    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

    @JioCare @JioCare i have recieved service request messages 4-5 numbers in the past. Can attached images of messages if you want. Your request raising would only add up to memory of my phone. It probably wont do any good, it seems, just like previous service requests.

    I was not aware that @reliancejio is really flooded with millions of customer that they are now not interested for any new customer. Tried since many days for Jio Postpaid but jio isn't seams to be interested.

    Team, I have raised a request to Cancel the JIO fiber - Broadband and STB connection. The SR is closed, but none came to take back the devices and refund the money #JIO @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been hearing this since the last month. No one provides an ETA by when I'll get a response. No one provides and escalation matrix. No one provides me with a simple complaint no. Can you tell me by when you'll provide a solution?
