@JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare @reliancejio The internet service for postpaid is down from past 1 hour in Ahmedabad. When checked with representative they are telling temporary internet shutdown for 6hrs in the area in the daylight. And if this was the case why we're not informed prior.Need the reason

@reliancejio @JioCare I ordered vaddmaan zecof pure herbal&natural ayurvedic syrup,(orderno 16691099830161902A)on 22 Nov.I cancelled the same on that day. bt I'ven't got the refund.I've complained twice from jio mart app and also talked to customer care but still didn't get it.
