    @JioCare one agent is offering 3 months free another is offering something else. one of them asking to cancel. they are accusing each other of stealing the lead. I dont have time to deal with all this

    @JioCare I lost my jio sim but am unable to get it replaced, I updated my Aadhar 2 years ago so my year of birth changed, when I went for replacement there are saying DOB doesn't match pls do help me...

    @reliancejio I had converted my physical sim to esim by going to a jio centre. And now my phone number has no network @JioCare customer service agents are telling me that there is an issue with my new handset, without checking anything! Please start training them properly!
