    @JioCare Absolutely irrelevant reply on DM. Jio network doesn’t work for anyone in the GNLU campus area. Please send Jio network strength report of the area. Everyone is porting to Airtel or Vodafone in the campus area

    @JioCare Jio service is the one of most pathetic service in india. I bought a SIM via Jio app on 26June and it is not delivered yet. Dear Customer, Service request no SR000039ULVR has been raised in your account. Pls deliver SIM at the earliest. I paid 299/-

    @JioCare The message scheduled the installation for the 29th but nobody showed up nor did anyone call. Salesman doesn't answer calls and speaks very rudely. If company is incapable of providing service, they shouldn't take orders in the first place. Name: Ram Prakash Number: 79053 41403

    @JioCare If you guys cannot get it installed, then just refund my money. I will get Airtel AirFiber instead. Clearly, you don't have the capacity to provide service.

    @JioCare The jio fibre services are down for half a day and all we get is bot responses from chat and phone. Taking money and not providing services is theft. Ideally you should refund the money for the period + hardships. Every Jio customer should file a consumer complaint.
