@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

@JioCare Hi, I just got a call from Customercare, they agreed there is an issue at my place due to more number of users. And she told, they need another 15-20days to fix the issue. Its already been 10days we are facing this issue. So totally 1month our recharge will be waste.

.@Airtel_Presence spent < 12hrs on your network and I've already decided to buy a new @reliancejio sim and incur the additional time & money to be spent just so I don't have to use your pathetic service. I sincerely hope y'all Just about survive only to prevent a Jio monopoly.

@JioCare I need a timeline please. Requests keep getting forwarded and I keep getting delayed messages every single day. The sales person who had come for connection registration does not pick my call. After doing payment it is my right to get the service and not be in a limbo.
