@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am continuously following up with u since 1 week for poor network issue in my area of 3-4 sq km. Raised multiple complaints but only reply I am getting is its an temporary issue it will get better by itself. But its not a temp issue

@JioCare Such a bad experience second time. I raised a complaint from app , i selected a slot which does not mean anything as per the customer care. Customer care cut the call when i asked what is the use of that slot if the executive is not available. Very bad behaviour.

@JioCare I was trying to change my physical sim to e sim from past 5 days I visited Jio store more than 15 times but no one in the office is helping me once they will say server problem if I go to other location they will say we don’t know how to do etc.. pls help me

Pure fraud from @JioCare @reliancejio on Giga Fiber Plan worth 999. This is the 2nd time I've recharges but apart from Amazon P, I didn't get any access of OTTs, customer support has lodged the complainant twice, when I called back to check, they are disconnecting @rsprasad

@prakashgaur98 @JioCare You’re lucky, my service both,calling & net speed,is terrible in Srusti Mansion,Jatni Road,Bhubaneswar where 90% residents have taken Jio. After repeated complaints,Dutta Babu & Manish Babu of your CustomerCare promised to improve but nothing is done yet.Please, be of help to us.
