    @arpitmeena_49 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare i want to migrate to Jio from BSNL fibre as i have made a blunder choosing this pathetic Bsnl fibre ..half of the time no internet issue So can I use the router which bsnl gave? Or do I have to get it again ?

    @reliancejio absolutely pathetic internet connection on my 4g network . Unable to open social media apps and not a single video loading in . Mind me not if I switch ....
