    @JioCare So I Have A JioFiber Connection Now-a-days When I Do Gaming The Ping Is 500-800ms In Average & Sometime It Crosses 2000ms 🤯 & When I Watch Videos On YouTube The Video Doesnt Gets Load Quickly!!! This Issue Is Constant From 3 Days.

    @JioCare In this case, the connection itself was not done. Just the payment and Kyc was done, then what's pending? Also I want to talk with customer care executive. Please get a call arranged. This is really not helping

    @JioCare Your service executive has asked me to hope the issue gets resolved without any technical resolution. They are true followers of #beliveingod and doing nothing about the issue. Other network providers will atleast make an effort to resolve the main issue.

    @reliancejio There is this part of land in Kulgam district which needs proper internet coverage. Despite the network towers at a hands distance the internet speed is awful with its peak at 20kbps. Please look into the matter.
