@JioCare first it has been scheduled to 20th Jan 2021. when I called Jio Care on 20th, system said it's postponed to 22nd Jan. Today I called it's again gone to 24th Jan now without prior intimation. what kind of service is this?

@DoT_India The poor speed continues. Please help. Working from home is very troublesome with that speed. The quality of the speed has significantly dropped and @JioCare has clearly mentioned they have new users in the area but do not care to upgrade the quality of the connection.

@JioCare strange your networks don't work on Kanakpura road within Bangalore city limits and beyond too I have wasted my OTT and data provided as company owns no responsibility to provide network connectivity I am shocked 48 hours means may take ages or never be improved?

@JioCare Now you are giving reason that addon package is only applicable on Xiaomi phone. But when I tried using SIM on Xiaomi phone there is same problem. If you are not wanting to give benefits then why give Addon vouchers

What a pathetic Service by @JioCare @reliancejio even my mobile has full network coverage, but still people are not reaching out to me & getting system tone that mobile is out of network/switched off.

@JioMart_Support @JioMart Pathetic service not able to solve a simple issue of return of a product. Totally disappointed in the service of jio across forums be it @JioCare #JioFiber or #jiomart . Worst service I have encountered.

@reliancejio @JioCare worst internet speed in Habsiguda, Telangana area. And the reason given by customer care for that is , multiple people using jio in the area and no timeline to get it fixed . @airtelindia looks like you are about to get a new customer
