@JioCare The amt 1.5k was paid cash 2 agent upon visit but later request was cancelled. This was 23rd Jan & I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND even after mailing support multiple times & they gave me a diff response each time & now they are saying the refund was done on 1st Jan -_-

@ViCustomerCare @JioCare suffered from very poor quality of data speed of jio, i recharged to idea now. Idea some whatbetter than you jio. Dear jio pls don't send recharge messages as i m not interested to use jio as yours poor data speed anywhere.

Can you help me or you want me to switch to @reliancejio? And one more thing- how can you give 25mbps plus to my brother's postpaid sim while giving me less than 2-4mbps? @DoT_India are they allowed to do that? I mean in the same house, how can they create such speed difference?
