@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

I asked my neighbour’s about this and they asked me to wait fir 2 3 days to get it back! I asked why? The answer was this is how it works here sometimes they have to live without network for a week. @reliancejio (2/2)

@JioCare @shaziailmi Mam, Customer care has no solution. Ghatiya service I experienced at Prayagraj, On the train journey was also worse. I have two sims of JIO. Ghatiya network I have to switch to other. Even sites don't open on JIO net same time opening the same device on another network.

if you are thinking of getting a Jio sim, then don't buy it, it is the worst network of Jio, data is not running properly since last 1 month, now patience is also broken, now there is no solution other than porting @JioCare @reliancejio

To all the #jiousers if you are one of the early customer, kindly do check your documentation. I have just encountered with this fraud. My own number and my dad number got found to be registered on someone else’s name and now we are not able to access the number. @reliancejio

@realmecareIN I have a @JioCare sim card and I'm facing an issue wherein I'm not able to hear the other person's voice on a normal call. The opposite person can hear my voice. I bought a new sim card as well but the problem still persists. -GT Master Edition, UI 3, Android 12.

@reliancejio pl make sure ur customer care ppl.know Hindi as a language..i connected to cust care n the lady says pl.speak in english ?? I was speaking in hindi...what is this? Also pl dont insist on doing trouble shoot..Just register complaints @reliancegroup
