    @JioCare Even after providing the details no resolution has been provided. I know Jio fibre has monopoly in the area but the connection was supposed to be installed on 4th Jan but still no show from the service engineer. Sincerely Disappointed guys :-(

    @JioCare Tired of following up for Jio fibre refund, since November 12,2020. You are claiming to provide free Jio fibre internet for a month, and full refund on cancellation within a month. But this seems just not true in my case. Please provide support..

    @JioCare Jio Care is very fussy and shameless. I have been complaining of slow data speed for three months but no action has been taken while the network is about 200 meters from my house.

    @reliancejio I don't understand what has happened to jio network in my area. It's working so bad that a Youtube video on 144P is also not able to load in 1 go. It'll be good if your team checks this out and find what's the issue and correct it as we are having problems. #Jio

    @JioCare Jio customer care service is pathetic. I am a postpaid customer and my issues not getting addressed. Jio chat bot is an idiot never understand my issues. DM in Twitter not getting proper reply. There's no proper customer care number.

    Surprising to note that 2Months Additional Validity is STILL not reflected in my JIO FIBER Account! Purchased the connection on 6th Jan 2020. As usual no response from Support Group hopefully they are active here. @reliancejio @JioCare no update since last complaint
