  @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

  @JioCare They wil work on optical solution, not always think about money please... The people who work in corporate really need sable optical fiber solution which I believe only jio have as I'm experienced. Can you please actually prioritise this issue , need to say we are working, do it

  @JioCare @JioCare already gtpl fiber has same issue that's why I have shifted to JioFiber.Gtpl fiber already use Jio's network that's why same problem with Jio only. Dns issue must be resolve otherwise I will discontinue your services

  @JioCare Am trying to get an additional STB for my connection but not able to contact customer care. Your IVR doesn’t even have an option to speak to customer care, and when I request a call back they don’t speak my preferred language.
