    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I live in Rajula city of amreli district of gujarat since last two days I am going to Jio center to change SIM card employee is on leave since two days another Jio center is nearby 50 kms away. Is this your service?

    @JioCare Complaint no SR 000035SA9x pending original complaint no SA000035mh 35 since 11 may Broadband not working. Live in Jaipur . No care is taken . Call centre told to attend fault between 9PM to 10 PM on 14 may . This is the service of reliance JIO.

    @JioCare This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. Every time I contact support, I only receive copy-paste responses asking me to “wait” or “reschedule.” This is not customer service.

    @JioCare You guys clearly can check from my previous messages that the service was clearly not provided after repeated calls and messages and when the service person had come he said the air fibre won't be available in my location so what's the issue in giving the refund to me

    @JioCare Thanks for action on this after multiple follow ups. The SR raised states resolution by 16 May. I have paid for jio fiber on 6May, why I have to wait till 16? I have paid amount on 6, not availing services till date, will jio pay interest on my money which they parked on 6?

    @JioCare Yes I received the SMS , but your Your engineer did not visit. Kindly disconnect my service and refund my amount to the original payment method.
