    @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.

    @JioCare i naver seen a service provider worst than you . My setup box not working and ur customer support refuse to register complaint also.

    Terrible service, @reliancejio @JioCare . I was told an engineer would visit today between 1 and 2 PM, but no one has arrived and my JioFiber connection is still down. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare Worst service by @reliancejio, @jiocare...its been 10 days my internet stopped working.3 times service request created. With out resolving the issues closing the tickets. Local internet providers are far better than jio..openly looting money without providing service.
