@JioCare It’s been four days since Internet is not functional. Spoke to Swarup who was very rude. Second day called up and service request number was given and closed too without problem resolved. Called up again spoke to Ganesh who said will reopen case. It was closed without telling us.

@JioCare I have paid for JioFiber installation but no one has come for installation yet. The sales representative is not responding and customer care is not helping. This is very unprofessional. Either complete installation immediately or initiate refund.
