@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

For 24 hours to get the connection re-stored? And how will I process any thing within this span? Honestly, there could not have been a more sickening service and service provider. Only if I knew, Jio's true colour I would have refrained from taking the connection. @reliancejio

@JioCare Just FYI- Suspention is not the cause for my internet issue. As I mentioned earlier, there is a junction box install in common area out of my flat where jio fiber is attached and due to excessive power in fiber, internet is impacted. This is the real cause.

@reliancejio had taken internet connection along with some OTT but l didn't get any service so l had asked for disconnect and refund the money,but till now I have not received any updates,l have written 25 emails regarding the same, is this how you provide services to customers
