioFiber stopped Amazon prime even though I have the 999 broadband plan? I was told that as long I am the customer of 999 plan, I will continue getting Amazon prime membership. @PrimeVideo

    I faced network issue after 7.00pm since last month...I have called @reliancejio customer support at least 5 times and everytime got same response.....I don't want to port my sim but I have to thank you @reliancejio for your service 🙏

    @JioCare I sent message, talked to customer care. Everybody escaping, no one solved the problem. Can not provide jiofiber in your location. We shall inform you. We can not refund you paid. When you took money then you committed big big. Now I feel that you cheat me.

    @reliancejio @JioSaavn @JioCare worst service... Not even able to change my jio fiber plan... These people trick you with lucrative plans but those plans are useless... I want basic 100Mbps plan but now they are not even ready to change the plan. What a waste of time & money.

    Synonym for worst internet connection provider @ACTFibernet . It's time to switch over to other vendor. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service is so poor at pin : 804427 area that even for running My jio app airtel data pack is used. Every day is unable to use single kb data from network provided.
