    @JioCare tried 5 time's to complain to Mumbai office the answer after 48 hour's we are trying no respite this is how common people are looted by this horrific service no shame of how senior citizens are suffering. Such answers after deducting our entire money

    @JioCare The promised refund timeline has already been crossed. tell me the exact date when my refund will be credited. follow-ups have given no solution. If issue is not resolved I will escalate it to the Consumer Court. This has completely eroded my trust in Jio. @TRAI @JioCare
