    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    Shockingly, fore about 40 hours our Jio Air Fiber Internet is down. Even after 10 calls to Jio care, no technician has come. By now three different technicians have been assigned. Now a new technician slot after 20 hours has been assigned. #shameful @JioCare

    Hello @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare do you have any better postpaid family plans for 5 SIM together?? I'm using @airtelindia which is too costly and I'm using airtel from 14 years, no offer and very poor network as well.

    @JioCare @JioCare No one has come to resolve the issue. I’ve paid for the service, yet I’ve been without internet for over a week. Will I be getting a refund for the days I couldn’t use the service? You’ve wasted both my money and my time. By far the worst broadband service(2/2).

    Costomers are facing with the severe network connectivity issue in the entire area of Barauli consisting villages Hulaspura,Kanspura,Kumarpura,Khintar and Sunkai.Area PIN Code 328031 @JioCare kindly look into the matter and resolve this big problem of costomers at earliest.
