@JioCare I applied for a choice number on my Jio and was allotted a agent after chosing home delivery, however I only now realized that the number can only be postpaid, I do not want a postpaid Sim, and there's no option to cancel the order in my Jio app. #choiceNumber

@JioCare @reliancejio Don't you care about customer satisfaction at all your customer service is the worst .I just tried to connect with you for cancellation of the jio fiber as I'm relocating to a new place but the advisor cut my call without hearing my request.
