  @JioCare Worst service ever from @reliancejio @JioCare . If we as a customer dont remind you then you dont even work. Its been 5 working days and JioFiber service man has not even visited the house for viability of connection.

  @JioCare I am not satisfied with this response. till now no one has come for installation. Repeated replies saying “your request is in process” If installation cannot be completed immediately, please inform me clearly. Otherwise, I will cancel this request and move to Airtel.

  @JioCare Just 24 hours before i bought Jio sims . Not 1 but 2. After complaint i have to wait for next 72 hours. That means 5 days I can't use data service. I have already airtel sim for calling. Ambani u can earn money not respect . Ghatiya businessman.

  What kind of network coverage is this, @reliancejio and @JioCare? Even near the Jio tower on Lateri Road, Maksudangarh, the internet speed is extremely slow. What's the point of having 5G if videos won't even load, let alone download properly?

  @reliancejio my jioairfibr not working since yesterday early morning, I raised ticket through jio app at 12 noon The technician did not turn up and his mobile was switched off. My daughter missed her online NPAT exams today morning. Who is responsible. Jio service is worst

  @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have Jio connection at my café, office, and villa. Since installation, I have been facing continuous network issues & have raised multiple complaints. Every visit by representatives has resulted in temporary assurances but no permanent resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups the problem persists and is affecting my business as well as daily operations. Requesting urgent intervention from the concerned team to resolve this matter permanently.   @JioCare Internet has been down since yesterday 12 PM. Complaint SR00002LK4K0 was raised and engineer visit was scheduled for today (4–5 PM), but it was rescheduled to tomorrow without my consent. Customer care asked me to wait until 4:30 PM, and now no agent is reachable.
