    @JioCare Nobody has come to repair the connection. Your people in my city are not interested in work, they just closed my complaint without resolving it. For 3 days I am getting to false assurances. Where should I complain - consumer court ?

    @JioCare All the details have been in the private box. Hope the third class router and dongle and most pathetic wifi service will start working at least for few hours.

    @JioCare I want to surrender my #JioFiber but neither customer support nor executives knows how to do the same. Everyone is making excuses. As per your commitment u shall take back without asking any questions whereas in reality it's just a marketing gimmick.
