@JioCare Jio Fibre you don't have to prove again & again that you have the worst customer support. I'm having Speed Issues from past couple of days and a Stupid lady named Apoorva from your support staff told me that she can't do anything and engineer visit isn't possible either

@JioCare Also if your bottom system doesn't work in customer intrest you can't blindly really them. I am proposal engineer and working from home, from last couple of days not able to work properly, lost/delayed some bids, that impacted my company reputation and my performance.

Been using jiofibre since a few months now, ran into a problem a few weeks ago and i have had absolutely zero help from the customer service side except for them closing the complaint every single time without resolving the issue. Highly disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare representative took jio fibre connection request promising it will be installed yesterday but received a message that connection will happen on 9th Jan. Your helpline number doesn't work. Help us fix this it's urgent.
