What a. Poor service @reliancejio @JioCare not activated my jio fibre despite installation. Already 3 days passed. Technician not giving ticket number saying now your problem will be solved. Same time Airtel fibre get activated in 1 day. 9040198788,8249741738

@JioCare @JioCare I received a sms saying it will take 120 days for issue resolution for SR00001JEDVW. Internet works fine for me without vpn. It's vpn which is very slow which seems jio is blocking the traffic for vpn server. Why does unblocking vpn take 120 days?

Dei @Airtel_Presence @TRAI worst service da... The network is not available even at 2G speed. I have been forced to buy @JioCare new sim to use the internet which is in the top class. Change ur tagname to *Useless network of all time*

@JioCare @reliancejio I own a fiber connection since 2 years. Getting ONT issues now and the technician asked me to place an ONT replacement request on the customer care. I did that 3 times and your customer support doesn’t understand this thing and raises wrong request for real!

@JioCare @reliancejio No Digital Sound output from the Jio set-up box. Poor quality sound for all other applications as well. Setup box connected Via Optical fiber to my sound box and no Dolby sound output. Called technical and he says the Jio set-up box is having this issue.

I migrated from Airtel to @reliancejio and needed to pay the bill after porting and the Airtel payment server is down only for customers who have ported for the last 5 days. Due to that, I am getting calls from JIO that I will lose the connection if previous dues aren't cleared.
