    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @tusharmohanty12 Both prepaid and postpaid are active- I am having postpaid router the representative s are absconding- not picking up phones- called customer care of Jio Fibre can't do anything. #jiofibre not helpful and trustworthy @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Just now I received computer call for balance payment and if not paid connection will be cut one side you say DM us we will solve issues and on DM you say that's just monthly reminder and bill cycle message and now direct cut connection @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw pls any1 will help
