    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare i have requested for number port. A guy came from okhla delhi, sachin, he took 299 rs for First recharge from me and did not give option for plans..even before number gets active. No receipt given. Also took my phone and filled customer feedback himself @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been 8 days since I ordered Fiber with no connection or any solution/on path leading to it. IVR help is useless. Agent who sold connection has usual "Check karta hoon". Kindly connect me with an accountable executive for my refund.

    @JioCare Rescheduling of the engineer visit hav been done 5 time if u can track my complaint and now they r telling dat i hv to disconnect my jiofiber connection. Sorry to say but is dis the best service jio is providing to its customers.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber connectivity is lost. Raised a service request but would be attended after 24 hours though I live in a big city. Is it fair?
