    @JioCare internet is down for 3 days and you guyz don't give a F. You guyz are not even allowing me to raise complaint through jio app. Pinged jio fiber number on your inbox. Check and fix asap or i will switch to airtel.

    @JioCare Another 4 days passed I have complained last 28 days ago but still not getting the refund for cancellation of new jio airfiberconnection,Every time same reply from your side resolved shortly!this is the service from top telecom company of the country Just to manipulate customer

    @RIL_Updates @RIL_Updates And this also contains predatory customer policy - you took 1200 relocation amount but still gave me air fiber instead of fiber and usurped my advance. and your cusomer care @JioCare saying for 7 months we are processing it - shame on you

    @JioCare I have been complaining in this area since last 2 years, but the future is still in future and I am not the only one who is suffering, people are porting because of this issue. When I get 5g signal here it gives speed like 2G edge. Jio should use booster for weak signal areas.

    @JioCare Bhavani, it’s really painful, everytime we face connectivity issue engineer visit rescheduled without any consent and why should I I pay the rental when I don’t use the service, check how many days in last 6 months Jio was out of order.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Paid for JioFiber, but getting no proper internet service. What's the point of charging customers when the network doesn't work? This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. Fix this issue immediately #JioFiber #JioDown #CustomerServiceFail
