Soumitra (@SoumitraHere) reported@JioCare I’ve shared all the details. Please resolve this issue asap. I do not want to continue with Jio anymore. The service is horrific. Even now the internet connectivity is poor and having wfh means it’s a nightmare.

Is it my fault that your team failed to resolve the issue on time? Account suspension later does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint

I have been raising the same issue multiple times via call and the ticket have been raised but no response have been provided to me as t all. The team didn't even bother to contact me before closing the service request.
