@reliancejio poor internet speed on jiofiber. It's just 12th day sicne have taken connection. Into the free 30day trial period where committed speed is 150 Mbps & am getting between 30to50. only 1st week was better. please resolve or would be glad to shift to other provider.

I am pretty much sure Jio will never improve its after sale service. Its Work from home environment every where and 48hr for tech visit. The day airtel will start its fiber services here, I will never use word Jio, my whole life. @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio @JioCare Since past 3-4days jio wifi is not working even after recharge. After talking to customer care, connection guys and even jio seniors all I received is a lie, unprofessionalism and disappointment. I think I should discontinue jio fiber and look another option

@JioCare I have complaint of the unavailablity of jio fiber services in my area. Beside my home, jio fiber service available since 3 months. My home is not live and I have been waiting since 6 months. No proper work.
