    Please let me know if it possible for @JioCare to port me in because it's 15th day from EKYC and Payment..it supposed to be done within 5days. Customer care executives from Jio disconnects call before listening the issue.

    I am a using jio sim 2017 village location this sim is not working properly 4G internet I am complaint in last 1 year there are no result of my complaint to customer care not responsive properly and lot of providing not 5G boycot jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare My recharge failed but the amount was deducted. I had to recharge again to continue service, while my earlier payment is still stuck. Customer support is giving inconsistent timelines (2 hrs / 24 hrs), which is confusing. Please resolve this soon and refund my money.

    @JioCare This are typical DRAMABAAZI on every single day.. For one Sim delivery that I already Paid upfront and I have to beg around on Twitter for follow-ups. Why can’t @JioCare figure this out since 7 days and even not a single call to provided alternate number to apprise customer.

    @JioCare Service ticket was race but without any call or Mail service ticket close by next 3 days there is a make full policy make fool policies if the customer having with you you disconnect service immediately and say to pay bill but your app is not if the customer having with you

    @JioCare This is a very bad thing I see with jio from 1 month Even 4g is struggling here and with gobindbari is in 5g coverage map there is no 5g in actual reality and no update when hajpurwa tower is upgraded to 5g clearly misleading advertisement by jio here and no EXPECTED TIME FRAME?
