@JioCare Thanks for your assistance. I would like to clearly mention that it's the irresponsibility of the agent who was assigned to me not the jio fiber. If this is the case, then what if I have trouble with connectivity or any other issues sometime later in future ?

Ironic. They have launched 5G service. But on a dist. Hq in odisha no network is there of @reliancejio when power cut happens. @airtelindia
