    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    The JE in the local exchange tells that they have leased the job to contractors and BSNL is in no way related to this problem. The contractor is a dumb guy not even understanding that I would internet for work and talks disrespectfully. @BSNL_TN @reliancejio gives 50kbps.

    @JioCare Got new fiber connection month ago I have WFH which requires speed internet connection from yesterday internet connection is down, local service person not responding calls frm yesterday trying to connect to customer care not able to connect with them also @reliancejio

    @JioCare It looks like the network of your mobile services becoming poorer in the Patrakar Puram area of Lucknow 226010. Signals on my mobile are poor, I am noticing that incoming calls posing a problem. Pl rectify the problem in my area or I have to think otherwise.

    @JioCare Buidling not ready for service. Read the thread my buildings ground floor already has jio fiber from past 1 year. I am just aksing in the same building at first floor. So you can't give an excuse if it not having it
