It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

The app doesn't allow me to do it, and multiple calls to customer care haven't helped. This delay is unacceptable.

Fix it immediately or refund half my money (keep 3 months for 10 days) so I can switch to a reliable provider. Escalate to billing.
