    @JioCare hi i m using jio since 2017 but now i want to port it to Vodafone pls let me know the further process Jio has worst care team and i fedd up with their services..i m using it from 6 years and recharge it monthly more than 500 but yet i did not get jio 5g welcome offer

    @JioCare Please understand the issue. I know the process of sim replacement. The issue is that none of your stores have stock of replacement sim cards, since I am in Bangalore and the sim card belongs to Kolkata

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio broadband is not working from last 2 mnth # bill is on with no signal # poor cust service in Lajpat ngr delhi .Service request is closed with out resolution SR00001G8JW0. No response from Mr Khushmay or Mr Nitin .

    I can't use jio net from last one month show 5g network but speed is 2g @JioCare @reliancejio in delhi . even can't reach to customer care everything is AI .

    @JioCare I think you are absolutely correct, thats why you declare the use/issue of that no for his family as illegal untill disconnection after the owner is incapacitated and lost that sim. So as legality could be maintained not the right of person.

    @JioCare pls boost 4G network my area.down n down network tower.-125dbm,1-2 bars,what are doing JIO technical team?only fake promises.i don't need 5g.havy network issues.pls maintain 4g.

    @JioCare I'm facing this issue at all locations across Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Hence it's not an area specific issue. Also it's not a handset related issue too as with airtel network, the WhatsApp calls run fine. The issue is only with jio network.

    @JioCare Thanks for your quick response Purnima. I’ll appreciate if you can waive off the rent for the period when my internet service was disturbed. I spoke to your customer care and they didn’t give any proper response.
