@JioCare Registered mobile number 9354780866 I installed jio fiber 14 April and i cancel my subscription 10may but your engineer did not pick up the device. And at last, the device was picked up when I visited the office after getting so many false commitments from you people

@JioCare So you want to say that this is our fault that many people are using internet at the same time ? Are they using internet for free ? You don't get any charges for it? If they are paying, why aren't you providing them a good service? Why aren't you increasing your capacity?

@JioCare It's working fine in day time but after 6:00-7:00 pm network going low. I checked my areas network towers. Land owners turn off generators. Please investigate this. If possible then fix this issue. @TRAI @reliancejio
