Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

Mukesh Sharma (@MukeshS02105594) reported@JioCare due to the problem in recharge I have connected to Jio Customer Care both on phone and visited physically but they are unknowledgeable and are unable to resolve problems and even they don't have proper knowledge of their on plans. Wasted more than a hour on care centre.
