@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

@Jagrutimak07 Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

@reliancejio I am connected with your executive with last 1to2 weeks for a internet issue in my area I am contacted your executive teams almost 5 to 8 times for the reason .They assured me that they will be worked on it & resolve this problem within 3 days but almost 15 days gone

@JioCare Varun, I have concern on jio broadband. I raised the query for Port forwarding. But the issue still persist. Yesterday your support guy call me and fixed the time for today between 10 to 11 AM.

@_sheikhsahab786 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

My bank accounts, office logins everything is linked to that number I don’t understand how service provider has this right and I wanna fight for my rights @reliancejio @JioCare

I have never seen a service provider who deactivated accounts for not recharging and I have recharged my number with international roaming pack which was 3000 Indian rupees. I don’t understand why jio service provider acts. @reliancejio @JioCare Do you think that this is fair.

@JioCare Its going to be 8 days simce i bought new connection still no one came up for installation, my money got stuck,also this is unnacceptable at all, please clearify else ill opt some other service providers @jagograhakjago

I send a private message @reliancejio but didn’t get any repose I don’t understand this way of treating a customer. I am in abroad right now and I need my number to be activated. It’s not easy to remember to recharge there another country number understand it @reliancejio
