    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why does a costumer have to go to a store?? Why can't you provide a solution on the call? its been 45 day that I have ported from Airtel to Jio, What a scam of 999 plan, primary number cant be changed.

    @JioCare worst service experience I am contacting JioFibre daily for the Relocation of my device and I am getting answers that it will be done today or next day .today service engineer comes home he gets a message that your work order has been canceled so I can't relocate.

    @reliancejio @jiocare Balaji Shinde an executive of your customer care is not able to help with anything on call why to have a customer care service if they are unable to help or provide any further assistance. If they pick up they keep you on hold for 50 mins or disconnect.

    @JioCare trust me Jio after sales service is pathetic no one is ready to resolve our issue … fruad trying to get maximum amount from customer and Jio outlets are worst

    @JioCare At the time of marketing pl give in writing terms and conditions Never received single papers till date When your team came in my house then found speed only 17 to 20 against 30 why?then what is my fault Your company is giving falls statement It is only issue.

    @prakashgaur98 @JioCare You’re lucky. Our service both,calling & net speed, is terrible in Srusti Mansion,Jatni Road,Bhubaneswar where 90% residents have taken Jio. After my repeated complaints,Dutta Babu & Manish Babu of your Customer Care of Jio promised to improve but nothing is done yet.
