    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare I had the exact opposite experience. Jio has been running without a hitch for years now. Air tel keeps having outage every other day.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio if you do not care your customers I would request not to install jio fiber in any place.Router is just a useless box t you have sold me without after sales service. Need your attention immediately. Let me know your team contact in Faridabad or uninstall.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You mean to say that when I refused to pay 300/- asked by your executive which was nowhere mentioned in your jio policy , then the technical issue arises.He clearly asked me to pay 300/- else he will not install.

    @JioCare I have purchased a jio sim long before and have recharged recently, but I'm not able to get service, I contacted your team but they said the number is already given to another person!! How can you do this! And the network strength is still visible in my smartphone!!

    @JioCare How many tickets are required to be raised to solve one issue, all these tickets are for the same issue. Is there any feedback taken from customers before closing? Is there any dedicated senior team for PIN 121001 Faridabad? The answer is NO.

    @reliancejio @JioCare never order a jio sim for home delivery if you need it urgent more than 72 hours to go I am still waiting for my sim to be delivered CS is pathetic giving only bookmarked replies, third class telecom service on the name of convenience.
