  🚨 3+ days and still no resolution! 🚨 Very poor support. There is no option to speak to a customer care executive. After multiple complaints and tweets, still no resolution. Even local internet vendors restored their services 2 days ago, but Jio AirFiber is still down.@JioCare

  Losing my patience with Jio Support. I think its time consider another internet service provider. @JioCare. I was assured that issue will be resolved by 08:17PM today & it is not resolved. Now i was told to wait 24hours.

  @JioCare @JioCare Why are just deviating the issue? I don't want any service requests to be raised. I need the confirmation from your end on public channel whether internet can be accessed with a proper inverter backup when power outage. Why are not saying anything about that?

  @ChatterjeeKc @ViCustomerCare My father used to use Vi during his abroad trips and it was hell. He used to receive no support from the team whenever some issue arises. Then finally he moved to @reliancejio and the experience is amazing so far. The quality of service is far better from other operators 👍

  @JioCare Hey team, I have done a recharge of 799 which is in queue and get activated in the next 6 days but now i have changed my device and it is 5g now so i want to upgrade to a true 5g plan is there anything that i can do? Like cancel the upcoming recharge or something??
