    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio why you are making fool to your customers. You can't give good service in 4G and talking about 5G . Since 2 year i am facing same issue . You are saying new site will be launch in your location and it will improve your network. You are doing nothing for network.

    No 4g connectivity last one week. 110018. Should I discontinue jio? @JioCare you can refund my money if you cannot provide service. Once your network improves i can become your customer again. What do you say? @reliancejio

    @JioCare I told you the village name entire village not getting proper network to call someone and browsing internet.

    We have 3 small cells installed in our premises. Even then there is ZERO network coverage. Multiple calls to the nearest JC have been ignored. I am available at 9873921451 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @rahulyadav_5 I've never experienced poorer customer service. All they will do is give a copy and paste response, ask you to go to the DM and then go into silent and no response mode. Strangely their app allows everything but you cannot raise a complaint ticket.

    @JioCare It's already 9 months. How much more patience??? How much more time? U people don't e en wanna call me to leme explain my issue verbally and ur appellate authorities are the most hopeless authority. Even they are leat bothered to call even after 45 emails. #stopthisfraud

    @JioCare I am not getting network coverage for my jio sim since 3 days. I spoke to your representatives over phone but there was no resolution. I have checked all the settings. I have messaged you my phone number. Please advise as to what can I do
