@reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

Disgusting service from jio. Due to app issue it got recharge 5 times and only 3 plans reflected in myjio. Customer care is refusing for refund . Not even answering my complaint. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@reliancejio I was recharge my jio phone number with amount 599/- at 30.11.2021 around 8:30 p.m. But recharge was not done.Although the amount is debited from my bank account. Please look into the matter & slove my problem as soon as possible.

@reliancejio unfortunately I selected Wrong Plan for Recharge 1 year. Select 2397 rather than 2399. So within 5 minutes i called customer care but they said No changing option available. Is this JIO service ???? I said i will Imps Rs.2
