    I need concert solution to my issues and not just answers. Or do me a favor bring the other cellular port sim for me once and for all. I am no fool if i am complaining about the issue since i am here. Sick of your same answers. Do something good at least for once @JioCare

    @JioCare worst services..i am facing problem of call dropping,call mute and slow internet speed from past 5-6 days on 3 of my jio no's..but u guys closed the complaint by saying go check your handset how come problem can occur in 3 handset at the same time?u guys uses ur brain?

    @JioCare Share the status of SR00001A5TCC dated 30th March. No engineer visited till now. No call I received. Called & mailed customer care, got same reply from both place that team is working. Want to know that team is working what & where? How much time team will take?

    @reliancejio @jiofibergurgaon This is regarding extremely poor service of jio fibre. I had paid the amount on 1.4.2022 and was promised next day installation. Order No: NO0000L2B9PO. But till date there is no installation and no refund being made inspite repeated requests.
