@JioCare Its very unfortunate that even after 2 months I didn't get the resolution. @reliancejio failed to provide promised service like network service, speed, call connection, etc to #PostPaidPlus599 customers. What will I do with 💯 GB if I am not getting network and speed?

People at @reliancejio are actually so shameless that even after knowing slow connectivity they'll ask you to put jio sim in slot 1, reset your phone, or wait for 24hours on every second call.

I used watch 3 to 4 streams on YouTube but today out of nowhere jio stole my data now i can't use my internet, also so called ' helpline' doesn't provide in person to person service now and telling me recharge again though sms now .wow! Thanks jio. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

Had a very bad experience with Jio Fibre broadband @JioCare. They disconnected my internet without informing me and is asking for installation charges again for reconnection. This is highly unethical. Expected better service from @JioCare.
