    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence .. my whole family have airtel sim card and all having the same problem. Puri family ka jio sim me port karna padega agar airtel aise hi bekar internet dega toh

    @reliancejio simplify your systems & train your cust support team (not to disconnect, callback if disconnected, read emails and respond rather than blind copy paste using CRM hotkeys & finally - think from cust point of view). Did I make a mistake in moving to Jio Fiber?
