    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Last week i requested for relocating my jio fiber connection. modem was collected on 27th and got info that relocation would happen on 28 , but no one has showed up yet. I called jio customer care and it says my cancellation request is successfully placed

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have Jio connection at my café, office, and villa. Since installation, I have been facing continuous network issues & have raised multiple complaints. Every visit by representatives has resulted in temporary assurances but no permanent resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups the problem persists and is affecting my business as well as daily operations. Requesting urgent intervention from the concerned team to resolve this matter permanently. Complaint history available on request.

    @JioCare Acknowledgement received, but service is still not delivered. Please provide a fixed installation time today instead of generic “soon” updates. Delay is already unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Order Reference Number NO00015F47NZ is still undelivered and the courier phone is turned off since approx 14 days. Please help. Multiple phone calls to the helpline have proved ineffective to get a solution.

    @reliancejio No network in home or very low network in ward no. 25 Neemuch (M.P). This is called duniya kar lo Mutthi mein! This problem has been for years. Towers installed facing collector office & common people don't have a say in that. Remove your services from Neemuch.

    The cable has been cut and my WiFi is down for the last several days. The local operator is not looking after it. I am facing a lot of inconvenience, hence I am planning to get WiFi installed from some other company in the future. @JioCare
