    @JioCare sir you network system is based on electricity. Whenever there is electricity network available, if light cut then network gone. What is happening..you are company of richest man of india. Please buy a generator...i am a CS student and you know my need of internet work.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello JIO..... We facing network issue to last three days. Please help to resolve this problem at our location. Here 500+. Customers of jio network. If it not resolve this issue then all customers need to change Network operator.

    Looks like carrier aggregation (4G+) has started in Gujarat Circle on @JioCare network (seeing this on Honor Play). Internet has been zero and completely down, however will wait a day or two to see if this gets fixed. CC: @TelecomTalk

    @JioCare : Please ask your backend team to resolve my router pairing issue. Also stop giving false commitments on DM that it would be solved at the earliest since 22/5.Your service engineer said it is a faulty router and he also wasn’t able to pair his phone.

    @JioCare Im not able to fetch the details of current plan in myjio. My grandmother is using that set and I'm not getting if that plan is active. Your customer care executive didn't give proper response. Can I get help?
