    @JioCare @JioCare Your replies don't match your actions. First, you confirmed an engineer would visit. Then you claimed the engineer would arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Yet nobody has come and there has been zero communication. Customers deserve real service.

    This is not a routine complaint. I am an extremely distressed Jio customer from Bhandup West, Mumbai. For nearly more than a month now, I have faced mis-selling, defective installation, repeated outages and zero accountability. @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber #jiointernet

    @JioCare I placed a service request on my jio app. They designated a visit on July 31. Scheduled between 9 AM to 10 AM. First they assigned a technician in morning. I called. No one answered. He didn't visit on time. On tracking it mentioned sorry for delay. We'll resolve issue soon. Entire 24 hour went by and no response, nothing from jio or technician. Today they rescheduled. As per yesterday shenanigans today went exactly like that. Time was assigned between 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM. NO Visit. Then the usual sorry for the delay. We'll resolve this and that. I kept calling. Finally he picked up and told me he's on a ******* leave. He's assigned work but says won't come. I also have work. We took time out of our day to wait for them to come and they do this. What should I do now ?

    @JioCare This represents a serious breakdown in customer support and service delivery. Customers deserve timely resolutions, accountability, transparency- not endless promises.

    Dear @JioCare , how many times are we expected to face service outages? There was a major outage on 23 July, and now the service is down again today. This is becoming a recurring issue and is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. What kind of service is this?
