@cultofmac @JioCare is earning lots of money 4m us. They charged a good amount for their call and data services. After using their service for 5-6 years n the SIM card needs to be replaced, they ask Rs.50 charge for it. They are looting people now.

@JioCare pathethic service now a days.Not atall good connectivity in my area.Already raise a complaint before they saidthats the best they can provide.Iam a postpaiduser and the network and the dataconnectivity is so poor that Iam thinking to go back to @airtelindia.Kindly check!

@JioCare have been a regular and loyal customer of jio fibre but still got a collections call from your executive. O run two account- one in kolkata whose service has been deactivated from feb and one in Mumbai which is activated

@JioCare I have work from home and many other business activities and i have to rely on reliable internet service provider. I lost alot of productivity hours due to no internet. Now i don't care about Jiofiber, i already paid Airtel broadband. Your customer service support is pathetic
