    Reliance jio internet connectivity speed is very bad and most of the time Google pages are not opening. Location - Vill-Dumraon Tola 1 Km south from Jagdishpur Block more Pin- 802158 Immediate attention required @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I made a post on 16 april that I am not able to connect to any assistant for my query. You asked for mobile number also but still even after 8 days, there is no contact from the jio customer care team. After sale service is not available.

    @JioCare Req ID: NO0001CYC682 — Paid ₹3536 in advance after being misled. Technician refused installation (no ports). No response on refund despite follow-ups. Issue full refund + 10% interest immediately or I escalate legally.

    @JioCare Hi Yoginder , this information I know, if you see my screenshot showing the same that order is cancelled and I also tried connecting person who did KYC and he is still not reachable. Why refund? As I said I need the installation of Jio Fiber that will help me

    @airtelindia you people are not providing option on app to cancel wifi and as a result i am forced to pay 3000 rs due as was not ablw to cance wifi . This is really a scam you are doing . @TRAI @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio your service is pathetic. Jio air fiber isn't working and I'm unable to raise an issue via myJio app. And the toll free isn't working as well. Where should I complain and how to get it resolved? This is impacting all my work.

    @JioCare technician visited today to attend the complaint. Instead of investigating root cause , he started talking rudely and saying there is no issue with internet. He don't want to work. Sent details over email. Need strict action on this field worker. SR00003458DH
