Hey, @reliancejio @JioCare I'm experiencing the worst network coverage in my area from yesterday. Neither the signal is coming properly nor the internet is. Kindly look into the matter ASAP as I have to attend online classes too and don't have other options available.

@JioCare Internet service started now. However I got call from your service staff +91 83469 32385 and spoke very rudely. I informed him to check why we are facing outage issue regularly. He use language ‘aap kya bak rahe ho’. Is this way to talk to your customers !!!
