    @reliancejio The internet speed is terribly slow. We are recharging for 4G but the speed is like 2G. But the rate of recharge pack is increased rapidly. Contacted many times with the customer care. But always received a common messege that there are interminat issues.

    @JioCare Your employees at the Kamla Nagar Jio store are rubbish. I went there in May 2022 for the transfer of my SIM card ownership, but your employee mr Deepak hasn't submitted my request properly to the authorities and now my sim is deactivated. Please help me i need my sim🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio since last 1week weeks the internet speed of Jio fiber is too low, I used to get 25+ mbps atleast, but now can't even get 10 mbps. What is the issue here, please solve this, 😐😐.what we paid for what speed is we getting. #poor #service

    Hello ... There is a big issue with my sim .. I have not recharged my sim for many months as where I'm working jio network is not that worth.. but this jio no. Is used by me in different documents and verification... Now even I'm not getting important OTP on this no. @reliancejio

    @JioCare its been 18days now that my sim card isnt working and no one seems to be helping. How hard it can be to just replace a sim card? Whats a pathetic and disgusting service from reliance jio. All the service centres refused to help, even customer care and twitter also useles
