@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

@reliancejio im frm a village we hv suffered a lot during pandemic due to network issue the jio network is really poor in my village and surroundins too..we are unable to do any kind of work frm home due to no jio tower nearby...i request pls look into this issue

@reliancejio Useless service don't fall for their free trial trap and crap. Frequent disconnections for more than 3 hours every 3-4 days for the last 2 weeks and no explanation except 'rest assured'

The worst network in india is jio. no calls no incoming and outgoing i m always switching of my mobile and restarting it to make a call @reliancejio @JioCare every time everday i try to make a call one thing i get is call failed

(1) Fake advertisement and promises by @reliancejio @JioCare Jio sales person came to my house, handed over this pamphlet saying your area/apartment has #JioFiber connectivity. I have applied, made payment. After two days, Customer care said my request is cancelled.

Had i Known about the horrible services of @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber, you guys don't take customers requests seriously and expect them to give you ratings first thing even before they get to talk to customer care. All my work is on halt because of your horrible internet

@Md_Shaikh_786 @JioCare It was sarcasm Mohd. We criticize those who introduce us with reforms. Ultimately there will be no one to give us services. Jio was giving service at lowest price possible, but Voda and Airtel complained TRAI. Now when they have no market they r using these tactics.
