Deliberate harassment being done by ur representative Rahul Yadav (9523799229). He called me at place at 11 AM to install this connection, but since then he is not picking up phone. I called him 5 times till now but no response till 1:32 PM. The one who took booking (Mob No. 9310139597) is also neither picking up my phone call nor responding to WhatsApp text. Is this how your company harasses the customers. I have paid the three months bill amount in advance. This is pure deficiency in service and thus, not acceptable. Plz take action against these two frauds of your company and inform me about action taken failing which I shall be taking this matter before concerned consumer forum having jurisdiction.

Teja (@itstejams) reported@TRAI @JioCare I have placed a JioFiber relocation request and service has not been fulfilled because local jio service guys asked me to raise a new connection request. I had paid 1200₹ for relocation request. Again I paid 3333₹ for new connection request.

Either provide a clear timeline for restoration or disconnect the service and take your equipment back. Customers deserve solutions, not endless excuses.
