    So after taking number in DM no one responder @reliancejio @JioCare 3 day old connection with frequent disconnect. Finally said bye bye to jio and taken @airtelindia . Prompt service. Engineer came on time. Jio team you and your team should learn respecting time of customer.

    Jio is torturing me with spam Calls. Called their team yesterday regarding the resolution but still its not resolved i am getting calls with 140 series to recharge even though i have a valid recharge till next month. Stop spammimg me @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Within 7 days again my jio fiber is dysfunctional , called the customer care , they said technician will come between 10-11 am , no one came till 1 pm, my patients are suffering . What to do ? Mobile registered 9414463236

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Raising on social media too, still no one has bothered to resolving this. This is service we are getting totally pathetic. My WiFi is not working from last 6 days.

    I've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare India top cheater company failed to full filled their commitments and fail to give facilities as per jio fibre plan because field engineer not interested to follow rules and commitments of support team .

    @JioCare the jioTV app on smart tv is asking for an OTP for login now everytime TV starts. Also your news content has audio sync issues. This is going on since your new UI. All apps and OS are latest FYI

    Airfiber..... worst things provided by @airtelindia and @reliancejio i have tried both they both creates problem... if there is problem with network ot doesnt get solved for weeks. eng. comes, repairs and go it gets ok for few hours and again same problems
