    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    Hi @JioCare ,I want to cancel my JioFiber connection due to your poor service. My reinstallation request has been rescheduled multiple times,but no engineer has visited. Also,there is no option to cancel the connection through the app. Please cancel my connection at the earliest.

    @reliancejio And then I just received a message that engineer will visit tomorrow at 11Am and again I'm trying to reach customer care. Just computer saying a same script again and again and call get hanged after 30 sec automatically..

    Dear @JioCare, what's happening with your network? Both Jio AirFiber and Jio mobile data have been down/performing extremely poorly in my area, making it impossible to work or even browse. Please restore the service immediately @JioCare @RelianceJioCare

    Dear @JioCare, Customers are paying for 5G plans, but in many areas even the 4G network is slow and unreliable. Charging full prices while failing to provide stable network quality is unfair to customers. Please investigate this issue and improve network coverage #jio #jio5
