@HathwayBrdband It has been almost a month and over 50 calls that I have made to your local Kandivali office for conversion to Fibre. There is no follow-up whatsoever. Just b'cos you have monopoly in the area doesn't mean you can treat customers like sh*t. @reliancejio

@reliancejio Pathetic Service for last 15days atleast.Frequent tower signal fluctuations,evenwhen full signal no calls going through. Ssly thinking to change the service!! For ur info there are 3 towers (Oh!!sorry they are just white elephent!!) Within 3km of the radius.
