    @JioCare extremely dissapointed with #jiofiber service. The representatives are not responding to customer queries. Please tell how can I get refund the total paid amount through online request. Since it is not installed yet, there should not be any issue. Order no NO0000HLHHCK

    @JioCare Respected sir, Regarding my refund of Jio Fiber connection, availed in Dec 2020, terminated within 30 days of free trail. Neither any one called so far nor any notification from Number 1 network of India, it's Jio Fiber. Please initiate my refund immediately. Thank you

    @SanjayDhotreMP @reliancejio @JioCare since a month without consuming data my data is being exhausted. I was told to replace sim then to recharge once again in despite of a valid plan. After recharging twice a month my issue was solved for few days but it's same again.

    @reliancejio pathetic service ordered for online sim 2weeks no response went to jio gallery to today made me wait for 45mins after that the representative says you need colour photo on your aadhaar card to get a sim wow amazing service
