    Services on JioFiber Service ID 300365564883 have been temporarily deactivated as per your request. Your device pickup appointment will be scheduled within 48 hr. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup More than 3 days gone . No work nothing on deactivation request.

    @JioCare Engineer came yesterday in response to my complaint but did nothing to solve the problem of slow and frequent interruption of internet. Problem still same. Pl send senior technician to fix the problem

    @JioCare Your service resolution time is very long and i think you need to improve the resolution time from 24 hours to 2 hours so it will be better to attract the customer.
