@JioCare Horrible customer support for new connection request. The sim was supposed to be delivered 2 days back. Getting no support from customer care and templated response from your advisor. Is this how your sales work!! I can only imagine how your post sales support would be

@JioCare i never had this much bad experience with any company . I asked cx expert to connect me with supervisor but she disconnected the call . Agent charged me for monthly plan and after charging he told me that we are not providing service to this location . This is worst

@JioCare Now your Jio customer service is saying that there will be no technician available because the problem is from backend when I’mtelling no cancel the plan and refund my plan which is available for few months,refund is not available the problem is from yourside
