@JioCare what the hell giving service... Very bad experience with jio... I m temporary live in West delhi sant nagar burari... I have one year mobile recharge plan with 1.5 gb per day.. But here I can't get good service.Even can't send a message fast on wtsapp. always show clock

@JioCare @reliancejio moved from post paid to Pre paid plan. The modem was replaced, and now I am facing weak connectivity.When contacted, have been asked to install the range extender which will cost Rs. 2,500 (approx). Why should the customer always be paying for shortcomings?

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare I have JIo fiber at my office since 3 years with zero issues. It’s absolutely great. But since few days I am getting 10 sms daily saying that in my area there could be a problem. There is no problem. Pls chill. Kindly stop these sms’s 😣😖
