    @reliancejio worst network provider they take the full money but we can never be use the jio internet in day time.worst than the 2g network. I have attached the location pls check.

    @JioCare there is not good strength of network in our village,our location is piteipur dhamnagar, Bhadrak.pls take some preventive measures.

    @JioCare I'm a advocate, associated with my Learned brother Md.G.Madani,(Jio no-7008574595) Advocate Orissa High Court. It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

    @JioCare It's been 3 days since the Jio 5G tower was installed in our area, but 5G service is still not activated. We urgently need Jio 5G. We're frustrated spending extra on data add-ons, and even after recharging ₹349, we still can't use unlimited 5G. Please activate it ASAP.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber requested for a disconnection on 6th July and there is still no update from your team. Had exchanged couple of emails, talked to your customer care 3 times. New connection in 1 day, but turning a deaf ears for disconnection request.

    @JioCare Sweety, thank you for the update. I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly it everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle.

    Hi @JioCare, I recharged my Jio number with ₹707 after seeing a WhatsApp offer promising 1 month extra validity + ₹150 cashback. However, I have not received either the extra validity or the cashback. Please check my recharge and resolve this issue as #JioAirFiber #jiofraud

    @JioCare I complained publicly earlier and received ONE callapparently that was the “resolution”. Nothing happened afterwards. If Jio cannot provide the connection, why is my money still being held?
