    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @JioCare @jio_bank @jpbcare why there is no option to apply saving account without last name means if someone have not last name then he can proceed to saving account wtf service , i think it must be their and mobile number change feature also should be their , very bad service

    @reliancejio Hi I hv applied for jio connection. I hv told to wait for few more days as the PAD was full which consists of 8 connections. Since ur has been 9 days & I need to wait further. Not sure Evn if you hv 1 customer you hv to serve that Steven it takes. So please expedite

    @JioCare How much time?? I have already waited a week with no resolution. Atleast let me port out the number to a service provider who doesnt take customers on a ride like this.

    @JioCare 2 days no support No option to raise a query on the app. Call centre claimed resolution will be done within 24 hrs but no update. Pathetic servicing !!
