    @reliancejio worst network provider they take the full money but we can never be use the jio internet in day time.worst than the 2g network. I have attached the location pls check.

    @JioCare I'm a advocate, associated with my Learned brother Md.G.Madani,(Jio no-7008574595) Advocate Orissa High Court. It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

    @JioCare I am on the 699 plan for JioFiber. I had already paid for quarterly recharge (expiring 30th Mar). My Jio TV has stopped working suddenly. I reached out to your customer service, where I was told that I need to go for a higher plan (999) to get the OTT apps.. (1/n)

    @reliancejio I am not sure if you guys are aware - in general, your call quality is below par, not that good, and especially during cross network calls, it's very bad . Lots of voice breaking problems show up !

    @JioCare now you dont have any option to upgrade and I have already paid the recharge amount for the 699 plan (till March end). How do you expect a customer to bear the loss of 1 month (699 INR in this case) and pay for the 999 plan from start? (2/n)
