    .@JioCare Why is my service request SR00003C2KOL being postponed repeatedly? I get a message for engineer visit and within hours another message says,the visit has been rescheduled to a further date. This has happened 5 times now. Highly unprofessional.

    @JioCare Shubham, what's the update on SR00003C5U11 I was to get update on saturday. To work on many SR with no refund for 2+ months after return of equipment=no desire of serious intent 2 resolve & on the record show off work, prove me wrong, by issue of refund today can u?

    @JioCare In Nanpara,Bahraich district (Uttar Pradesh), the internet speed drops drastically whenever the power goes out.I even lodged a personal complaint with your network representative, Matyendra (8283830139),but received an absurd response: "Change your network; why do you use Jio?"

    @JioCare I have been facing this issue continuously since a week. There is no option to book for an engineer visit. I would request an engineer visit as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Now contacted customer care team they're like they had no bank account information .. How come? Your agent took all details and then OTP to submit.. I have screen shot of verification which i got after pickup. So pathetic service

    @reliancejio are so smart! They haven’t resolved my problem but since they had to bill me for this month, they sent a fake claim msg that the request has been solved. What a shame these people are!
