@reliancejio Pathetic piece of service, not able to receive SMS on phone from last 1 month and raised 10 complaints.Every-time it get's marked resolved without any fixes.Cycle repeats again to explain entire issue. @TRAI @JioCare

But, now my validity is only for 364 days. If that is the case you should mention it clearly. There is T&C ia available.Stop cheating customers like this. Even talking to senior staff at Airtel customer care is not helpful. It's time to switch to @reliancejio

@JioCare We still haven't had anyone come in and fix the issue. I have paid for the whole month out of which I haven't been able to use the internet for 4 days because of terrible customer service
