Hey @reliancejio! Your officials enter incorrect details about a customer in the CAF and CRF and then blame you for giving wrong details. Folks in store are least interested in helping. I’m happy to move my connection to Airtel if you guys don’t need customers.

@JioCare JioFiber order no NO0000KCYHGU, very bad initial impression, placed order 5days back, still no signs of installation. Continuous postponing of installation is frustrating. Need the service at the earliest or else have to look for alternatives.

@JioCare Nonesensical reply. A glaring case of non applicantion of mind on the part of Jio executives. Jio is least concerned about issues of its customers. Very unfortunate indeed.

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm going 2 port jio sim as well as replace jio fiber. It's been long long time since I hve ben facing connectivity nd speed issues. With a recharge worth ₹825 (40+ mbps in 2.4 Gz and 100 mbps in 5 Gz spectrum) I'm getting 9 to 12 mbps. Sheer waste of money
