    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare Team there should be some respect you give to the customer who pays for services you render. You are not doing any charity. I was given an engineer contact and he's ignoring my calls after he spoke for the 1st time. Horrendous. @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai

    @JioCare I spoke to Mr Sandeep who is the Manager of Jio Fiber service centre Malleshwaram Bangalore. He said he will get it done by evening today. Still now no one has turned up yet.

    @JioCare Sorry doesn't solve the issue. It looks no one is accountable. Unless you're not going to be sued you are just going to communicate and say sorry. I'm given the matter to local police and consumer forum.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber got cut engineer did not come for the appointment.Called customer care that engineer has not come, appointment delayed by 2 hours.I showed I am upset jio customer care without my consent raised cancel of jio Now cant access internet even after wire issue solved
