    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    Hi @airtelindia @JioCare @VodafoneGroup, if anyone among you comes up with customer customised option will be great. I’ve cards of all of you but in none, do I see customised option. I don’t need 1 2 or more gbs of internet as I’ve WiFi at home as well office

    No refund No service Very bad service @Airtel_Presence That's reason I was ported all my family number to @reliancejio Next changes in your broadband service. Actually, Jio cable is just wired in my location but they have not started the service so I am waiting for it.

    Dear @reliancejio I m facing too much slow net speed in my area from last 25 days. I hv complained so many times to your representatives. They gave very silly excuses. My one year recharge is going waste. Kindly look at this problem or refund my money as the service is worst.
