I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change ka sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your rechare rates not speed.

Today if i conduct a poll in my area for choosing the worst network in telecom then the winner will be JIO for sure. Network of jio is useless, loads a single page in approx 5-10 minutes. The funniest thing is it took me half an hour to tweet this tweet. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare It's been months bt same netwrk issue,whn u call to customer care thy hav some pre install voice" we r wrkng on it, same will b reslved soon" but situation is same. If u wnt to run internet with jio on same time u hav to call somebody nd put on hold.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI No the problem was never solved. It's going into loops and loops. Really surprising your IT support cannot solve such a petty issue. Or maybe your intention is not to solve this. I am fad up by doing the follow up. Will discontinue using your services soon.

@JioCare When I open app it doesn't show me as premium customer hence when I play any content the ott platform asks me to buy the premium. It's prett straight forward problem. The ott channels promised with jio are not working.
