Hello The problem is that the internet in my area is in very bad condition, it is not possible even to talk.I also talked about this problem in sitamarhi's Jio center 6 months ago but to no avail. So I request you to take some permanent solution to solve this problem. @JioCare

So apparently @reliancejio @JioCare is so pathetic careless that despite logging a complaint with them, no one tried to resolve my issue or even contact me for that matter. They've no shame. I keep on getting marketing calls despite being on full DND. Moving to consumer forum now
