Very poor customer service. @JioCare. Same reply for everytime. They don't try to solve the issues. We lodge complaint repeatedly but no action taken from their end. Very poor network service throughout the day. Waste of money. Very poor service. #Jiofoolscustomers

@roshan1432cool @JioCare It seems that jio earns too much. They don't care about customer. I have complaint for network issue and no single communication by jio, hence I switched to @airtelindia . Please switch to airtel. Best customer service.

@reliancejio i am totally upset with jio network issues there is very bad network in noida sector 44 . Many time to jio helpline no but they told me ASAP backend and network team connected with u .no any trying to resolve my issues @airtelindia

Such bad reputation, wish that you care for people and business @reliancejio instead you apply don’t care attitude and provide wrong, misleading informationz. Your ground senior team don’t care even for Enterprice customer & happy to dump a medium size business after on boarding.
