@JioCare I relocated my address in same city within 10 km where your engineer came and cancel my connection because of unavailability of network. So kindly collect the device from my new address where your engineer recently came, not installation address.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio So it turned out that a prepaid sim of an existing customer whose full KYC is already available with Jio can not be ported to postpaid without visiting a physical jio store. Pl confirm.
