    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    Thinking of getting JioFiber? Don't make that mistake. If your connection goes down, @JioCare will leave you stranded for a week with only automated bot replies. Terrible on-ground support and zero customer care. #JioFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare Submitted all valid documents for JioFiber ownership transfer, but the team rejected it without explaining what is wrong with the POA document. If you cannot transfer the connection, guide me on terminating the service immediately

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare It’s been ONE WEEK since my wife's Jio SIM was delivered, and it’s STILL not activated. No network. Nothing. I’ve raised multiple service complaints, yet there’s been zero resolution or meaningful response. Jio advertises “activated in 2 minutes across India.” This is the reality: 7 days and counting. Is this what Jio calls customer service? Absolutely unacceptable. #Jio #JioCare

    @jagograhakjago bringing under your attention mobile network connectivity issues being faced in my area with @reliancejio as provider. Been facing intermittent no coverage issue since a month, network connectivity is poor since 6 months.
