    I need concert solution to my issues and not just answers. Or do me a favor bring the other cellular port sim for me once and for all. I am no fool if i am complaining about the issue since i am here. Sick of your same answers. Do something good at least for once @JioCare

    Took a Jio AirFiber connection in March 2026 with a 4month recharge. During installation, I was informed that relocation would be possible if I shifted my residence. After 1.5 months, I moved to a new flat and contacted @JioCare relocation, but now they are denying the service.

    @JioCare Refund for Order ID N00001CWWCCW is still not credited despite multiple confirmations and a committed timeline. If the refund is not credited within the next 24 hours, I will proceed with formal escalation to @DoT_India for unresolved refund and service deficiency.

    @JioCare Very poor service by jio Service engineer visit was already scheduled after 3 days On the service date no engineer visited now they are asking to reschedule it by another 3 days So six days of no internet but full bill Ph no 6350049422 Please resolve

    @reliancejio - Your JioFiber customer support has reached to the lowest possible.Your so called engineers don't come as per schedule and just keep closing the tickets. Your engineers say Jio Fiber routers range is just 5 meters, seriously? Worst customer service Guaranteed!
