    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Any Update on above as still same happening ,Jio is not even bother about customers,we are only who made u 5th Strongest Network but ground reality is that Data/Speed is even low as bearly gets 50kbps in 21th Century.Dropped multiple email but same answer many user using internet

    Hey @reliancejio , may I know how to switch from Jio to another network bcoz all my valuable money goes in vain in Jio recharge. The network quality is so worst in my area that I can't Google the complaint number of Jio & neither can tweet. I'm unable to use 100 mb out of 1 gb
