    @JioCare I am very sorry to say that services of jio is very poor and nobody to help here. I have network issue in my area and complained several times but no response. They just says we are working on it.

    @JioCare my jio fiber number +91-7313591128. From 1 and half month I am facing net connectivity issue.I did complaint may time to customer care but my problem didn't resolve. So please tell me jio team is not capable to resolve my issue and I should take other operator services.

    @JioCare Hi Team, My current post paid is for 599 + gst. I used to get 706 bill. For last few months I'm getting bills close to 1000 rs. It's almost impossible to talk to customer care representative though toll free number. Please help me understand,Why extra bill amount ?

    @ViCustomerCare I was your old customer since 2012-13 but due to lot of problem face I change my network from Vodafone to jio I realise now it's better Vodafone then jio. #Jiodown @JioCare I leave Vodafone due to network issue, note free caller tune and extra facility for the royalty customer
