    🚨 Extremely poor experience with @JIOAIRFIBERIN I paid ₹1200 on 20 Feb 2026 for a new AirFiber Max connection. It’s been ~2 months and: ❌ No installation ❌ No update ❌ No proper response Money taken, service ZERO. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare @JioCare hopeful to get the refund within the next couple of days. Given the extremely prolonged delay, I had to go ahead with alternate service provider. Hence please refund the payment for the service that you were unable to provide.
