  Extremely disappointed with @JioCare customer service. I’m facing issues with my Jio SIM, but there is absolutely no proper support. The call center executives have zero technical knowledge and only give scripted, robotic replies. Very pathetic experience. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

  @JioCare The issue has remained unresolved for 7 days despite technician visits and confirmation of faulty equipment. I request a callback from the Regional Service Manager or Circle Escalation Manager within 24 hours.

  jio is the tallest name in telecommunication...they don't only harass the customer.they are habitual in it...how many time u complain them they don't care the customer executive is only job is only talk good and give hopes and all bt not to do anything related to issue @JioCare
