@reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

@reliancejio @JioCare My Internet was working fine all these days. Once I took 1 year pre paid plan, am not able to even use basic apps without buffer. This is ur worst business strategy or any issue with network??? No resolution after multiple complaints, Jio yearly plan sucks
