    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @reliancejio . The jio fibre device in my office isn't working since morning.i called up the technical helpline to fix the issue. I am told that engineer aren't free and that they will visit tomorrow evening. Didn't expect such a slow service from jio Ref. Work order:ES0000005L0N

    @JioCare My last bill payment I made via @Paytm isn't updated in your records. The worst part is I have tried calling ever customer care number I could find. Everywhere I get is IVR which doesn't solve my problem. Not once I have been able to speak to a representative. Plz Help!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your tele representatives don't have manners to speak to customers and they hang up calls and make sure you are not able to connect to any other person again. I've got an unjustifiable Postpaid bill and the help I got from ur representative is "Pay the Bill"
