@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

@Rkarthikeyan95 @ViCustomerCare @JioCare No operator is 100% perfect. But Jio is the worst as of today. Many a times u will have to restart your phone else it will show switched off to ur callers and even u won't be able to make calls.

@reliancejio @JioCare worst mistake of my life was taking a #jio connection now I'll switch back to my previous network. Because #JioFiber connection and the customer care is pathetic when it comes to slow internet. I'll tell this to everyone I'll meet not to take jio connection.

Sorry @airtelindia I have been a very long standing customer but now I have to port to @reliancejio. There is no network on any airtel connection in my office building in Powai, heart of Mumbai. Not even emergency calls. Promising 5g but not even giving 2g network. Bye
