    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare #SR00001DKN5F 2/2 But with JIOFiber VPN is BLOCKED & not at all getting connected. JIO Support team are keep on giving me lame and illogical reason instead of resolving it. Even they don't know what is VPN. Kindly resolve my issue asap Or i will have to leave JIO.

    @JioCare and again asked for same details regarding ip addresses and stuff. Clearly your team is incompetent to resolve this issue. Kindly acknowledge this so i can move on to an alternate provider. thanks but no thanks

    @JioCare @reliancejio , Problem with my jiofiber installation. It’s been 3 days after paying money. No one shown up. There is no response from customer care when I tried calling the toll free. I’m not able to work. Can you check today or give me a refund. You failed to activate

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI 2/2 customer has to adjust to engineer time. No one from call center is answering and if we do late payment the connection is disconnected instantly. What services are you offering. Pathetic

    @JioCare @JioCare for the 3rd time field engineers came & said we aren't able to fix it. and their manager (name withheld) gives excuse that it is blocked by government when it is clearly not for other providers. He asked me to share otp to close the issue to proceed further

    Dear @JioCare, it's been the second time in the last 7 days that the 4G network speed has significantly dropped—in my area—to the point that I can't even google anything. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed ASAP.

    @JioCare 1. During selling of fiber sales person promised for provide four month plan. Now sales person saying that I sold jio fiber to you to achieve my target. I can't help you any more.
