@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare FYI It is not the coverage issue, It is the internet slowdown issue during the evening time, Nearest Jio tower is only 150 meters from my location and it is more than a year now still no resolution strange !!! More than 1000+ customers means nothing to you ?

@reliancejio @JioCare been 4 days have submitted my jio application and made the payment, installation due on 31st,now the person alloted calls and says will take another 3 days as the source box is not vacant. Very unlike jio.Would appreciate a solution.

@JioCare @airtelindia When will you fix the network problem? Till then the IPL season will be over. For the last ten days, you guys have not been able to do well. All customers move to Jio if Airtel not take it seriously for network issues..

I did two top-up recharges on my jio number 1st-50, 2nd- 100. I also got the massage from jio that recharge is done successfully but when i call some than service is still down @reliancejio @JioCare #jioservice #Reliance

@JioCare I have been sending my complaints via private message but you all are pathetic even to acknowledge. By not taking a NETWORK COVERAGE since last 3 months shows what JIO & it's Team is up to.
