    only one point or 2 point whole day and night we got the network we are unable to browse internet facing very problem in call internet speed is worse than 2g please fix this ASAP we are giving 719 rs for 3 month but what we are getting worst network @JioCare

    @JioCare I have sent a DM. My husband had also raised this issue a month back, I have been following up with 2 people in Bangalore office. Never thought it would take so much effort from customer to get a refund for 2500 INR.

    @JioCare People shifted to Jio for good network speed. It gave the desired result 4/5 years back. Now a days the speed is awful and data consumption is extremely high for no valid reason. Kindly look into the network speed in and around Dist-Kendrapara, Odisha particularly rural areas.
