    Paid ₹1,200 for JioAirFiber relocation. My old connection was uninstalled and the device collected 5 days ago, but no reinstallation, no engineer, and no update. AI chat, AI call support, WhatsApp, email, and even a visit to the Jio Store haven’t resolved it.@JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Sir please look into this issue ASAP. Requested Jio Airfiber, got message that it will be done between 2.30 and 3.30,but till now no one called me for the installation.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with Jio AirFiber: misled about plans, not informed of the 3-month option, and my 100 Mbps plan is only giving ~30 Mbps with frequent outages. Complaint SR00003B96EV is still unresolved. Requesting a full refund and cancellation.
