@JioCare What an unpleasant experience to new customer. Had booked JioFiber by paying 2500 and due to x reason, my order couldn't be processed. Now sales executive resubmitted my documents and again asked to pay 2500. Odd?? Refund should be prompt, if you want to take money twice

@reliancejio you are looting your customer. If anyone recharge on day 1 at 08:00AM in the morning then your recharge will expire at 08:00 AM of 28th day means you lost 1 full day. Either you recharge in night or in morning you will loose 1 day and data if you sleep in night.
