  @airtelindia Bad service ever i am getting only two signal at my area whereas my family members are getting full signal they are using jio and airtel. I don't know what happen with my sim i am not getting 5g signal. otherwise i have to port my sim to jio provider @reliancejio

  Hello @JioCare what's happening with your services My jio fiber connection is not working from Friday. Form last 3 days raised complaint from jio app. Every time your engineer visit schedule automatically reschedule from your side. Not even your engineer picking call.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I had raised the service request for Jio Fiber/Jio Air Finer on 3rd August 2026 for 9th August 2026 and had paid Rs.1200/- for the same. But there has been no call or message regarding the same till now. Please advice.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejiocare This is absolutely unacceptable service! Yesterday, I was given one engineer’s number and today I have been given another engineer’s number. But the reality is — not a single engineer has bothered to call me. And when I’m trying to call them myself, they don’t even pick up the phone! After making me wait for 3–4 days, you finally share an engineer’s contact number, only for that person to completely ignore my calls. Will the engineer actually visit the site or not? Will my issue be resolved or not? Nobody has the basic courtesy to even communicate! Is this what Jio calls customer service? Extremely poor service, zero communication and absolutely no accountability. If you cannot provide a basic installation/service, then stop wasting customers’ time and give a clear answer instead of sending random numbers. I need a proper resolution, not another engineer’s number who won’t even answer the phone

  @JioCare There is no use in complaining. On complaining, they say that you should have told them earlier if your internet is not working properly. Without complaining, it means that the network will not be fixed. It's been three to four days since I complained but it is still not working.

  Hello @JioCare @reliancejio Booked a fibre request on 28th July, your sales lied, your engineers lied, despite asking them to check feasibility on ground all they wanted was to complete targets. Fiber connection still not up. Have escalated issue to your Customer Care thrice.
