  @JioCare My complaint has not been resolved yet even no one from JIO is taking care to resolve the complaint. Horrible service by JIO. After 10 days of porting in JIO still not able to make calls.... just revert my connection to previous service provider....

  @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio After porting to JIO on 23-1-19, O am uanble to make call even on 198.Lodged complaint on 23-1-19, still not reaolved, visited JIO store and reliance digital Sambalpur but still complaint not resoved. Complaint no SR00000UX780. Now JIO not trying a.t.

  They will keep on charging you for services, that you are not even using anymore. A customer can’t connect with them anywhere. They are non responsive everywhere, be it emails, Twitter, customer care number, jii chat. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

  I was getting notification on jio ap to recharge fiber and with extra 200 rs i will get multiple subscription so i paid 708rs and know my prepaid is converted into postpaid and i dont have any setup box so this pack is useless for me now so please help. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare First improve your internet speed issue in my location. I have left Jio since 1 year because no one in our location are using Jio due to its poor internet speed that can't even send WhatsApp messages. Location:- Bright Career Institute Gudianali Dhenkanal Pincode - 759001. Fix it
