@JioCare Great the largest Indian group! Almost 1 day and no solution to a small issue of remote not working. Have just been getting (after failed in chat help) the same questions- registered mobile number, number used to chat, press that key, seeing credit light, etc- again and again.

@JioCare My wifi is not working for past 6-7 days,your customer care representatives are saying daily it will be resolved in next 24 hours. It has been 144 hours and still my problem is not solved. Before price hikes work on customer service ffs!!!
