    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @amazonIN @amazonpay I was recharging my phone no. With Amazon pay , the amount was deducted but the myjio @reliancejio interface displayed recharge failed and amount was not returned neither Amazon is displaying failed transaction. Help me out ASAP

    @JioCare never expected that i have to face such a difficulty that no one is ready to resolve the problem i have registered from the date 02-07-2022. Only getting message your engineer visit has been rescheduled. Please don't make fools to people. Worst service of jio fiber!!

    @JioCare are u guys kidding with me....ur support team give call ring of micro sec once i m abt to take call it disconnected and they didn't ever bother to give a call bck again, it's means u r not interested only to solve the issue...u have only one agenda drag the issue ama possible

    hey @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat mobile internet is very poor here. 0 to 20% all time. Video call is not possible. And Voice call is not audible all d time. Kindly improve the connectivity. location: Velsao,CANSAULIM,Goa pin point location in DM. #jhope_MORE #JagrukJantaForSSR

    today asked for cancellation as facing the same issue.. and they are saying that the refund for the recharge which I have done 3 days ago cannot be refunded as it is not the policy for jio @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup
