    @reliancejio my Jio fiber connection is not working for last 3 days. On the jio app it is showing outrage in my area will be resolved by 17 April. We are today on 19th April, but still prob is not resolved. I am also unable to raise complaint via Jio App, as there is no option.

    @JioCare The most pathetic process of converting physical sim into eSIM I have lost my interest in Jio Called more than 10 times on support and explained my query to 10 different executives again and again but no resolution 🙏🏻 Neither the chat support is helpful #worstservices

    @JioCare my jio fibre connection no is 3507379 , since last 6 months wifi speed is 20kb/s , & my plan is 30mbps .all time buffer. No any customer support.only recorded message every time. my problem not resolved i will shift to other operator next month .

    @JioCare Hello, I have jiofiber with set top box connection . Plan =599/ month Problem = my 14 ott apps subscription is not working from 10 days. I raised complaint request but there is no solution. Customer care says same script to erase data. Please cancel my connection asap
