    @JioCare @reliancejio you should be ashamed Even after so many complaints of mine, there was no improvement in your network. Your network is so slow that I have to call you daily even then there is no improvement.

    @JioCare The problem here is it has been rescheduled 7 times now and nobody cares, I can't wait for a month to get broadband installation. And moreover I was promised 24 to 48 hours installation which seems kind of bluff. Kindly get me the installation in next 48 hours or cancel my

    @JioCare @reliancejio why don’t you train your staff. My wife went for sim swap as her esim not working. NIT 5 store in faridabad denied straight at 8:30 pm, madam kal ana 10 baje bad. When i went back and said timing is 10pm they excused adhar server down hai.

    @JioCare By when you guys will have the update . Since last 2 weeks you guys are replying the same. Just say it you won’t be able to resolve the issue. I will accept that and move to any other connection. It’s really frustrating

    @JioCare How you know that the same site are being used by many other customers. The information given by you that a lot of customers are using same site at the same time is completely wrong. Don't misguide. Only solve my solve issue.

    @JioCare I canceled Jio Fiber on 24th April and device pickup on 30th April. But today on June 5, I got only Rs 1750. The rest of the money will come within 24 hours whenever you call the customer care. Please it's 1 month 5 days today.
