    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @JioCare Thanks for quick response. Kindly note that I have no issues with your service. Jist need an extension for the recharge. Because even if I recharge ro keep the services, I won't be using it as I am stuck at different place due to Lockdown. Thanks in advance foe understanding.

    @JioCare good job adding millions of customers to your network. How about employing few people for customer care? I’ve been trying to connect since 5 days but no response on the app. There’s no response on customer care number.

    @JioCare No response still. Complaint number automatically gets resolved without any resolution. No visit, internet still not working since last 4 days. What pathetic service is this! @reliancejio
