Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

@JioCare Already using @reliancejio as a backup SIM. At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

@JioCare @reliancejio Don't understand what's problem with jio. Every night the speed gets so slow that not even Google page gets open. If I call customer service 198, they just cut the call down. They say it's temporary issue but this problem is since last many months.

@JioCare where I live here I do not get signal up to mark,and if you improve the signal strength I am willing to be connected with jio fiber.Also I had talked with customer of jio who is working in network management,he said it would take time.please solve the issue
