  @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

  @JioCare It has been 6 hours, your engineer is not answering the call, neither he is informing when he will visit. For 24 hours, internet is not there. Seems no one is interested in Jio to resolve customer complaint

  The worst part is that the other service provider @reliancejio is no less than #airtel in providing poor network quality in the country. I really don't understand that how will India become digital superpower when the 2 main service providers cannot provide good network quality.

  @JioCare I pay extra every month for a postpaid plan + security deposit, and the only thing I expect is uninterrupted service. How can you suspend my service after just 2 days? If postpaid works like prepaid, what’s the point of choosing it?
