    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare .what is the problem of net . jio network is rost condition in my area . many time complaint to jio customer care. But my issue is not resolve . now i think go with other network . PORT WITH OTHER NET WORK

    @reliancejio Most of the days my internet not working and not incoming and outgoing I call customer care they said We will fixed try to hardwork still saying in 3years what a fast service in my area 4g like 2g and if I buy a 5g ? 5g works like 5g or 3g
