    @JioCare @JioCare If no engineer visits and resolves the issue by 13 May, I will disconnect this Jio connection and switch to Airtel. Waiting for more than 2 days without internet is not acceptable.

    @JioCare The problem has been resolved, but it took a very long time, and Jio's service is very poor.

    @JioCare Hey JIO care BOT, very soon your all customer will go away if you continue to work with BOT. We are facing issues since last two week and nothing has been taken care of to fix it permanently.. Almost 20 connections are impacted in our area.

    @JioCare I still don’t see any update on the escalated service request ending with 35L2SZ and the expected resolution time is showing 10:38pm 11th may. The first request for this issue was raised on 7th May 8.40pm. What kind of a pathetic service is this?

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio
