@JioCare I had applied for installation of Jio Fibre via Order number is NO0000G491ZS. More than 20 days paases but your installation team only giving fresh dates to install. Please aproach them to cancel this order ASAP.

@JioCare only thing wrong with your network is, your claim that its a 4g network. 1Mbps (3000ms ping) bandwidth with almost everything told by customer cares fullfiled already.

@cell222right @reliancejio @goelgauravbjp When airtel was doing monopoly then nobody barked... and due to jio cost came down, people started barking, cause its matching their agenda. I was paying 450 for 28 days, for all services and now same amount for 84 days.

@JioCare I have contacted you guys in your dm over 4 times. Series of solutions your provide are 1. Check your device’s signal strength and battery and bla bla bla 2. When nothing works, we are improving our network, you issue will get resolve within few months. And its been more than 10.

@fiber_jio @reliancejio the worst service ever! I have been following up since last 3 days to get my internet fixed and every day their engineer doesn’t show up. Speed issues as well. Set up box was suppose to arrive 10 months earlier, still hasn’t been delivered! Fake promises.
