    @JioCare @airtelindia @airtelindia shame on you really. Its been more than 20hours still no reply and any action. Even unable to recieve calls . Just resume the service of messaging once. I want to port out now .

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2nd day. No solution to the problem. No person visits. I didnt expected such service from Jio. This is total ignorance. Jiofiber after service has now deteriorated to the worst level and do not care about the consumers.

    I am a software developer and currently I am at my native place bihar because of pandemic mostly everyone is working remotely when there's no electricity, jio network goes to no service and I had complained about it multiple times from last 2.5 months. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare SR0000167E6H Cannot transfer data from parent to child number. Raised issue many times over last 12 months. No solution provided, only told to wait for 24hrs, 48 hrs, 72 hrs No solution given since Sep 2020.

    Do I need to add that your 198 is completely useless. Who designs succh systems? Raising a complaint seems impossible. @reliancejio

    @Romil10Sharma They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @jiocare, I was told by a customer executive that an engineer will visit to resolve the query between 11-12am today but no one has arrived yet (18hours since the issue reported) Your inconvience is impacting my day to day work.
