    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare @Jio_Offl @reliancejio You should receive award of "Cheat customer company of India", shame on you, I didn't do anything wrong its your app fault that did this, now you are replying you can't do anything. And you are advertising 5G in India. Utterly shameful

    @fiber_jio @JioCare Hello Team, Can anyone help me resolve this backend issue with ticket number IM135397471 , I following up from 3rd December still no resolution. I am tired of followups with customer care, they are following the same steps and expecting a different result.

    @ViCustomerCare charging for Rs. 75 for Sim Exchange. Seriously!! Discontinued Idea Service abruptly without informing! Got a new Sim waiting for activation. @reliancejio I am coming 🙏🏻
