@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

Jio Fibre I want a refund. I have paid in April for 6 months under gold plan. I want a refund and I want to cancel your service. Since yesterday we are complaining and they keep re scheduling technician vist. Now they have changed it for tomorrow. @jiocareindia @reliancejio

@jvsuryaprakash I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@reliancejio @SunRisers Hi where to contact about reliance health insurance. Firstly they denied my dads health insurance money on stupid reason and after renewing the policy again after claim u guys forfeited the policy took 30000 inr and refuse to give back money of old retired 75 year old parents.

@JioCare i applied for postpaid connection one of your supervisor took the request, now delivery people is saying we do not deliver any sim cards because it is not our liability. Your supervisors in customer care is saying we do not have any records.
