@JioCare Jio No. 8076218317 Alt No. 9823832537 unable to browse many websites including Government one, from Jio network only. Not only from my location of Ichalkaranji of Kolhapur district of Maharashtra but from elsewhere too. Jio has some specific problem. Please solve and confirm.

@JioCare I've got call frm u regarding new SIM which I never ordered. Executive was polite as he needed OTP to cancel de order and then he got rude as declined share screenshot and other details.

@JioCare Unfortunately, investigation is not completed. I really thinking how jio is careless of jio subscribers. I am jio x-employee , 4 years of experience in jio networking. I was provided analysis to one of jio team, but no one taking care of my request or issue. @reliancejio

@JioCare It's been 24 hrs since jio Fiber services are down. Is there someone really working or just enjoying weekend and making fool of the customers?

@JioCare I already did it. Since the reference and transaction number is generated, therefore they need the denial letter which will mention that Jio didn't received the amount. I don't know what is the issue for sending just a denial letter.
