Completely annoyed by the service of @reliancejio @JioCare in kashmir valley, it has been 3 days since a normal snowfall broke down all the fiber cables in kashmir and here I am, who can't even request for a fix. I have missed so many classes and many more are on the cards.

.@reliancejio, refer to service request number SR000018BAW7. Ur engineer called (7**6947038) seeking directions to my house (he was < 200 mtr from my house) but did not show up to repair my JioFiber connection. I'm not Ambani & don't believe in free lunch. earn your money please

But they forget that each customer is paying heavily for the service, so it's their duty to reduce the congestion.. Otherwise Consumer rights department, TRAI or govt of India should do anything..It's a backlash to digital India. @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI
