    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare I am not able to avail your Jio fiver facility since yesterday night, I have also requested for service and got time slot today afternoon but no service man has come from Jio fiber till now and your customer service is saying that I can't help it , please help #jiofiber

    @iharshaa @reliancejio @JioCare They are defiant & wont resolve the issue. I had mentioned them 05 connection nos for resolving internet issue. But all in vain. Only alternative to go for MNP. Awaiting expiry date of all recharges to go for MNP. Useless company exploits customers. Company makes money luring us.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Today I tried to do recharge of Rs 329 on my no 8320429845.. I searched google and from Jio site I recharged. Recharge successful but mobile yet not recharged.. please help.. Reference number BR0006QCT9FP Transaction ID 2276387398

    @JioCare one of the worst service gaving by the Jio internet .i have complain so many time but no one resolved my internet issue (only excuse).

    @JioCare Please refund the amount if you have issues at your end. 5 days past amount payment and still waiting for installation

    @JioCare It’s been addressed yesterday after hundreds of email and phone calls. Finally router has been changed. You guys need to be more customer centric . Customer service is an alien concept to Reliance group. If you want to succeed in retail and service you need to pay more attention
