    @JioCare @jio_fiber For a normal broadband/fiber service issue, 17days is generally far longer than customers would expect. Many providers aim to restore service within 24–72 hours, depending on the nature of the fault and local conditions.

    @JioCare Still the issue is not resolved and no one is really concerned from the JIo team regarding my internet slowness and intermittent service issue.

    @JioCare Has social media become the only way to communicate with you now? If a customer raises a complaint, it becomes impossible to speak to your customer care team, because they simply disconnect the call by saying that the complaint has already been registered. #JioFiber 😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its been3days now,Jiofiber technician did't fix my fiber connectivity issue rather he asked me tocancel complaint & when I denied he's been continously putting my compalint onhold, this never happened in last 6 yrs, now planning to switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare I have DMed check there. The initial service engineer check was only done after days, not immediately I'm sure of it. Where was not the delay. Even after issue identification there was delay. Don't claim such way that there was no delay. It only only only delay.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have received your team's response, but the problem remains unchanged. Please let me know when the "No Internet Connection" issue that occurs during the evening and night hours will be resolved. Customers need solutions, not just ticket numbers and standard replies.

    @JioCare The engineer visited and fixed the issue, but the internet worked for only one hour. Now the same problem has occurred again. Please arrange an immediate resolution. This issue has still not been fixed properly. SERVICE NUMBER AGAIN SROOOO3AXVQJ
