  @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

  @JioCare This clearly shows a complete lack of accountability, confidence, and commitment from your team towards resolving customer issues. Instead of fixing the problem, your staff is advising customers to leave — which is shocking and reflects very poorly on your service standards.
