    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    Day 4 of @reliancejio @JioCare acting nonchalant whatever their customers face, they will have idiot operators on ground who skips installations everyday and not picking calls

    @JioCare @reliancejio Another vague reply. For 8 working days, all I've heard is "wait a few business days." A transparent company provides a clear refund timeline, not endless uncertainty. Same generic response only reflects poor accountability and an inefficient refund process.

    @JioCare Finally,after 10 days without internet, my JioFiber connection has been restored. I hope no other customer has to go through such a long outage. Thank you for near by jiofiber service for quick action. Hoping for better service and faster response in the future. @JioCare

    Team - Can you please update the Ticket: SR00003D2K4L, No internet since Monday, your idiot Engineer simply changing the ticket to onhold and closing the ticket without taking OTP. Pls look into this and take action on your Engineer. @JioCare

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Both your customer support, stores and appellate are useless. I ported my sim from jio to airtel. Jio says sim has been disconnected and airtel says it is still in jio. No one is taking responsibility and just passing it to the other. It has been 7 days

    Jio’s network in Noida Sector 19 has become extremely frustrating. The signal is so poor that even basic tasks like making UPI payments at shops often fail. In 2026, reliable mobile connectivity shouldn’t be a luxury. Please improve the network in this area. @JioCare

    @JioCare I am fed up with calling repeatedly, yet I am unable to speak to a customer service representative to get the Jio Fiber connection removed. Yours is perhaps the worst service in the world. You took the money for the recharge, but now you don't even care; this is a fraud.
