@reliancejio Yesterday you collected a huge amount on long term recharges by threatening customers by 20% hike in price. so today you slowed down your internet speed so that no one can use it. Due to long term recharge customer can not port out now. No speed in PIN 134202 & 133104

Again and again I was complaint but, no solution comes from Jio, 198 Jio Care not connecting my call with executive.Not a single message received by my Jio number . If Jio can't want to solve my problem,market have so many options . I can go with them. @JioCare @jagograhakjago

@JioCare It's not on some occassions. If you want I can post the speed test result every hour. The network is poor in my location and that's the truth. If i go in the market the network is amazing.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I was unable to sit through my online exam due to network failure, when I already paid for the entire month. I need assistance with proof of network failure to retake my exam, but your customer service has been very unhelpful with my emails.

@JioCare He clearly said that relocation will not happen so please take new connection and cancel old connection and he'll get me 100% refund and actually relocation didn't happen even after raising request 2 times 10 days prior and even after taking 6-7 follow ups. @shiels @reliancejio
