Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

Arghyadip Ghosh (@ArghyadipGhos17) reported@JioCare Facing slow Jio 5G since 21 April. Earlier I was getting n78 (3500 MHz) with ~700 Mbps, now only n28 (700 MHz) with very low speed. Tower is just 300m away. Already emailed, no response. Please escalate.
