@JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@reliancejio This is worst customer care in JIO. I have raised 30 days before regarding invoice bill for jio fiber 1 year plan but till date did not get any response. Request No : 0000131VKC Even if you not able t downloads invoice from MyJio for one year plan.

@JioCare My Jio fibre connection 4223592720. Applied for Home shift on 1/12/20.Till date no acknowledgment, reply or action despite calling everyday to call centre. In time of WFH & Online classes, such poor service is affecting. Pls do needful to organise the shift.
