Just brought this @reliancejio fibre connection and it's pathetic. Awful set top box usage, too complicated for senior citizens for watching daily entertainment channels. Channel HD Quality not upto the mark. @JioCare #jiofibre #jiophone #Jio

@JioCare , The network is too bad in our area and already complaint about that while recharged. Your executive committed will look into it, but no response from your side. Pathetic service from your side. Its been 4-5 months now but still the same issue.

@JioCare This is what JIO management is doing now a days. People should stop using JIO & @TRAI should take strict action. @JioCare Is not refunding my money where connectivity issues reported almost 8 days now & no one has resolved but their ticket they have resolved God knows how?
