  Hello @JioCare Just now I mistakenly recharged my other number twice while I wnated to recharge my own number from jio app. Could you please cancel the rechage and refund? So I can utilize for correct number.

  Jio is working like "Maro". No sense of responsibility for customers. Their sole aim is only charging you for the Services, not providing it actually. Nothing has improved in Network. Worst and disappointing experience! @JioCare @jagograhakjago @jioreliance

  @JioCare Another generic reply. Since 14 July, I’ve only received assurances but no action. How much longer should I wait? Please provide a specific completion date and time, not “our team is working on it.” If relocation cannot be completed today, cancel my request and initiate my refund
