    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Lots of places there is no service . It wasn’t the situation before but suddenly entire people in a particular place are facing NO Service. When enquired with the people here there has been no response from Jio for the last 3 months for the complaint

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare , while you have enough time to keep writing these automated apologies, can’t you just instruct your assigned engineer to actually visit my house once to rectify the issue? As you see Dharmendra Sahu has been assigned for a home visit since 6th August. @reliancejio is a huge company in this country ,don’t you guys have enough power and authority to simply tell your own engineer to visit the place and resolve an open ticket? Less typing, more doing.

    I've lost my sim card , replacement charge is rs 50 but the store person can't take it online ,any issue or the sim is free and company additional charge of rs 50. @JioCare

    Still waiting after so many days for @RelianceDigital to resolve my issue. Calls are being ignored, no proper response, and I’m still without a solution. This is absolutely unacceptable after-sales service. @reliancejio @reliancegroup #RelianceDigital #CustomerService
