    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @JioCare Hi, Internet connectivity is poor(fluctuating network) in my area in kanpur and also not able to make calls. Checked for the same with neighbours also and they are also facing same issue. Please help.

    @reliancejio I must admit that your network is pathetic. On dialing a number it shows system error and if the number has been dialled and the other person picks the phone then there is no voice. I had ported from Airtel 15 days back

    @JioCare i am getting packet loss in games and all so i would like u to fix these ping and lag issues and my 1 more friend switched to jio as this problem was not earlier and i told him to switch to jio fiber but from 2-3 days i am getting high ping and same case with him.

    @JioCare There is no Jio network in Varanasi-221010, UttarPradesh. Can you please fix the problem ASAP?

    @reliancejio has asserted that it covers India's 5G by this December. The reality is that there is no signal at all in my native for the last four to five months. And my natives have altered into other service providers after being vexed with complaints but no solutions.

    @JioCare Booked a Jiofiber connection on 18/10/2022 till now it is not installed. Why is it delayed I don't know what the issue of JioFiber team is as I said earlier at the time of registration that I want it on an urgent basis but no action. Order No. NO0000N9JLZU
