    @reliancejio @muheem_esp Can you please confirm when the jio fiber device will be picked up by your agent. I've to move to other city on 30 July. Its urgent that's why I am asking you to do so otherwise I won't have any issues using this. service request numbers are SR000015PIF6 & SR000015UTGP

    @JioCare Whoever is handling these issues must understand the number of complaints I have raised in this thread. I will be left with no option but to approach TRAI for this menace. If I feel this is not tackled properly then the only option left with me is to approach Bombay high court

    @JioCare Still Engineer not Visited, its almost 19 Hrs, My Internet is Down, What kind of Support is this? Guys... please understand, in Current Work from Home Situation, Everybody needs a Stable Connection.

    But to no avail. This is such a waste of time. Request you to make customer service more user friendly and accessible and refrain from providing redundant numbers that don’t offer much assistance. @JioCare

    @JioCare Really pathetic after sales service... For even small issue you guys are terrible and no technician is visiting since last 4 days. Do you guys having any SLA or customer will have to wait endless.
