    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @reliancejio I paid for Wifi connection at Prayagraj a month ago. After processing it was denied saying ports are not empty for new connection. After one month status remains the same. If you cannot provide service,stop sending whatsapp and SMS everyday.

    @reliancejio since three hrs no service##.I tried to connect to help centre they give appointment for tomorrow..so what for today ..I m basically work from home so it’s very necessary to resolve immediately..loosing my salary that I get on hourly basis …first solve then do 5G

    @JioCare Hi, I am a jio fiber customer, I would like to discontinue my jio fiber services because i started using jio fiber plan of 150mbps for one year.But now they are forcing me to buy prime for one year and for this i had to take a 100mbps plan. I don’t want prime.
