    @reliancejio I am still waiting for an answer and for my refund.. its been more than 1.5 month now.. Refund of INR 807 is still pending. I am asked to DM every now and then.. no resolution at all

    My father has been trying to connect and ask @jio_fiber @JioCare to install our wifi for the last 15 days. Not one platform is helpful. Different people get assigned and nobody turns up. Let me know if we should change service provider? Useless service

    @reliancejio you disgusting scammers. You were offering a tv plan of @JioHotstar and that's the reason I bought a yearly plan, now all of a sudden you've made it a mobile only plan. This isn't fair.@jagograhakjago will you look at this issue please. These guys are scamming us🤬

    Shameful service! Since 19 June, my JioAirFiber has been down. Complaint SR000038V4Y5 is still pending, SR000039BONN was marked as a missed appointment without any engineer visiting. Stop giving false promises of “tomorrow” and fix the issue. #JioAirFiber #Faridabad @JioCare

    @JioCare WE KEEP CALLING. INTERNET not working since 3 days jiofiber STOPS COMPLETELY DURING RAINY SEASON. SCHEDULE A ENGINEER APPOINTMENT. THEY HARDLY TURN UP. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS OF 4 PM YESTERDAY AND WAS RESCHEDULED TO 9 PM. NO ONE TURNED UP. IT'S EMBARRASSING.
