@JioCare @fiber_jio Please take back your set top box and router too. One of worst services from past 8 months. #Uploadspeed slower 50 times than slower #download speed. #JioFiber worst custumer care expierence.

1/1 Such a poor and pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio , I made the complaint on 8/3/2022 as my jio fiber has stopped working, and its been repetitive follow-up taken and no action has been taken by them. Its 4th day today still I am unable to use the Internet. @TRAI

@JioCare your services in Acharya vihar, Bhubaneswar is being continuously degrading from 1 year. Despite of extremely low internet speed the people using ur network bt now they are also victims of poor network coverage. Hope u will look into this matter.

1/2 Is there any authority who can help me in this matter. As these person has turned deaf to me, and further My plan is getting wasted as obviously, they won't feel any impact to them. 4 days no internet connection but paid fully for that in advance. @reliancejio @reliancegroup
