    @JioCare Hey Justin, that was a mistake and I accept but what option is given to me to get help with such an incident? Your call center is closed for me, I guess. The plan is already upgraded on 14th May.

    @JioCare what's the alternative way to use a yearly recharged new jio phone because it broken and while inserting in other jio phone it didn't work and asked to use in that mob only which is not working @TRAI why this compulsion of new #JioPhone users without alternative

    @JioCare Yesterday no one visited to resolve the issue ispite od highlighting all details through DM. Today got a new email that will visit be done at 9am. Its almost 12 now ans still waiting for the resolution... Will i need to take follow-up everyday?? #CustomerService
