    @JioCare This is a whole scam and cheating to the customer , at the time of installation , I was told that the entire amount is refundable and after just using one month I have returned and now they tell me Rs.1000 is installation charge. Complete dishonesty with the customer.

    @ashvinajadiya @reliancejio Network issue is in blood. Jio Network tower is just 100 meters away from my home. Still to talk property I have to stand in balcony. I have to keep my phone near by window to get this precious network.

    @JioCare kindly improve your pathetic customer service.We were so happy when jio launched but your technician are spoiling company's reputation. It's been 4 days since issue has been raised, escalated and did whatever I could to have issues fixed but no one seems to care. Pls chk
