  @JioCare It has now been four days since I reported the service outage, yet my issue remains unresolved. What is even more unacceptable is that the assigned person, Mr. Rahul Pandey, advised me to cancel my JioFiber connection instead of resolving the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare I have been visiting the Jio store for the last 3 days to get my SIM opened and your employee asks for Rs 600, otherwise the SIM is not opened. I have called Jio several times and asked for help but there is no hearing and neither is the complaint being registered.

  Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, I went through most bogus service by your #jiohome_airfiber booking process. The person who did #kyc is not receiving calls. Moreover their is no clue for cancellation process even your #chatboat198 number is also not providing support. @GoI_MeitY

  Dear @JioCare, why is it so difficult to cancel a connection? I raised a formal cancellation request, but it was closed without my consent or resolution. Is it legal to trap customers in an endless loop of raising requests? Please resolve this immediately.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Broadband connection was closed on June 1st week. After much followup, technician visited on 12th June, took the modem and Bank details. It has been 1.5 months since and no refund of security deposit. No one responding on mails either. Amazing scam service!

  @JioCare Having a 5G phone and a 5G SIM, yet I’m getting zero internet speed and constant call drops! Honestly, I feel stupid for paying so much for a recharge when the service is this unusable. The trust I had in Jio is completely gone. Fix this issue ASAP, or I'm porting out

  @JioCare @JioCare she was constantly asking me to jist wait.. she told me 24 hours have not been passed and you have to wait, but the reality is that it been 2 days now and for sure it will not be fixed today as technician couldnt identify the issue.. such a shame..

  @JioCare . I raised a complaint yesterday, but even after 24+ hours the issue remains unresolved given ETR of 5PM tomorrow Its not normal complaint financial transaction getting failed. . #Jio #Jio5G #UPI
