    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

    @JioCare @prakashg13137 Never book jio fiber. I paid 6 months advance + security deposit, but the service engineer came for installation not only mis behaved but also took all the instruments back. Just avoid such company

    @JioCare I have tweeted and DM you in afternoon with issue pertaining to recharge and unable to use mobile to use internet or make calls, there is no resolution till now, you people have any update understanding customer pain point

    @reliancejio broadband connection really bad customer care service. Took new connection in sector 61 noida and it's been more than a week and still installation not done. Infact need to run behind them to install. Need my refund and work on your customer care service.
