Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, been a jio user over a decade. Since past couple of months, I am facing call drops, no network, network drop issues. To my best understanding, It all started since the launch of #jio5g in #RANCHI. Kindly resolve the issue.

Using @reliancejio 5G on @SamsungMobile S20 FE 5G is a real pain. Whenever a normal voice call comes while being on 5G it gets disconnected on picking it up then I have to manually switch to 4G and then call back the person. Samsung can release a VONR update and fix the issue.

@Ram_1408 @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio If misusing something is an art you are picasso of it. Are you really that much free to use it or you are doing speedtest for fun? That's why telcos like Airtel never provide such things because they know Indians when given something for good try to exploit it. Use fiber instead.

Jio internet service is getting worse now days. Since a month, the internet speed drops suddenly a becomes unusable, you can't even send Watsapp message. And when i call someone the speed becomes normal . Then after sometime is happens again. I'm frustrated @JioCare @reliancejio
