    @JioCare Today is june 1st. Still waiting for the service person to come and check the problem. How much patiance you are expecting? For just 5 minutes of repair work you are making us to suffer from 4 days. Tell us when service person will come. If its late atlst we change provider.

    Pathetic @reliancejio relocation service system is ******* triggering automatic internet issue. Local team is calling only for an internet issue. I'm saying that from the last 3 days to relocate they are saying they are on contract. I'm fed up.

    @Airtel_Presence Pathetic response from Airtel. Instead of fixing the network issue, customer care simply asked me to restart my phone to get connectivity. The reality is that people across the entire area are frustrated due to poor network coverage. best network @JioCare @reliancejio

    Applied for Jio connection, payment & KYC done instantly on Thursday (SRN: SR00003746KP). 4 days later — no installation, no technician, no update. Amazing speed for collecting money, zero accountability for service. @JioCare @jio_fiber please resolve this ASAP.

    No help from @JioCare . No one is coming to pick up the router and set top box. They had taken 1500 rs initially but now they are not refunding this. Pathetic service from Jio
