    @reliancejio @JioCare WTF is this service? I called 198 and repeatedly asked that dumb bot to connect me to a customer care agent, but she is just repeating the same thing. I have mailed as well for the bad service but no response from your side.

    @JioCare Hi, Help means resolving the issue on time and only by statement nothing is going to happen....As a discontinued internet service denting my day to day work so it must me resolved on priority otherwise no sense to continue with Jio Fibre. Kindly let me know timeline.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio kindly improve your 5G service in our location. We pay for 5G but getting service like 2G what the service is this??? Kindly do needful action from your end. Very bad and poor network in our area kindly check and solve this matter asap.

    We can't even call someone just a minute after the recharge got over but here the tower operator shuts down the tower on a continual basis. It keeps happening and @JioCare @reliancejio ,they are doing nothing. I have complained a lot but they just ask for address and did nothing
