@reliancejio behave like an international brand, such small incidents break customer trust. For years I'm using Amazon/Google/Airtel without worrying about anything that can go wrong but I trust they will handle it in a graceful way.

Pathetic 😡😡 you recharge with ₹98 in @reliancejio and you can't send even a single message. Messages are free but here they are not Free.. even topup doesn't works. You can port into Other network, but recharge with a monthly plan just to send a message.
