    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have requested to close my sim permanently but there is no resolution. Even though I visited Jio store 10 days ago. Given my Aadhar card and representative told me that sim will close in 24hr but it doesn't. Please help..

    @JioCare help me out I've ported out a sim from airtel to jio and dialed 1977 to verify entered the pin for tele verification it said it'll be verified in 10 mins but no update .

    @JioCare engineer says router range is 7mtrs but even if you sit in front of the router, disconnection will happen, install a range extender I challenged him for ₹1 lakh if repeater resolves the issue, he ran away morons trying to fool us @reliancegroup #pathetic #Shameless @DoT_India
