    @JioCare Ok, so you mean that if I make an upfront payment of ₹10,000.00 for the JIO Freedom Plan offer which offers 100Mbps speed under 15 months contract, later down the months, I mean within these 15 months lock-in period if I decide to re-locate to a new location or city where JIO is

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare Worst service! Ordered JioHome in Guwahati & paid on 6 Aug. Technician was scheduled for 11 AM on 7 Aug but arrived at 3 PM, then said no slot available for my building and its 3 days since Order ID: N00001F1S666 #JioHome #Jio #Guwahati

    @JioCare This is the pathetic service you offer to your customers, at the time of onboarding processes are at light velocity speed but after sales or just to surrender the connection and returning refund seems a marathon task
