    @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India Still no resolution. Yesterday night engg came and fixed issue but after some time again broadband is not working.customer care again raised new SR SR00001CKFTY and they scheduled appointment after 3 days.

    Why internet speed is so bad in my region even messaging is so difficult since five days. Extremely bad support from your customer care when called in helpline number. Not getting any satisfactory answer. @JioCare @reliancejio resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Hello sir, the request is as follows that my sim number 788 9645 957 has been a network issue since a long time.  There is no network signal here.  Kindly request you to solve this problem.  Now I am so upset that I will port the Jio number to Airtel.  All my money goes

    @JioCare @reliancejio at the time of new jiofibre connection it was promised to fix any issue in 4 hours. I complained twice around 8.30pm and in both cases the time was scheduled at afternoon around 4pm. Why do u guys false promise? Am I paying for this **** customer service
