    Hello @JioCare,The ₹349 recharge plan advertised 5TB cloud storage, but I have not received the benefit even after successful recharge. This is misleading if customers have to chase support to get the promised offer.Please resolve this issue and activate the 5TB storage

    @JioCare My Jio SIM is consistently non-functional despite an active recharge. I face persistent network issues during travel—neither data nor calls work. It’s impossible to use the service. Please resolve this issue immediately. #jio

    DAY 6 days & counting...another day has gone by & @JioCare @reliancejio hasn't been able to solve my request SRN SR000037BDOL. Jio professionals - Rakesh (6239268973) never resolved my issue & Pawan (98772 97008) never came for service. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL..!!
