    @JioCare Your service in City area is vary poor what condition in village area ... Also call mute voice cracking and voice back noise is comman in jio....

    @TRAI , please help me in resolving the issue, we are currently WFH. And using @reliancejio as my service. But from last three months we are experiencing serious net issue we are getting 3kbps.. in times.. which resulting in impact in work. tried contacting jio.. no use..

    @reliancejio Slow network , no one responded in customer support . 2 g speed in 4 g connection. That's the reality. I am your customer for 1 year + but now I am porting to another options.
