    First 2 screenshot make it clear that the call is still on, but @JioCare sending the feedback SMS. Good enough to prove dat thr CS rep actually quit d customer call line but call was running for the customer.

    @reliancejio I have lost my sim 9999914870 in UK, I need to pay my wife's tuition fees, rent and other expenses. I couldn't transfer any funds due to OTP. I have raised a ticket on 14th Nov and I have provided all the details asked but you guys are not understanding my problem.
