    Requested Jio AirFiber installation 8 days ago. Every single day customer care promises a technician will arrive between 10 AM - 12 PM, but nobody shows up. Terrible service that too in Bengaluru not sure what happens in smaller cities. @JioCare @reliancejio @RIL_Updates"

    @JioCare @JioCare I had confirmed service appointment for 5Jun 11AM, but the schedule appears to have been changed. if any tip is expected for proper service by technician I will pay it as well. I am unable to go to the office today and am completely dependent on my home internet connect

    @JioCare I have placed a request for jio fiber connect, through "My Jio" app, just received a sms stating representative will contact, its been more than 10days no calls and no further updates, and yoir jio support 7000770007 is switched off. Worst customer care @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare I have been receiving the same generic response repeatedly. My issue remains unresolved and the refund is still pending. Please provide a definite update, refund status, and expected completion date instead of asking for more time.

    @JioCare I already received message for cancellation. What do you mean that cancellation is still in progress? But there was no communication related to refund. It's been 9 days. There is no option to contact customer care on provided number as well.
