    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    @JioCare For your information, Shirisha, this has happened multiple times. Technician appointments are repeatedly scheduled, but no one ever visits. Despite that, the complaints are automatically closed as "resolved" without any action. Please take this seriously, escalate the issue.

    @myjio @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my phone with 3 months unlimited 5g at rs899& I'm living in Shakti Nagar. Airtel,VI gives 5g coverage here,but not Jio.But I'm not getting 5g network here. Please provide this service at earliest. Not getting 5g here is unbelievable.

    @airtelindia trying to surrender a sim for 4 months. I am being pushed from one customer care number to another. Your chap came home to give me the new connection within an hour of calling. Now no response? Looks like I will have to move to @reliancejio

    @jiocare my internet is not working properly inspite of raising multiple complaints for enginee visit no one is ever coming to resolve the issue. I am getting 5mbps speed for a 100 gb airfiber plan since last 7 days and speed is so slow can't even work properly.

    If they don't recharge their Jio plan, you keep pestering them with repeated calls; but when they do recharge, the internet service is useless because it is extremely slow. @JioCare @reliancejio
