    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    Let's talk about how @JioCare works. We have changed our house, had to surrender the old Jio connection and take a new one. The customer care said, once we deposit the old instruments, we can get refund of security deposit & hv the landline number transferred. Begins the ordeal.

    @JioCare Shame on you guys. It's been more than a week since I raised the issue about network coverage and data speed at 505301 location and no action has been taken by you. Is this the SLA your providing to your customers??

    @JioCare Dear jio team I already waiting from more than 7 month I am not interested for waiting so give me solution today otherwise I have to remove jio fiber connection and taking other company connection so please I request you give me solution today that's why I can take right decision

    @JioCare @reliancejio its been 48+hrs yet there z no netwrk in our area...not a single netwrk bar...wht u do z jst hollow promise of restoration...if u can't restore issue MNP no asap...pathetic service will suggest for @Airtel_Presence in future

    @Airtel_Presence hi porting my number to airtel from @JioCare as jio net doesn't work at all. So can airtel tell me how to port from home? Also some good plan and fast internet .
