    Lies by @JioCare @reliancejio for not visiting a senior citizen even after scheduling a slot! They've kept 'em without internet for 24+ hours, while this senior citizen couple has paid in full. They never gave even a second extra, but have taken a day of service off #jio

    @JioCare : Service request No.SR00003AN46F had been raised yesterday to resolve/ rectify disruption of WIFI/ INTERNET and the technician was supposed to visit my home between 10am-11am today. But no one visited my home yet. Would you see and get this resolved.

    @reliancejio Your 5G Connectvity Is Getting Down On My Location I Got Less Then 1 MBPS Downloading Speed On 5G Network Many Times I Complained Regarding This To @JioCare But I Got No Proper Resolution Team I Humble Request Please Look This Problem And Try To Fixed This ASAP! #jio

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioAirFiber MAX service. Order ID: LR00001E6K87 Paid ₹1200 on 6 July 2026. Installation was scheduled for 7 July (1–2 PM), but today is the 4th day and I haven't received a single call or engineer visit.
