    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change the sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your recharge h rates not speed.

    @JioCare not able to access jio 5G even though my device is 5g enabled, previously I used Airtel 5g without any problem. Called multiple times but no resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Previously my sim service was suspended. After my complaint, it was resumed. But today again my number is deactivated without any notice or reason. What's the problem? What I should do? I am tired by complaining now .

    @JioCare why are your customer care people afraid to talk? When I try to make my point and ask for information they cut the call (have recordings). When I call your jiofiber number they don't pick up for 20 mins. How can a customer reach the care team?

    @JioCare hi I raised an issue for non working internet of my office. First the app said someone will come today but now shows day after. Costumer care says no slots but my office can’t function without internet and I lost todays time already. Please help @reliancejio
