    @JioCare @reliancejio I request an immediate refund of my amount along with fair compensation for the days I have been unable to use the service. If this is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the consumer court. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio My internet has been down for 5 days in Bengaluru since April 6. Request number [SR000032R977] is still pending. Customer care keeps saying "technician will come tomorrow," but nothing happens. Very poor service in my area despite paying monthly
