    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    1 of 2: @JioCare i have applied for jio fiber service and today booking was done and i have paid amount for the same also and installation was suppose to done by today 4-5.30 pm but after 5.30 they have cancelled my booking showing technical issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what filthy employees you have. The Man came & he sit in car. Neither he has proper device to check network. He asked to come out with laptop. Jio is a Fraud company. Try to learn from @ViCustomerCare they have a proper network team not like Jio.........1

    @JioCare Dear Jio Care Team, How long will you take to provide me an accurate resolution. I am waiting since 15th March??? Amazon Prime is not working and no one is able to understand and resolve my issue. Every one is giving generic answer and no accurate information is shared.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a poor service provided by you. I was started DND services by massage but spam calls not stopped then i go in app there i was also stop this. I just informed you I am still received a spam and massage. I thing now I am going to port my number. Thanks..

    @JioCare Disgusted to see the "so called" telecommunication GIANT of our country have such an amazing customer grievance redressal. It has taken more than 7 months for "escalation" and "priority" resolution. @jaagograhakjago you should pay attention to this mass fraud. #scammers
