@JioCare i am not getting 5G signal inside my house. 4G signal strength is -88dBm where as 5G signal strength is -128 dBm. I raised issues multiple times to customer care but nothing has been done. Kindly do the needful.

@JioCare I am trying to deactivate my postpaid sim card since 1 week... Already initiated this application on several platforms.. Tomorrow my free trial period will expire... Hope I won't be charged for the service anymore as I had already applied for deactivation.

@JioCare @reliancejio your streaming sucks. you took the contract to stream #TATAIPL2023 on #JioCinema without even having the basics in place. Only highlights are streamed property. Live matches keep buffering or simply get stalled. As always @BCCI is bothered only about money.
