    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is such a company that it doesn't even care about its image. Executives come and make false commitment at the time of installation and when call to customer care, they are taught to say sorry only. I will not recommend anyone to go for jio gigafiber.

    @JioCare Service request SR000016D5XK, ALL I NEED IS THE MONEY TO BE REFUNDED( extra payment) I WAS PROMISED A RESOLUTION ON AUGUST 25, BUT I AM BEING TOLD TO NARRATE EVERYTHING FROM THE START. WHAT WERE YOU DOING SINCE AUGUST 25??HAVE YOU EVEN LOOKED AT MY COMPLAINT??

    @reliancejio I have been complaining since last 3 month of your network but no response from your end why No voice call No video call niether internet nothing is working Such a poor service Such a same for Indias largest network service Complained several time but no solution
