    @JioCare Good data speed will be available only if the network is in good quality, uploading and downloading data can be found correctly, downloading shows 1 mps and you loading goes to 20 mps, who will not be mixed, how will the problem be fixed

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using ur Jio dongle and sim card for office work and it is very frustrating as I am not able to work with that horrible internet connection!The wifi is always red with no internet connection & this is going on for couple of days now.

    @JioCare We have applied n paid for 6 months jio fiber connection on Wednesday n till tody its not yet installed, no one picking call nor sales person nor manager nor line man, pathetic service, fraud Company, they took money n never install it, dont buy fiber hopeless service

    @JioCare What's the sense of having customer care if you are not even listening to customer. I have to wait for two days for fixing a simple issue ,this is use less.

    @JioCare not sure if the team is capable of solving the issues or just focusing on selling the product. It's been 7 days I am unable to use the services. Vendors/Leads do not pick any call. SR is closed without any consent. Help!!!!! Reachable at +91-9827305225

    @JioCare Sonmalikar - wasted my 43 minutes just to register a complaint, i made 12 requests but still he/she never register a complaint . @JioCare @reliancejio what is the use of customer care when they are not registering a simple complaint. You should fire these kind of employees
