    @JioCare i had ordered a jio fiber and your sales representative had contacted me, and he said that in my region jio fiber will not available. And it will never come !! Seriously is this the way jio cares about its coutomers??😤 Very much unsatisfied with jiofiber orders.

    @JioCare This is not my problem but please Improve the availability of internet connection , very slow here in nagaland , as well we are suffering during online classes . Please improve the service , so that we are able to take online classes nicely

    @JioCare I have a Jio Fi with no 9692134132. I have recharged with 1208 on 11th Feb 2021. But today it's not working. CSR is saying you don't have a validity plan. When asked about the plan details for 1208 they are not providing any information.
