@reliancejio There is a major service issue with your 2GB/day 4g pack. Without any/minimal usage my pack is getting 100% exhausted. I was using the 1.5gb/day pack for the last 1yr and faced no such issue, but since 9th Jan 2021 with the new recharge I am facing this problem.

@raaakh @reliancejio @JioCare Avsolutely worrisome. Must put an end to this nonsense. Not only residents of Jewel Crown building but also the service providers. Do they have no concern for the health of the general public? Extremely worried at this new tower. Authorities may and should kindly intervene

@JioCare So illogical staff support. As if we are all illiterate. @JioCare sent me a youtube link of three year old video. I have already tried these tips and tricks and nothing works. 4g doesn't work in city centre in gurgaon and irony is these guys are planning to launch 5g.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioMart_Support is this your fastest network and service....I've requested for jiofiber and paid for that and it's been around 10 days since paying the money but I'm unable to use what I paid for ... After 7-8 days a msg comes stating that I've cancelled 😠
