    @JioCare Despite this, my issue remains unresolved, and I am repeatedly asked to explain the same matter to different representatives. This is unfair and amounts to an injustice to a genuine customer who acted solely on the advice of your installation executive.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why should I choose you and pay for recharge if service is not delivered?Even after numerous complaints there is no significant improvement in the network and internet. 5G is a myth, it's working like 2G! No permanent and quick solutions and frustrating AI!

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Alright! Still no word on why the sim delivery got delayed for more than 23 days! And not even a word of apology from you. You people at JIO are such an unprofessional team and this is how you treat your customers! Nice to know.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber 5 days without internet. Daily promises, no engineer visit. I work from home. Who will compensate for my loss? This is the 2nd outage this month. Why pay for 30 days when there's no service? Your IVR won't even connect to support. Unacceptable

    @JioCare My JioFiber relocation (Order: CO0001TGHLAJ) was scheduled on 14 Jul (1:30–3 PM). No technician arrived, no call, no update. It’s 15 Jul and I’ve still received no response despite repeated follow-ups. This is unacceptable. Resolve this tomorrow without fail #JioFiber
