  @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber service has degraded badly over the years. Unreliable connections and poor quality are now routine.Getting real help is nearly impossible , it's extremely difficult to reach the right person. 3rd-party technicians often behave rudely like goons, with zero professionalism or empathy. Jio’s monopoly leaves customers with no good alternatives, forcing us to tolerate this pathetic service. Where is the management and accountability? Without technician visit they closed the request, raise again no one addressed, it is in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. Imagining their service in other areas. People are just tolerating jio.

  @JioCare Issue not resolved. Daily internet is not working daily 4 hrs. Morning 2 hrs and evening 2 hrs.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Jio fiber services are very pathetic. SR0000386693. Is closed without resolving. We again reopen said request. And your engineer said not able to visist due to bad weather in dehradun. Means the whole dehradun are not working.
