kanwal cheema (@kanwalcheema14) reportedExtremely disappointed with the experience from Jio. I ordered a new SIM and received a message that home delivery had been initiated under order NO0001DQZUNG. However, for the last 4 days, there has been no delivery. The assigned delivery executive, Manish (8950099986), either does not answer calls or disconnects them despite repeated attempts to contact him. What is even more frustrating is that I have also reached out to customer support, but there has been no meaningful assistance or resolution. A customer should not have to spend days chasing a delivery that was promised by the company. A simple callback, update, or alternate delivery arrangement would have prevented all this inconvenience. This experience has been time consuming, frustrating, and highly disappointing. Kindly arrange immediate delivery or initiate a refund without any further delay. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio
