    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber Service Request No. SR000037BDOL hasn't been resolved since many days now...all that i am getting is assurances. Rakesh (062392 68973) never resolved my issue & Pawan (98772 97008) never came for service. THIS IS HIGH PRIORITY.

    @reliancejio I am receiving service updates on my email id for a particular Jio Airfiber connection which isn't mine. Is there a way you can contact the moron connection owner who put my email id to make him put his own id, or simply delink my email from that service account?

    @JioCare This is becoming a loop. I share the details, receive a template response, and then get asked for the same details again. The issue is not missing information—it's lack of resolution. Please provide an escalation ID, owner, and ETA. @NetflixIndia @NCH1915

    @JioCare My wifi still not working. It’s 7 days since I raised concern . No solution provided yet. No site visit. Technician missed multiple appointments. @TRAI this is FYI
