    @JioCare 3 days, new Jio SIM, still no 5G. Customer care is unreachable, chat support keeps giving a new date every day, and no ticket has been raised. This is what happens when one company gets too dominant. We need real competition in telecom.

    @JioCare @TRAI : Jio doesn't care for customers just wanted to make money by false promises and never ever turn back. Paid for 300mbps but only get 40mbps. They never bother. Pathetic experience

    @JioCare my jiofiber connection has become so slow that the room beside where JioFiber is located doesn't have speed to even run a youtube video but when doing "run diagnostics" no issues detected..I am a JioFiber customer frm 2021, is it a sign for porting to @airtelindia ?

    @JioCare I am still counting your few hours... Can you please tell the year in which i will get the installation? Or this is just scam to get the booking amount from customer and give no service?

    @Vairamuthud2001 @JioCare JIO DOESNT CARE about customer. They ensure that you get torutured at a level, you will quit by yourself.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor network coverage in Sulur, Coimbatore - 641402 for the last 3 days. Network was down for 3 hours on Friday, and since Saturday only 1 signal bar is available. Please investigate.

    @JioCare How much more patience do you expect? I have already told you that it has been 8 days & despite being a paying customer, I am still not receiving the service. Instead of continuing to waste my time, money & energy dealing with this issue, I would be better off switching to Airtel
