    @JioCare and now you have removed all the ways I can reach your customer care. Hot line - call answered and ended by the robot. Chat - JioGin, Doesn't understand any inputs, has its own mind. So basically, we can't provide you any inputs of our issues or your inefficiency.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why are you guys giving the same response again and again. Just send me an Engineer at my place. Is it that much hard for you guys? For installation, you guys sent your team immediately after booking and now this is your after sale service.

    @JioCare The initial schedule timing for resolution booked in MyJio app was today between 15:00 and 16:00. When I checked later it hadn't assigned an engineer until 18:00 and scheduled it to the 13th July.

    To @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Your Air Fiber service is pathetic. Only as a last resort I'm posting this, after launching a formal service request over yesterday from Myjio app, there was no cognizance of it till date. Also the 'service Engineer' never picks up the call. 👎🏻😤

    @JioCare my fiber internet is not working again from last night. Last month there was 5 days of no internet. This month its now 3 days already. This is irritating to the core. There is no proper customer service nor transparency about the issue. I want a manager to give me a call

    Dear @reliancejio and @JioCare, your customer care has turned ****. I’ve been a Jio user since 2017. I stayed when the network was poor. I waited months for 5G in my area. The moment it arrived, I paid ₹3,599 for a 1-year Unlimited 5G plan because I trusted Jio. - 1/n

    @JioCare 3rd rate connection, no option to raise service request, when you call they simply say we are facing issues in area and we will resolve at earliest and then boom disconnected the call. No internet since morning, no human representative to listen to queries. Pathetic.
