    @reliancejio @JioCare There is jio tower in area. Power cut is very usual here. But no backup options at tower to keep it running. As the light gone in few hours signal & net is also gone. Thekedar diesel ka paisa khaa rhe he. Tower Location : Chhiriya Salempur Dist Jalaun UP

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I got my number ported via esim method to jio. I have not received scanner details or manual activation details . My only primary number is switched off since yesterday night . Please can you help immediately.

    @reliancejio I have done unlimited recharge in my no., but speed of internet is so poor that I can’t send a message on whatsapp, Calling customer service says its problem to everyone sir, you will also face the same, is this a solution ? They say me to switch to other network !

    @JioCare @IndoreCollector The Internet pole has been broken, this is for the 4th time due to traffic and trucks diverging from main road to service road, Internet service is down for whole colony. Location-Near Somdeep Hotel, Near shri kripa rest., Sheetal Nagar, Indore-452010

    @JioCare @reliancejio The reason now @JioCare communicates is device collection happened post 60days of service deactivation and hence installation charges can’t be refunded. If that is the case why there was no proper service engineer assigned till I raised request to collect the device on #twitter
