    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare Thank you for the quick response over call. As discussed we have share an SMS with an link which will redirect you to active plan page in MyJio App - Shreyas Dated: 11/08/2021, 11.39 AM They send such a useless msg and assumes that they have resolved the issue.

    Dear @reliancejio, I was told that after my issue is fixed @JioCare would extend my validity by the number of days (7 in this case) I had no internet and that hasn’t happened yet. I am not asking for anything more than what I was owed by you. pay for the internet and I need it.

    @JioCare be done today , but still we will try our best . At the end the issue was not resolved. I was kept on hold for 30 min at 8:30 call (is this the way you handle your customers ?) M I stupid to book appointment for 18th 2 days earlier ? Very poor service

    @JioCare The problem was fixed but it lasted for a day only. Customer care even not providing the status of the complaint.just disconnecting the phone. Great support
