    Absolutely terrible support from @airtelindia xstream fiber. Installed it yesterday but still it haven't activated. Tried calling the engineers but everyone is simply rejecting the calls. pathetic support. @reliancejio was much better when I used it before.

    @JioCare such a shame that your stb doesn’t support Dolby Digital 5.1 surround..so if we have a good home theatre system then we are forced to listed to stereo sound like normal speakers…this is truly not acceptable given that the content on OTT is mostly 5.1

    @JioCare For giving an opportunity only i called those many times. Now a days your service and systems are down grading company values and reputation. Company is growing well but because of these kind service,company is loosing customers. Management should look in to this #JioFiber #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Any update, problem not resolved so far. I have paid advance payment of six months. Landline calling and call through jio join app when will start on my newly purchased jio fiber on 01/07/2022.

    @JioCare have jio fibre connection. Product is world class but when service is required then this is the worst company. Jio made world class product but service is very poor. got 10 msgs of engineer visit schedule but neither his visit nor call. Service request no. SR99991BW4J3.

    @JioCare my internet is not working since morning i have been complaining from morning service engineer was suppose to visit between 3pm to 4pm it's 5:35pm i have not received any response my work got stopped due to this Service Request Number SR00001BYQOW pathetic service
