    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

    @reliancejio @JioCare : such kind of response and behaviour never expected. Seems basic sanitisation is missing. I have @airtelindia connection too . Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain

    @RelianceJio @JioCare Can’t load WhatsApp on 4G or 5G anymore. What kind of service is this? The network connection is getting worse by the day. Please look into this asap!

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare . The team has asked me again my bank details which i had shared via email & via dm as well , however still same repeated message which i dont understand if there is an issue with my bank SBI end or Jio bank side ? in the jio website there is no options to edit bank
