    @JioCare stupid i have problam and you know about it..you data speed after 7 pm very slow.. check your network at my location..this is my last worning otherwise i ll go for other network like @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate

    Ordered a Jio SIM for MNP from Airtel (payment done). The delivery agent disconnected my call mid-conversation and is now completely unreachable/ignoring calls. Terrible onboarding experience. Please look into this urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Can Jio stop harassing with repeated scripted calls from call centre when one wants to just cancel a #jiofiber subscription. This is horrible explaining each time again and again to a cc exec who refuses to listen. Cancelling should not be treated as a crime!

    Jio internet has been down in my area since yesterday morning, and this has become a frequent issue. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with repeated network outages. Please look into this issue and resolve it permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare the worst customer service for JioFiber. Since 2 days I am scheduling the engineer, one engineer called and said I am not coming and since then all my appointment are kept on hold due to wrong SR. No way to reach any person via call. My number is 9334178497

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN guys this is the worst connection at 30 mbbs unlimited speed connection offers u only 10 mbbs speed poor quality one can get poor poor quality not expect such things from such a reputed company @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare your network quality in my locality is absolutely disappointing, voice breaking during call,internet speed is worst even for a simple Google search it takes enough time. I informed your ZSM but no action being taken. Please resolve it ASAP. @TRAI please intervene.

    Installed the @jio_fiber in 2020 with refundable security 1500₹. Closed the connection in April/may 2026. But got only ₹500 as refundable amount. customer care person telling me that ₹1000 was charged for installation in 2020. What pathetic and disappointing service @JioCare

    @JioCare I was promised a solution of a cellular network dead zone within 180 days back in March 2025. I have recieved no resolution or update. Multiple DMs to this account have been ignored. Now at the current time instead of fixing the cellular dead zone at my workplace now there is a cellular dead zone at my home also.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unresolved JioFiber installation for over a week! Your agents lied & broke commitments. The upstairs extender isn't working & agent refused to fix it. I have all proofs ready. Fix this issue within 48 hours or see you in consumer court!

    @TRAI Network is sometimes as poor that calling someone becomes difficult. 5G speed is just for name. Both @reliancejio and @airtelindia probide below average service but recharge plans are very hight.
