Dear @reliancejio Kindly stop this scam of postpaid plans. "Postpaid to prepaid" migration was never such a pain but you have given it a new definition 👏 Multiple store visits, tens of complaints raised and hours of conversations but still no help from jio. I'm apalled !

@Sagarsrk11 @JioCare @reliancejio Can't agree more. Customer support works like government department. Customer complaints get closed by itself without any customer feedback. No or irrelevant responses to emails.

@JioCare My friends and I are using this worst sim. I have 50+ contact. I'll try to convince all. port the jio sim to another network which network provides strong network.

@JioCare kindly look into your network and internet speed. Several time i have been lodged complain and mailed at @jiocare and #jionodal but couldn't solved yet. Either port out will be the only option @reliancejio pls note i am the customer from your day one. Thanks

@JioCare i am other network user if I’ll go with port my number for jio so Jio Phone offer 1 or 2 year offer + Jio Phone is available for porting costumer???
