  @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio BSNL and Jio have very poor network coverage in my area, while Airtel has much better coverage with several towers. Please urgently improve your network infrastructure and signal coverage in this area.

  I bought a 300mbps plan from @JioCare but getting 20mbps speed. Every internet provider in India is fraud. Delivery never meets promises. They could not even develop a decent chat bot. Shameless.

  @JioCare so pathetic service you people have. My airfibre is not working since 4 days and there is no credibility to even call. Even the toll free number is so waste that it takes two call to connect and listen to useless ideas. Will you provide 4 days extra for this??

  Hi @JioCare, my 5G speeds have been stuck at just 200-300 kbps for the past 20 days. Despite multiple complaints, there has been zero resolution or improvement. Extremely disappointed with the service. Pls fix the internet asap. @reliancejio
