@JioCare U never informed customers that queued wfh plan cannot be activated manually. Which is why I have two plans in queue that I can use readily. But now u say we can't activate it.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hello sir, I am so unhappy to know that in jio there are no any good mobile pack for poor people . Whose people didn't use mass data , only required voice call and SMS with long validity. I think jio is a good network With people believe 🙏🏻 Regards Sudaeshan

4 days ago my jio fiber cable got damaged due to snowfall. And since then I am continuously registering my complaints with customer support. But no one has come up to fix the connection. This is a very pathetic and errant behavior from @reliancejio @JioCare
