@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

@JioCare On every tweet u ask for DM of problems being faced along with contact nos. I gt reply blaming that there may be problem of other operators. Even dialling to JIO no the same problem arises. U r delaying the process buying questions &blaming others. @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare At last today my number is ported to @reliancejio from @ViCustomerCare. Now I am getting full 4G network, no problem in calling, no voice and internet problem. Very clear and hd voice calling.. Vi netwrk was pathetic, they nevr listened my complaints always ignored my complaints

@JioCare I cancelled my postpaid connection one month ago. Engineer brought the router back and took my bank details . But still I haven't received the remaining amount. Poor service!

@JioCare where is it mentioned that particular criteria or if I am not eligible for that recharge so refund me or include 1 more month in my package, thanks for more than 4 years of jio service but now I have to change my network that's 5 jio no switch to another network thanks again

@JioCare The problem is my official work gets stopped and to a standstill once Jio fiber goes out. It’s a frustrating thing actually. Every 5-7 days it goes out. A permanent solution needed
