It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

If 1 min exceed you stopping the services. But if we cancel the any of service taking more than a week for refund. Is this fair?

Habib Mohammed (@habib_beloved) reportedOne should not opt for longer tenured subscriptions with Jio fiber as you will not get a refund for cancellation even if the problem is from their side. You are stuck with it until the tenure is over even if you have netwrk connection or not @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioInternet
