    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    Previously issues with #JioFiber will get resolved within 24 hours. Now, for the past 8 days, the service engineer visit was rescheduled twice without him/her visiting my home. It is negatively impacting my work from home. Sad to see JioFiber is degrading like BSNL @JioCare

    @JioCare The connection has not been functioning properly because the fiber cable is repeatedly getting damaged the local engineer has informed me that the service cannot be reliably maintained in my area. Despite raising complaints, the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily

    @JioCare Sir , the issue started on 31st may evening and today it is 3rd june . Everytime , they are rescheduling themselves and we are just stuck.

    @JioCare My family is unable to watch TV and i think you can't solve this issue until August last because in haridwar it will be crowded till then. And @reliancejio never thinks of their customer convenience, every year we suffers from the same issues. #jiofiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber is a total scam. You take full money upfront but deliver zero service. My areas internet is completely dead/dead slow from mere than 5 days, and your customer care does absolutely nothing. Stop harassing your customers. @ConsumerProtest

    Service Request SR0000352NP3 dated 4/5/2026 is still pending . Rewiring request raised one month ago. No one attended till today. Very poor customer service from @jiocare @jio_fiber @reliancejio
