    I need concert solution to my issues and not just answers. Or do me a favor bring the other cellular port sim for me once and for all. I am no fool if i am complaining about the issue since i am here. Sick of your same answers. Do something good at least for once @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Disgusting working of JIO. Launch a complaint ,get message for technician visit. Technician calls on phone ask to reboot and complaint gets closed. Issue remains as it is ...This is how this blue chip co functions and mis sell its services.

    @sprinter_yadav Only spends money on advertising but not on network. However, @reliancejio is the best at providing good network signals. Can give a try.

    @reliancejio @JioCare don’t work on that. Customer care agents are very rude and they don’t even respond. Likewise I have many others complaints as well but know who will solve. I thinking to disconnect Jio service due to this. Thank You. Fed up with the customer care service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using Jio postpaid service and Jio fiber. I really like the speed and plans. But the customer care service what Jio provides is really very pathetic and worst. Multiple times I gave request to update my profile. Every time they takes new request.

    @JioCare I am posting this with extreme frustration now, it has been 2 months and I am still trying to report a concern with my recharge but couldnt even raise it switfly, your customer care executives simply drop the calls and twitter support is also for name sake only. Please call back

    Recharged my number (9126012331) with IR pack (Rs1101) but still there is no network. Provide service or give my money back @JioCare @reliancejio I did the recharge on the recommendation of your customer care.

    @airtelindia Service is poor in my area, mostly only get 1 bar of signal (at most 2) at my apartment. I had @reliancejio before porting over to Airtel and the signal reception was never this poor. Can someone look into this? Seriously considering porting back to Jio again.....
