@JioCare I have paid 3 mnts rental in advance still internet is suspended for non payment of bill. Customer care is clueless. They simply say wait for 4 hrs. Jio centre says we don't look at Jio fibre issues. I am trying to get by internet from past 2 days still no luck.

@reliancejio I had installed jio fiber on 25 December and paid an amount 3182.46 via my account The amount was double debited (confirmed with bank the payment was made to vendor) and now there is no refund available called customer care but am told to email for investigation Pls resolve ASAP

@reliancejio I have purchased Jio number in April and May. And I am having issues with that number. I am getting calls which indicates me that it's been used by another person before which may have misused. DO YOU SELL USED NUMBERS?
