I have been cheated by @JioFiberVoice . They have taken 6 months of advance money for a very slow internet pack. Then i paid extra money to get the pack upgraded. I have transaction id and everything but they are saying its not in their records. FRAUD @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare my home is located at mere 300 - 400 meters away from Fat Box. Despite ur representative says, connection can't be done. Neither they install new fat box at my location. If you do not expand ur network, How will new customer can avail ur service?

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice They took the money for jio fiber which was around 3000 rs and now they are not attending the calls and nor installing the jio fiber. I was waiting from 5-6 days now. It's the worst service by jio. Please look into the matter.🙏

@JioCare I booked for a new jio fibre connection. When I heard that another person in my apt was yet to get installation done after paying the amount 2 week back, I raised the issue with the jio guy. surprisingly/coincidentally I got a message that my order got canceled 😡

@JioCare I don’t think you’ll are doing anything about it. Find that advisor and terminate him. He was on shift at 2000 hrs yesterday. If I’ve got it a little right his name sounded like Aniket.

@JioCare Karuna, from past 5 days my internet download speed is not even 1mbps, why dont you provide proper service for the amount paid. How are you going to compensate me for unable to use your service for past 5 days and untill you fix the issue?
