    @JioCare @jio_fiber I have been a jio fibre customer for long. But for 15 days my Net is down. I tried reaching out; no one answered. Just tell me will you charge me for the service I have not availed and if my net is out permanently and i should look somewhere else for services.

    @JioCare its not last 48 hours .. its always like this network issue.. no website need to check its upload dowanload speed is 4 mbps.. only lte network available..

    @JioCare, My Jio AirFiber has been down for last 3 days and the app keeps showing Outside home connectivity Outage detected. Tried restarting everything multiple times, still no internet. Worst part is no proper response from customer support either. #JioAirFiber #InternetOutage

    @JioCare Very pathetic service by jio.. My internet is not working since 2 days, i have registered complain but still no one has visited to resolve issue Call centre person was also veru rude in answering. Planning to switch to @airtelindia internet

    @reliancejio Jio landline number +91-4035646050.I sent a communication for disconnection. No response.Dues,if any, shall be paid once you confirm stoppage of further billing. Also,while a new connection is easily done, for a disconnection,you give the customer nightmares.Why?

    @reliancejio Why is it nearly impossible to schedule an engineer visit? You charge for 100 Mbps and barely deliver 30 Mbps. Your customer care system is deliberately convoluted, frustrating, and almost unusable, especially for people not tech-savvy. @TRAI @jagograhakjago
