    @JioCare As expected, despite repeated complaints and assurances, our WiFi remains non-functional for over a week. This is completely unacceptable. Since the issue is not being resolved, kindly confirm the process for immediate disconnection and refund of the unused service period.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani It is really disgusting to note that your wifi connection starts sending recharge messages two days in advance and also the internet stops working, this happens every month without fail and I am sure that this is being done deliberately so that you guys can make some free money. Please allow the consumer to use the connection for the period for which he has paid the money! Don’t you think that’s fair?

You won’t even be able to talk to customer care properly. In this era of AI, they keep scheduling technician appointments for issues,and he will not come

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.
