@JioCare @reliancejio Over 5weeks and still no resolution. Paid ₹10k for the Jio Smart Society plan after being assured it was applicable. Now it's ineligible. Venkat Reddy (Ramanthapur Store) isn't answering calls looks like a fruad he did. Even Customer Care isn't responding.
