    @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged for Rs 3599..8 month ago but I'm not using it properly. Call drop and network problem is major issue at my location. Neither I'm able to talk nor use mobile data. So check it and fix it or waived off.

    @JioCare Just tell me how much more patience? It's already over 5 days now. You provide a resolution date and nothing happens by that date. Do you really want to solve the issue? or by not resolving, are you indicating me to reach out to some other service provider? @reliancejio

    @JioCare It is been a week aftr the above message,havenโ€™t received any response frm ur team neither the call centre no is getting connecte, pls note am not going to pay u this month bill unless loss days r compensated .Also let me know when can I expect network to resume or to be normal .

    @JioCare I was inquiring about the new sim delivery to my address and I didn't share the aadhar otp ,and still the app placed order. Today your delivery executive called me and said to cancel the order share the otp which I did but very next moment it says that it is delivered.
