@ayushgp @JioCare @MohapatraHemant It's for those cases when wifi is down or when you view hd streams data finishes, SMS comes late and you cannot even recharge if u have less monthly plan of like < Rs. 200 bcoz data finishes fast. Don't worry , I am writing this carefully after experiencing problems.

@JioCare i am in Jio5g area but somehow i didn't get the 5g network or welcome offer from jio is there any recharge i can topup or something? Friends are using with their normal 4g recharge but i ain't getting 5g !

Hello Jio Support I already told you my slow speed problem is not solved. And I called multiple times of Mukesh mishra (Noida UP) to resolve this issue.He blocked my number and did not provide any solution.@reliancejio your service is very bad.while Airtel is too good.

@JioCare It’s still showing the same nothing has changed. If I changed the plan on 26th March and I already paid the new plan amount so why it is showing new plan advance payment.please fix it asap

Since I don't want this recharge anymore, I called customer care, and she told me, that you should've waited a bit more. I mean even though, it was clearly mentioned in the MyJio app itself, and moreover the recharge was not even reflected in the recharge history, @JioCare
