    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service ever it is just a small issue and you guys are still not able to figure out how to resolve this. Had multiple calls and sent multiple emails tried to reachout on this platform as well but no solution yet.

    @JioCare @TRAI please look into it ,@JioCare taking charges from the customer but doesn't provide a stable network and still they are again increment the recharge plan why ?,i need a network tower in my area that's all ,do it bcz I'm unable to use my 5g phone or else I'm doing port.

    After 15 yrs into @airtelindia , fed up with the worst @Airtel_Presence service, finally saying goodbye. Porting to @reliancejio . They say no1 spam fighting network and yet they themself spam with 10+ systematic calls per day.

    @JioCare Hi, Thank you for the response. This is exactly I was being told for the past 4 days. I don't get any other answer on reason for the delay, technician contact details or the ETA to resolve the issue. Pls give me a time line within which this will be resolved
