    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    Dear @DoT_India we are continuously facing net connectivity issue at my home. I have recharged both @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence but none of them are providing good connectivity. We have to work from home & we are getting loss and notices from offices for non performance.

    @JioCare Jio is totally fraud and scam. There is very weak calling network. In entire day almost 50% time there is no network symbol and in rest 50% of time , i need to dial 10 times to connect a call.I done a mistake that I recharged with annual plan.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Yesterday applied for new jio fibre connection in Bangalore sales person came in very humble way and promised me for installation on 13 Jan morng. Installtion not done sales person is very rude now CustCare asking for cancellation & rude 2
