@reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

Dear @JioCare I’m growing fed up of poor connectivity of JIO Wi-Fi. Twice the engineer came and reset the router and it gets fixed for a day and gets messed up again. Either provide a better solution or @airtelindia I’m fine with an airtel broadband if you promise a fine service!

Horrible service from @JioCare made a installation request for jio fiber but staff in jabalpur is horrible don’t know how talk to customer. Already paid for installation. But installation team is not responding already been more than a day @reliancejio
