    Pathetic @airtelindia. They charge me for call on bank customer care other than the bill amount. What is the benefits of having postpaid connection than? Also after calling 9n Customer Care I recd. 25 text msgs continously. Going to port to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare Its been long , network is very poor and no action taken, pl dont ask adress n location where network is poor, it is across Mumbai. Surely I will port it, sick n tired of same.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia team, in last 5 days, your broadband services have disruption issues which goes on for 8-12 hours. No executives are responding and are being rude. We are paying premium charges for the service but such a poor service. @reliancejio is better

    @CricCrazyJohns @JioCare but the network very bad. Evn though I have 2.5gb / day plan. I can't even use 1.5 gb per day. Worried how I'm gonna watch ipl in jio cinemas

    @reliancejio We have 800 to 900 jio mobile connections but in our village the network is very poor, i hereby request you kindly improve the network in our village otherwise we will shift from jio to other mobile network

    Im surprised why @JioCare charges money from us as after several calls to the jio care from the last 6 weeks the issue is not resolved but the renewal reminder is on time. It will be helpful if jio gives us solution else tell us the truth that you are never going to resolve this
