    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

    @JioCare: My jio Fibernet was supposed to@be installed today. And now I am getting sms that backend team has changed the installation date on there own without informing. This is pathetic. Please help

    The complete oblivious attitude of @airtelindia to help its customers use an eSim is an utter disappointment. Got my Airtel ported to @reliancejio! Incredible customer support from @JioCare 👏 #airtelthanks app is bogus by the way!

    @reliancejio @JioCare hi, my internet is down since morning when I spoke with the customer care. She told me that engg will visit tomorrow in evening. What type of service are you providing. Local internet provider will come in an hour. Even airtel in 24 hours.

    @JioCare my user ID recovery is not working when wrote to ur team Aamir pathan writes We request you to open MyJio> Menu> Settings> and click ‘Netflix Username Recovery’ option. I said it's not working still he writes this
