@JioCare @fiber_jio Please take back your set top box and router too. One of worst services from past 8 months. #Uploadspeed slower 50 times than slower #download speed. #JioFiber worst custumer care expierence.

If you don't have recharge then you can't make the call, you can get the call and you can't use the internet. This is applicable for Mobile users. But where is the rules for service providers? @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio When internet and call connectivity are not working?1/2

I have been calling for the fixing of the router and some engineers came also 2 days before and after 1 hours of trying to fix, all they said is this cannot be done today. Kept waiting for the whole day and whole day but to no avail. and still people are not coming @jio @JioCare
