@JioCare I Have already texted . If you cannot provide 4G in Metro city that too after 6 years of inception, need to inspect the roll out of 5 G. Poor network and call drops occurring mostly. @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY

@JioCare What does soon mean to you like 3 days 1 week 1 month. Because it has been a day and nobody arrived. What a service. I have never seen any service like after getting new conn. It would work for just a hour then stop. So pathetic service @JioCare Just removing it after 3 months.

@JioCare My internet won't work with my patience it requires technician's that you would have sent yesterday. Still today nobody came. Regretting i paid for 3 month plan. Changing ISP after it. Pathetic service 💩💩

@JioCare In our locality BENGAL AMBUJA,CITY CENTRE, DURGAPUR, 713216(W.B) from last 6 month internet is not working after evening . It's a huge problem . We pay the full amount of plan amount , instead of getting good internet and voice quality we are getting very poor service .
