@reliancejio @jiocare I am amazed to know that you cannot provide any resolution before 24 hours since the user is facing issue on your jio fibre. Considering wifi is prime requirement for people specially these days of WFH. Hats off to your pathetic service.

@JioCare Not able to understand.....What details you are in need. I clearly written my problem.... recharged twice but my payment not refunded or extended for 2nd month. Same discussed with your agent on 25th Jun and she assured it will be taken care....Nothing happened is the issue

@JioCare @reliancejio dear jio network as we don't have your connection in our area we are facing a lot of problems so please take a sudden action on it our area is too large but there is no connection a lot of people are facing problem
