    @JioCare Now connection cancelled my issue is just when installation was done with one month free trail then why its become chargeable when connection closed within one month. Why false commitment made by jio and why no compensation due to wrong doing by jio sales staff..is this right way

    @JioCare Jio Fiber No. 8079672185 is again down I tried every thing as per App and You tube. The Green light is flickering and no internet connection is available. App is not letting me lodge SR. Please help. Dhananjay Parkhe

    Hi @reliancejio I am jio fiber subscriber since last 2.5 year. 2 time request raised for relocation but your engineering cancelled both time and asked surrender you and apply new connection. But I want relocate my connection. Kindly resolve issue @JioCare #JioFiber
