  @JioCare False information, He did come and informed it’s out of his scope and left with giving any resolution. His name is vishal - 8983808038. I told him as well not to close the tickets. But as soon as he left he marked it as closed and resolved .

  @JioCare What is the excuse today for not visiting my home . I am frustrated and lost all hope with jio Fiber. I registered my complain on 23 July and till now action is take resolve the issue. I ask everyone never ever take jio Fiber service. They give zero service to its customer.

  @JioCare Is it standard time 10 days is not enough to resolve issue You shut TV and net in home from 10 days You did not refund a single day for stopping of service at your end due to fault Tata sky provide hold option also The fibre lines is full Why you did not install new cable

  @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 4rh time internet is not working. Same set of steps helping in nothing. Only Google sites are working urls are not working. Same URLs are working using mobile data and not when connected via JioFiber wifi. Service request no SR00003CJO5B raised
