    @JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare You charge for 30 Mbps but only provide 3–4 Mbps. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a fraud. Your service is highly disappointing, and it seems like you are exploiting customers instead of delivering what you promise.

    @JioCare Placed an order for a new Jio Sim through Myjio App and paid the plan amount. Still shows processing even after 48 hours. Kindly cancel the order if you are unable to deliver the Sim. I would get an @Airtel_Presence sim instead of waiting endlessly without any updates.

    One of the worst service by @reliancejio @JioCare in Chittoor Dt Andhra Pradesh I ordered Jio AirFiber on 15th May and made the payment when the engineer visited for KYC. Till date, there has been no response from the agent. I have tried calling him for the past 3 days (1)
