Have been facing internet connectivity issue with jio fiber since yesterday and raised a request for the same I was told that an engineer will be appointed today and he came just at 10 checked the issue and without resolving left the place .@JioCare @reliancejio

Have been facing internet connectivity issue with jio fiber since yesterday and raised for the same I was told an engineer will be appointed today they came checked the issue and left without resolving & reschedule for 4 pm but there is no sign of them till. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Worst customer care. Worst billing department. Jio customer care told us. My payment done before time. But not credited in my account. So, I’ll do entry in Jio accounts now. This will my next job.
