Almost a month since I raised a fraud complaint with @JioCare. No answer forthcoming from their end. Local ISPs were the best - they answered your phone calls right away and resolved the issued by EOD. Jio has the worst customer service experience ever.

@JioCare On contacting customer care, the representative I hell bent on mentioning that it is rescheduled for 4.30 to 6 pm and engineer can't come at 5 pm. Is customer availability and convenience not a part of your policy?
