    @JioCare Sir I don't thik so you provided good service I have taken POS I'd 2 month before and I request the manager plz provide me sim because I show some work but they not interested now I am working for airtel and team of Airtel is good and super ur team only have attitude

    @mathurmanish @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001AF5JS, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +916573553024 has been rescheduled as per your request. Please look into the matter otherwis I will cancel the connection .

    @JioCare @reliancejio I want to change the Ownership of my pre paid number and want to convert it into postpaid after that.... I visited jio store today and they said ownership can't change ... I would be forced to port to other network then... Pls help at earliest.

    @JioCare Why your app is showing problem resolved when problem is NOT resolved. 48 hours and status is still the same. High voltage at box on pole which was reported 48 hrs before. Concerned team is neglecting this problem #disgraceful service
