    Hi @JioCare Mr. Ngamchinglen Haokip(a loyal Jio customer) has faced a serious problem regarding the slow internet connection in his area(795101). I urged you to look into the matter and resolve the problem ASAP for the good of the concern customer @reliancejio

    @_Shaikirshad_ @reliancejio @BSNLCorporate This actually happened to me I was at their office for the whole day going from this department to that and all of them told me that they don't understand why this happened and I didn't not got any resolution for that even to this day I never paid and disconnected my service

    @JioCare @JioCare This is regarding the service request SR000019C968, I raised today and I got the following response. Would you mind explaining the reason , why am I not entitled for Amazon prime even though it is included in my plan. I have upgraded to 399 plan.

    In our area the @reliancejio network is completely working slowly and it's happening from 10days. I thought it is temporary but no one is taking care of it. We are paying for this kind of service of @JioCare
