    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fiber stopped automatically, red light is blinking since 10hrs. My work gets disturbed due to this. Service request no is SR0000144JII. On call they mentioned that they will fix the issue till 8pm but no response yet. Fix it ASAP!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your Service is Awful to the core, so i called your 198 service and connected to the your service agent, he said "I don't know English and speaks bad words in hindi". Then why ******** you are appointing such people in your service team.

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmba @TRAI 2017, I have contacted jio customer care many times for better network and internet speed.But to date I have not received anything better from jio. It's not just my problem, it's the problem of hundreds of customers around me.

    @JioCare I have never experienced such a frustrating customer service. Your whatsapp customer support is broken. call support is giving all gyan and blindly following the process. Just to raise a ticket it takes 15mins. Your customer support is pushing me to look for alternative
