    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @Airtel_Presence Concern?? I am in and out of airtel network from past 10yrs... everytime i hope tat it wud have improved.. but always disspointed.. i came back to airtel from @reliancejio but i think i shld go back to it.. u cant do anything... some companies never work no matter what they do..

    @JioCare Hello Mr Karan , we have submitted more than 100 Times our details + your technician for #Network survey visite in 2019 may he was agreed for v poor coverage & #jio had promised for new site coming within 1 yr So here we are confused had jio mentioned 1 century.Mostly hv MNP

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your network is worst, surfing speed as well as Downloading speed is poor. Sometimes disturbance on call is irritating. Pull up your shocks. @airtelindia is best network in India.

    @JioCare So much bakwas Jio, so much of call connectivity issue, I cannot connect to Chat, Twitter or 198, very useless.

    @JioCare 3 times i have faced internet issue with Jio fiber in 2 months, even local cable providers gives better service.

    I have 2 Jio fiber internet connections and no idea if there is a dedicated helpline number to address customers' issues. @jiocare at least provide a helpline number to your customers. Is it too much to ask for?

    @reliancejio @JioCare when add additional #Spectrum purchase to apply on karnal Haryana 132001..still very poor indoor coverage and only one signal bar shown... This is your #5G Dream still #4G not working good so far....
