    Pathetic Jio services in Bangalore's Vidyaranyapura area. Either it's 1 bar or no signal at all. Even after raising many complaints, no resolutions. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCinema - since yesterday am trying to login into my jio cinema app but its not working. No OTP is triggering after so many attempts. No benefit of being jio user where I can’t avail the services i have paid for.

    @JioCare From last 7 days, marketing team also giving fake promises like we will resolve the issue soon and we are working on it. Reality is that no body is take care of our issue. And we already paid the amount and after that see what they are doing with us.

    @reliancejio I am customer of 2 Jio Fiber, the one in Odisha. The wire got broken due to some govt. Construction. Technician visited he told it cant be fixed and I need to close my jio connection. Its been 2 years I am with Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Requesting Jio to expedite my Relocation request for Jio fibre service I'd - 1203570798 ,which was made vide Order no. CO0000V0UYJD on 02.04.23. Appointment for relocation has been rescheduled 6-7 times but still awaited. Plz expedite.
