    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir I applied for jio fiber connection on 28 Jul 2022 vide refrance number NO0000MDYHQI due to some reason i requested for Cancellation of smae connection and raised a service request but till date refund not initiated

    @JioCare Trust me , nobody is working on the issue else it won't take 3 weeks to make my connection work. Pls arrange to refund my monthly fee now, I am already fed up!

    Jio is neither providing refund nor providing explanation of reason of deduction in the refund amount. I deactivated postpaid sim in July 2022, yet till date the customer support is not providing proper answers. @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    Thank you @JioCare for the swift response to get the Wi-Fi connection.. After wasting 1 month with @airtelindia for keep requesting them for connection shift Now i had completely disconnected all my services. can u atleast help me to close all airtel services @Airtel_Presence
