    Hi, From last month I a facing poor Jio network in my area . Regarding this poor network I had made number of calls to customer care but It I have not received any solution till now @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Issue Details: 90% problem on Ground Floor - No signal at all. Cannot use data or make calls. 10% problem on 1st Floor - Very weak signal. Outside the house and on terrace/roof - Network works perfectly fine. So the issue is only inside my duplex house.

    @JioCare Any update? Called local distributor he said only you can raise service request. But even i am not able to raise service request. Please get it fixed soon.

    @JioCare and I responded. Nothing from your end post that. In fact, now I have close to 20 residents within one block who would plan to switch from jio because of the shoddy service and worse complaint resolution mechanism.

    @JioCare Done, now the service request is 'on hold'. My problem is that I've paid till June next year so stuck with jio

    @JioCare I recharged my Jio number with the 349 plan over 24 hours ago to reactivate my SIM, but it still shows No Service. I have restarted my phone and even tried the SIM in another device, but there is still no network. I am unable to receive OTPs or use any services.

    Again same issue today. Jio fiber not working since morning, & your customer care executive is too adamant & rigid to help me out. Pathetic customer service from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare My Jio SIM was previously used in a smartphone. I've now inserted it into a JioBharat phone, but JioBharat recharge plans still don't appear. It only shows smartphone plans. Please update my SIM status and resolve this issue ASAP. #JioBharat #JioCare Number-7853936805
