    @JioCare @JioCare “Shortly” has already become 6 days. Complaints were closed/held without technician visit and repeated reschedule messages were sent. Please provide an exact resolution timeline instead of generic responses.

    If I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Apart from solving the problem, he is talking all nonsense but is not able to solve the problem due to which I am troubled since last one month. For your information, let me tell you that such problem did not exist before so why will you tell me now?

    Taking full payment for Jio AirFiber and still getting “Connected without Internet” for hours is ridiculous. Fix your service quality instead of just selling connections. @JioCare @reliancejio
