    This is something really disturbing, from last 3 days the network is pathetic which we haven't faced before. The entire area seems like network shutdown after having jio tower in 100 mtrs from my residence. Really disappointed, plz do something @reliancejio @JioCare

    Really disappointed with JioFiber service. Facing internet issues since Fri and it’s been 3 days now with no resolution. The engineer only keep restarting the router, but the problem is still there. Now I’m being asked to wait another 2 mo day. Need immediate resolution. @JioCare

    @JioCare This is the stereo type reply received. No one can directly talk with customer care sent DM getting the same reply but problem not solved, requested engineer visit no response, poor service.

    @JioCare All the laptops Issie with all sites, download speed it pathetic Its happening every now and then, how can i tell exact date and time while thia isaie is repeatedly happening. Earlier also i escalated speed issue but you guy totally ignored it

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, due to the poor experience and lack of support regarding my installation request, I no longer wish to continue with your service. Please cancel my request and advise how I can obtain a refund for the amount already paid. Kindly share the next steps at the earliest
