    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @bahulapanguluri @reliancejio I would prefer doing same but for somehow, all Jio Stores in my city are closed these days. I’m not sure why. And unfortunately, I can’t do it myself as I won’t be receiving the verification codes. @reliancejio can you help?

    @JioCare Sorry to ask this, but does @reliancejio @JioCare really have any intention to solve the issue ? In DM I have received replies from 4 different executives (Tanmay, Anjum, Anuj, Harshal) who blindly replies like Robots without even reading previous conversations.

    @reliancejio For a one hour rain itself the internet connection is disconnected for more than 36 hrs, Is Jio Fiber is using a Fiber optic cable or some old copper wire 😡😡 Pathetic service
