    My Jio Set-Top Box has not been working properly for weeks. Despite multiple complaints and following all instructions, the issue is still unresolved. Today, Mr. Vikas from Customer Care refused to arrange an engineer and was also disrespectful. @Jiocare Please resolve this.

    @JioCare @TRAI SR00003EH3DH is again marked “Resolved” while my issue is still unresolved. Home Care visit keeps getting rescheduled with no confirmed date. I’ll wait 3 more days. If unresolved, I’ll demand a refund and discontinue my Jio service.

    @suchetadalal @reliancejio is manipulating TRAI guidelines and closing service requests within 4 days to show compliance without solving issues and forcing customers to pay full price citing compliance This is a huge scam Imagine how many customers they do this to Help please
