  @JioCare Nelson, suggested option nt avlbl in app. You see.. no one avlbl at ur call centr, you guys dnt connect, ur ground staff is rude, I haven't given intrnt since 24jul. Chargd 4 30 days n srvc for lesser. My rechrg overs on 29. Have a #shame ?@JioCare @jio_fiber #theft

  My network isn't working from 5 days for my Jiofiber with registered number and still now I'm unable to connect to a technician and I tried rebooting and troubleshooting and it's still not working. I'm planning to switch to a different service provider due to no service @JioCare

  @JioCare Do you have any sense of accountability? It's been 3 days and my installation is still pending Took the payment upfront, but now neither your support team nor the engineer who completed my KYC and collected the payment is responding. Is JIO running without any responsibility?

  @JioCare Very disappointed. Full payment made on 15 Jul for JioAirFiber. Promise: installation in 10–12 days. Reality: only automated replies, no action. Is this the service Jio stands for?
