    @JioCare Hi, id applied for a number port. It's been 24 hours since the sim got physically delivered. I have no channel to escalate and the person who delivered is not helpful to resolve the issue. How can I work towards a resolution.

    @JioCare It is ok, but how can you claim that "there was no delay in resolution from your end". Does that mean you were working from day 1 since the case was raised. Initially it was left unchecked with no progress made. Please don't claim that way.
