    @JioCare 20+ days of chasing for a JioFiber request cancellation & refund. Calls/DMs ignored, no proper response, and not a single confirmed date for resolution. Every follow-up is met with another request to wait. How long am I expected to keep chasing Jio for my own money?

    @JioCare @reliancejio More than 10 days since I paid the relocation fee. My old connection is suspended, but there’s been no uninstallation at the old place and no installation at the new place. What kind of service is this? Please resolve this urgently. @reliancejio

    @JioCare service is scheduled for Sunday 8 PM,yesterday an engineer was assigned late evening via MyJio, but when I called, he said he was assigned only for installation, not service. Installation gets same-day support, but service gets delayed.

    @JioCare What a shitshow of a service for India's largest broadband company! Internet is shut down and Service engineer is scheduled after 2 days! Till then, How do I work? And again, No human to talk to.

    @JioCare I'm heared the same answers for past 3 days from customer service intelephonic.without my concern , scheduled assigned but nobody coming. But now you say new term confirmed slot. I know your response from last 2 days sheduled. Let other customers also know about the poor response
