    @vodafone If you are planing to exit India do share the notification your charging monthly but no network in my office cabin beside @JioCare with Sim is ok Ok network at least can take call but on Vodafone have to leave the cabin just for a talk

    @JioCare I am tired of this. Resolve the problem or else I will now scrap the router and all. This is beyond my patience and pathetic service that you guys are unable to solve a simple problem. Even someone from your side told me to format my device that too I have done . Now I am tired.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a pathetic app and customer service. I want to disconnect my jio airfiber connection and there is no option for it in the app or the customer care number. No option to speak to customer care directly either.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I orderd new airfiber and got installed today. Technician demanded me money for the installation and for the petrol.when i called the manager his tone was very bad and told me that u will have to pay. If u will not u will regret.i have proof as recording

    @JioCare My Zee5 subscription is not working for the last 3 months with Jio AirFiber. Still asking for subscription even after login with registered number. No resolution yet, only service request updates. How long should I wait? Need immediate fix.

    Absolutely unacceptable service from @reliancejio . My JioAirFiber has been non-operational since Saturday, 23rd May, and despite multiple complaints, calls, and reschedules, the issue still remains unresolved. What’s worse? Jio keeps assigning the SAME engineer who openly says he no longer works for Jio. Yet the company continues to assign him repeatedly instead of actually fixing the issue. This level of incompetence, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customers is pathetic. Customers pay for reliable service, not endless excuses and fake service assignments. Do better, Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio from my jio app i tried o book a sim for home delivery. Payment was done on 20may 2026 and ordered . 6 days passed but its not yet delivered. Followed up with the delivery agent and the customer care but no luck so far.. Booking code 9F5295EDEE
