    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    Such a poor coverage am facing... @airtelindia Better I just stayed with @reliancejio took a decision to change from jio to Airtel. now even at the crucial times it's totally going Down... You guys are giving the packs with lot Of data but you won't provide speed... Why man Why?

    @JioCare My KYC process has not been initiated yet. I was trying to reach them for the same but no reply. PS: I got this POC's contact no after I requested for jio fibre through My Jio app! I am really disappointed with such service that too before installation.

    @JioCare after misusing autodebit feature jio app have deducted more money than outstanding, now jio neither refunding excess money nor adjusting it in outstanding. SR000013XW8W is pending since last six month... Thanks to jio world largest exploitation network.

    @ViCustomerCare Such a poor service. Yesterday my sim says its not registered in network. Today bought a new sim with same number and again its not registered in network Time to switch to @reliancejio @JioCare Very poor service

    I had been facing a problem of charging & ear speaker in my jio phone. I have been gone to the service center 2-3 times, & they say that the server is not working properly & don't cooperate. Is this your after sales service? #reliancejio #MukeshAmbani#jiophone @reliancejio
