    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    @JioCare i want to terminate my request for air fiber installation as your service provider in the area didn’t value my time. They think I'll be available for the whole day for them. They didn't visit my home at the given time slot. Kindly help me out with refund process.

    What a PATHETIC CustService by @reliancejio @JioCare ...lodged 3 complts, 3 times given time for enggr visit, NO SIGN of the engr! Any # of calls to supervisor Ail- 8287983295 but they dont even take calls! Time to port out of this ****** service now!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team, you have already lost our patience. Your installation team initially said it was a backend issue & backend says there is no issue. Please check with i9 laptop but no one is still unable to identify the root cause so pls no more bouncing ball @Mukesh_ambani_ FYI
