    Shocked by the absolute fraud played by a @JioCare technician. Visited my home for a Jio AirFiber issue demanded ₹600 replace a POE adapter, providing zero official invoice. Is this how @reliancejio operates? Please investigate refund immediately @jagograhakjago

    Hey guys, can anyone tell me how to connect to Jio customer care @JioCare when you have already raised a service request for JioFiber? yesterday's storm cut my JioFiber wire outside, and I have a deadline by 10:00 PM tonight I need internet ASAP. I have around 5.6 GB of files.

    @JioCare I got this number from the technician who installed my Jio connection, his name is Pradeep Gupta (93725 05835) , when I called him today morning, shared my Complaint ID: SR00003AWSUV, he said he would send someone and now he is not answering my calls!

    @JioCare Reason 1: your customer case didn't raise the complain I have to call 3 times and 3 rd time your disconnection department raise my complaint. Reason2: yesterday you engineer mark my complain as resolved when it isn't resolved, I have take video of his whole visit.

    @JioCare @AmazonPayIN I accidentally did a Jio recharge on a wrong number via Amazon Pay. I do not want a transfer, I want a full refund. Jio customer care is refusing to help. Please escalate this to a senior manager and reverse my money.
