    @JioCare Since 3 months I am facing internet problem but you guys are giving me temporary solution and now from past 1 month I am raising request almost everyday. May month I have not used the service at all after paying good amount… really pathetic service…

    @JioCare I have no internet in airfiber, your team says it takes 4 hours to resolve the issue. But 4 hours have never come in since 1 day. One humble request will you guys allow these many days late payment? I need an honest reply.

    @JioCare Jio 5G is not working properly in my area. I am facing frequent connectivity issues, slow internet speeds, and network interruptions. No call is getting connected. Should i port my network? Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. #Jio #Jio5G

    @JioCare 3 days of follow-up and still no update on installation, cancellation, or refund. If a service request has been raised, share the reference number instead of sending generic responses. @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Team, I receive absolutely no Jio network coverage inside my home; I have to step outside to make calls. Please resolve this issue; otherwise, we will be forced to port out the numbers of all our family members.

    @JioCare It's almost a month but there is no improvement from JIO. Request you to please refund the money to source account. As I don't need DUMB staff and service from JIO.

    @JioCare If not you can cancel the connection and have lot of options to get another. When service was down for 15+ days, I was frustrated and called daily, but no response and now immediately suspended due to non payment of bill. Great 👍🏻
