@JioCare Spoke to local service guy who 1st came to attend the complain....he is not even aware of what I am talking abt and u keep on saying that u r working diligently on it. I haven't even received any call from jio to explain the problem. Absolutely carelessness.

@JioCare @reliancejio no need to push your self, you are not competent enough to assist your customer and don’t give me the repetitive false assurances, just let me know the process to discontinue your service and let me know how can I get my deposit money back.

@JioCare I still haven't found a feasible resolution to my International roaming issue. You keep redirecting me to a WhatsApp chat that is useless without my Jio number and I cannot change my WhatsApp linked number due to multiple engagements. @ritwikbhattach
