@JioCare STB involvement is unacceptable. "Please be informed". If it's a normal requirement, why isn't every OTT login has same issue. As already explained in detail, other OTT are working absolutely fine without STB. Shastron mein aise glitches ko "Doglapan" kaha gaya hai

@JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

@reliancejio If 5G network is on it doesn't connect to WIFI CALLING for home fibre. If wifi calling switch is on it automatically switches off on Samsung A73 5G Phone. The same does not happen with Airtel. Airtel 5G active it connects automatically to Home Wifi as Wifi Calling.

@JioCare - I mistakenly recharged my jio fibre today with the 999/- plan. Tired of calling your customer care number. It didn't connect me to the CC executive. No response on multiple emails as well. Never seen a more pathetic customer care service.
