    @JioCare thanks, awaiting update. total of around 32 times the customer care engineers have tried to connect to the L2 escalation desk but each time they said everyone is busy. probably look into manpower issues

    @JioCare Day 14 of complete JioFiber outage. At this stage, the issue is no longer the technical fault but JioCare's astonishing lack of accountability. Two weeks without service, despite advance payment, reflects a complete disregard for customers.

    @KuruvillaJ72573 @JioCare @reliancejio Remove the hdmi cable on your tv clean it and insert it again, this will help. My sound has become normal by doing this. If this doesn't help, ask me again

    @JioCare We had been given the same resolution for the past two days and we still havent got a technician assigned. As an IT professional I am heavily reliant on the net connectivity and we took Jio in the hope that it is the best ISP but when it comes resolving issues the team is 👎

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've already shared my details multiple times via DM and complaint records. Please review the information already available instead of repeatedly asking for the same details. The issue is still unresolved, and I need action, not repeated data collection.
