    @jio_fiber @JioCare Further when I called your customer care they raised another ticket regarding the behaviour of engineer. However Im still awaiting for your engineer. If you dont have manpower why you are giving service then? Is it our headcahe that you dont have service engineer @JioCare ??

    I recharged my Jio AirFiber a week ago, but the router broke down the very next day. Despite lodging complaints multiple times, there is no resolution yet. Extremely disappointed with such poor service from Jio. JioAirFiber Connection Number:- +916437354164 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio my internet is down and despite raising the complaint multiple time no engineer visited to fix the issue. Complain number: SR00002NBIT8 Kindly help on priority. Jio don't even refund for the days on which internet didn't worked.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @TRAI Even no response in customer cares they disconnected my call without proper answer.. if we not paid single day after due they will disconnect but last 3 days am paying jio for no network. Even some time customer care team telling my area team not responding to them also

    @JioCare Hello my question I scheduled it for today 1pm, even technical person assigned but today without single call and notification all cancelled and went back to status waiting to assign. Do we need to wait mor than 48 hr to resolve uch single issue

    Our village has upto 1000 jio users we can't even make a phone call @JioCare @DoT_India please take necessary action in such unprofessional staffs, they directly denied to fix problem.

    Still no one has been assigned @JioCare @reliancejio . Booked and paid for my @ACTFibernet new connection unfortunately. The hassle of booking a not available slot vs tollfree not allowing to proceed to talk to a support executive is not worth my time!

    Even the basic mobile network doesn’t work properly, no matter where you are. 5G speeds are inconsistent and network coverage is poor. Very disappointing service. @reliancejio
