    @JioCare @reliancejio - Hi Navin! It is not fixed since today morning 6 AM. Technician said wire is broken on the main road, but even his phone is switched off now. Please get this fixed asap, our work is getting impacted.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN In our area, there is an issue with Jio AirFiber. Why are Jio taking our money? Why didn't they extend the period when they couldn't provide internet?

    @JioCare Still receiving generic responses. We have no Internet since 5-May and the issue affects multiple residents in our apartment. Ironically, when I tried booking a new JioAirFiber connection from another number, a sales executive arrived within hours to our home 😕
