  @reliancejio @JioCare Being a long user, I have a serious complaint. My recharge is due in next 3-4 days. But on every call I make I have been informed about due, that too in two languages. Seriously on every call, can't it be on my 1st call of day, or on every 5th call of day.

  @reliancejio This is Mr. S. K. Seal, I have applied for a New connection and accordingly all formalities done along with deposition of Rs. 5000/- odd. I have complain 3 times, but no response from the local office, please the problem may kindly be solved.
