@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@JioCare Against my complaint a SR was allotted SR000016IG7L. One of the Jio fiber Engineers visited my place and did some troubleshooting, after spending 10-20 minutes he said the issue can't be resolved. Worst experience with #Jio Fiber #Kashmir. FYI @aftab_gashroo

@JioCare Whenever i raise a complaint you raise a service request no engineer visit for device pick up but when your store manager has picked up the device dated 28/06/2021 why don’t you call and confirm him (7003197418) this is jio store manager no and now he is not answering calls

I have got a bill for Rs.957 for the period 27th to 31st July for 5 days. All my mails are getting vague responses. Not clear what has been done. How do i escalate further on this?

@JioCare Jio Fiber customer care and their onsite teama re making customer fool. Tarnishing the brand image of Reliance. Thry keep on saying that they will reach but never came to addeess the problem. They keep sitting in their office and making conpamy fool.
