    Since last few days network of @reliancejio is worst in my region & when i told this to customer support they aren't fixing it @JioCare & Just because of this sluggish network my studies got affected alot Things like this lead us to switch towards @airtelindia

    @JioCare It's been nearly 4 weeks and I didn't receive any update in the short period of time. I've been texting and calling you people for the last one month and not even one person shows up at my place. This is the sample of how negligent you're towards your customer.
