    @reliancejio @JioCare My service request I'd is SR00001CYTWT. I logged this complaint yesterday (16-08-22) and a technician named Rahul was assigned Today (17-08-22) at 03:15 PM to do the needful.  Then the service got postponed to 08:15 PM.

    @reliancejio I am a agent of jio pass lite, i added 300&700 money in jio pos lite on 25th july i didn't get my money in jio pos lite then i call customer care then she says in 25 July evening the money will be stuck due to some reason money will showing after 48 hours

    @JioCare Respected Team Jio This is Neeraj fromVillage:Janjariawas, Mahendergarh. I m using Jio Network And the last 1 month there is some technical issue in my area . I'm not getting proper network signals in my area and not able to make calls ,the data speed is also so poor.

    @reliancejio Very Very Very poor network speed in Mauganj district. If this behaviour is not improve then I committed that I'll Change @reliancejio to @airtelindia post completing the validity of current recharge plan.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Data speed is always a problem in jio even in the posh area jio network is not strong from last 6 months. Having 4G pack I have to use wifi then why should I recharge for Rs666 plan and stay in jio.I want to port please tell the process.
