    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    And then contradicting their own views by not being able to clear about how to service the request at a convenient time as provided on DM to @JioCare . This is an extreme hassle to the Leadership @reliancegroup who must be aware of consumer difficulties like these.

    @JioCare 092847 78401 Jio TL Swapnil from Mumbai team.He is not interested to resolve customer complaints. He is also fake and giving false commitment. Jio internet is best this people unable to solve my problems and issues.
