@JioCare I'm a advocate, associated with my Learned brother Md.G.Madani,(Jio no-7008574595) Advocate Orissa High Court. It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

@reliancejio worst network provider they take the full money but we can never be use the jio internet in day time.worst than the 2g network. I have attached the location pls check.

@JioCare @reliancejio @4G80mw4H51Vgm7h Dear Sanjiv, since the WFH scene, the customer service of Jio has gone to the dogs. Ur CC executive don't check any details and lie, they have no mechanism to connect to their managers and they randomly disconnect the call. Please look into it urgently.

@JioCare none of the JIO numbers are working in our area, We are receiving the full signal but incoming or outgoing calls/messages or data are working. I suspect there is some problem with the tower/base station. Need some solution from the right person.

@JioCare Frustrating experience last two days. Installation of new Jio Fibre connection vide order No NO0000LFN2HU has been rescheduling time and again. Now again rescheduled for tomorrow. Either there is customer saturation or least concerned for the customer time.
