    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @JioCare even after multiple requests, there is no resolution atleast a mail or call from the team, and if you have analysis kindly check how many people are relocating to other portal in our area, and i have texted multiple times already kindly dont ask for details again

    @JioCare not able to receive call on landline. Can receive call on Jio join app and make call through landline and app. Tried connecting through chat. Support person left chat in between after 10 mints. Please help the issue get resolved.

    @reliancejio I got jio fiber in Dec 2019 and got disconnected in Jan2020. Frequent problems, wrong information given , Bad care, high data consumption (8gb per hour on movie) were reasons for

    It has been around 1 month my ISSUE has not been resolved. I requested @JioCare @reliancejio to please update JIO VOICE app for IOS. They jst replied once and after that they didn’t even bother, instead they said to delete and instal. JIO VOICE which was updated 3YEARS AGO

    @JioCare Dear team, it's been more than a month that jio network is not stable in our area, i have tweeted and texted privately message as per your request, still there is no progress in resolution..I'm deeply regret to say this , this is not that jio we use to see...
