    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change the sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your recharge h rates not speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio , I have extended my plan from Netflix Mobile to Basic, wherein I was supposed to be charged 50 rupees extra than the current charges (159 Rupees). Why I have charged 372 rupees? pathetic service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Service of jio becoming poor and poor day by day. Many peoples are facing issues like Slow internet speed,multiple attempts required to make a call,poor voice clarity at different different locations. Kindly solve the problem before we find another option.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup 24 hours to my complaint and no one from tour customer care has called me to resolve my query. Is it just ORM that you are responding to complaints but not taking any action. Quite pathetic.

    @JioCare Only once airtel disconnect my fiber which @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence not doing as usual airtel, false speed promise from day 1 poor speed, engineer say speed wont increase, disconnection SR pending at airtel, airtel dont hold disconnection

    @JioCare 394V+2V9 Purushottampur, Bihar exact at that location internet is too slow to browse or download something .. even your jio app takes 1 or more minutes to open
