@reliancejio @JioCare My JIO Fiber connection 1513551535 uninstalled on 27/6/22. But security deposit refund not received till now. I called customer care more than ten times . I sent my Bank details many times to JIO Fiber care by mail but refund not received till now.

Hi @JioCare Can you please help me in getting the resolution for Service Request# SR00001CVZLO. It's been 2 days and the Jio Fiber is down in Our Area. I have contacted customer support multiple times but not getting any resolution. This kind of service is not expected from Jio.

@JioCare Day 5 of me having patience. Still no help from you guys. What kind of prioritisation is that. Take your broadband away if you can't fix it. No one even tried to contact me and here you are saying that, have patience ....
