@JioCare A while back I had a talk with the Area Service Manager. He spoke very well and understood my problem. But the quality of the employee is poor. You have to take some action against him! Bad employees ruin the whole company

@reliancejio @JioCare New scam from Jio Fiber. Their representatives ask you to convert from pre paid to post paid promising 4 months service against 3 months subscription. But, you get only 3 months. Outright fraud by jio representatives. Be careful.
