    @JioCare Very pathetic service @JioCare. One technician visited and left without doing any work. Another technician called and started abusing me just because I asked how many times I need to reschedule to get my issue resolved. Customer care keeps disconnecting my calls. Refund my amount

    @JioCare Of late it seems jio has put some cap on the internet speed. Worst part is to use jiocare app using @airtelindia sim. How do I get to raise the complaint with the ombudsman.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, need urgent help with my Jio AirFiber Postpaid connection. I installed my connection on 10th April on a 3 Months + 1 Month Free promotional plan. Today (10th July) marks exactly 3 months.

    I am thoroughly ashamed of the service I am receiving from Jio. Just to move a wifi connection from one end of the living room to the other, I had to call five times. Yet, despite my repeated calls, the service staff was unable to resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is the issue I have raised ....I have already made payment of 707 rs for 2 months ..as per provided offer in app & i verify the same with CC.. before doing the recharge You have suspended account after 1 month and asking to pay 403 rs again Restore my service @GoI_MeitY
