    During pandemic times When everyone is working From Home @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioChat Deny to provide technical support ,Its very Rude and not expected such things from these brands .They simply said that we cannot provide any assistance in such pandemic .#disappointed

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst customer service.. This is one of the most worst network..i was using airtel past 5 years and recently past 2 months back i ported my number..they are fraud people..i want my jio number to be de activated..my complaint already registered no response🤬

    @JioCare Every night my internet speed drops below 5mbps. I have called customer support and they reply that many people are watching cricket matches at night thus the internet speed would be down. I called twice for a supervisor but didnt receive any call. 8971172000
