    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

    @excitel_rocks @JioCare @airtelnews I shifted in Auraiya City, but there are limited internet provided service. Excitel is present there.but local excitel sales person is not provided me connection.he say that I am not in your area, but excitel is present neare me 600 meters

    @JioCare Hi, Installation was illegally done by Jio employees; the connection was taken from a neighboring building. No Jio employee has been able to fix this connection since start of year. I need to cancel and request to refund my balance amount.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio internet services, u r one of the worst service provider. Raised a complaint yesterday 29 July 22 afternoon and the customer service guys have rescheduled of attending the complaint to 6th aug 22. Do u ppl have any sense in doing so. I want to switch back to Airtel.
