    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please complete full installation of the JioFiber connection. I got a message stating you've put it On Hold as per my request, which is untrue. No one called to ask/tell me this. Support execs, if you want the appln number, pls reply and I will DM you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare absolutely pathetic customer service, been a month facing call failure issue, when called customer care, call disconnected twice while taking complaints and 3rd guy is not ready to take complaint
