    @reliancejio @JioCare It's looks like 3G SPEED here at #Hirakud odisha No one here to look after the speed of Data to be maintained as #MukeshAmbani promise as how @reliancejio will change the life of common man But here we are neglected by bad service from #jio Regards Swayam

    Hey @reliancejio whats up with your jiofiber service the past couple days, getting 100ms+ ping (earlier 40-50ms) and constant packet loss to valorant mumbai servers

    Jiofiber customer care is not answering properly and not responsing properly.After talking to a customer executive to discontinue my services, no response taken and then when i talked to another one he said no request has been put up.Why are you doing these?@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is really pathetic situation, after a number of day lodging complaint, visited JIO store, still Unable to make calls, please revert me to my previous netwrok operator. Worse service experinced from JIO. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN My location is Attabira, Bargarh, Odisha, India. I am devastated and helpless. I can't wait long. I have trusted Vodafone for last 7 yrs and haven't even used any other sim but if issue isn't resolved Within 2 days i ll be forced to choose @JioCare @airtelindia

    No action has been taken and another executive said no request has been put up ? We are relocating so we have put discontinue services request but there was no response as the first customer executive hasn't put anything ? Why So ? @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    What the hell going on @reliancejio it's been more than 10days I have complained abt the network pbm even dm my number but no action taken.. Seriously it's just intolerable Really need to port my number. Disgusting and pathetic service

    @TRAI the internet speed provided by jio at my location is very slow less than 150 kbps and the @JioCare representative advise to wait they are working on it not taking any complain from last 15 days , help us

    @reliancejio Plz do something about the network quality. The network reception is so poor that I can't even play a simple video at 240p . I'm frequently facing this issue for a month now.

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio After porting to JIO on 23-1-19, O am uanble to make call even on 198.Lodged complaint on 23-1-19, still not reaolved, visited JIO store and reliance digital Sambalpur but still complaint not resoved. Complaint no SR00000UX780. Now JIO not trying a.t.

    The worst ever network @reliancejio . Even after recharge also the data speed is same as it was before recharge i.e., 64kb/s max.

    @JioCare Calling was ok and internet was sometime working and sometimes not. My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

    @JioCare My complaint has not been resolved yet even no one from JIO is taking care to resolve the complaint. Horrible service by JIO. After 10 days of porting in JIO still not able to make calls.... just revert my connection to previous service provider....

    Sick of @VodafoneIN network. It’s always no service. People trying to reach out to me incase of emergencies have given up because my Vodafone number is always unreachable. You’ve forced me to switch to @reliancejio . Thank you @reliancejio for offering such seamless network

    @JioCare there is no option to connect with your customer care. Tried calling multiple times on 199 & 198 however bot is trying to do cross selling only. I just have query regarding an sms received by me related to eSIM. I haven't applied for eSIM

    @JioCare To respond same template msg thrice, Human intervention is not required. AI chat bot can do so. Respond relatively to the customer msg.

    Dear @JioMart @JioCare Your app is a complete joke. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday as shown in the app, and even today there’s no delivery and the order status hasn’t moved at all. No proper updates, no accountability, just pathetic service.
