@JioCare Jio broadband is down since yesterday afternoon. Sent the service request number on DM. While creating the request it was given an option of 7pm by which it would be resolved. But no commitments in Jio.

@JioCare @PMOIndia dear Indians pls don't encourage jio related networks as this fraud network and that too postpaid connection they collect security deposit as refundable but they never refund to customers from January am asking but till now they didn't refund (1/2)

Jio Fiber is not at all a consumer friendly. JIO Care is good for nothing as all the controls are in hand of backend team who are not willing to work and always come up with 24 hour timeline which will never come. 48 hours 13+ calls and still no internet. #JIOCare #MukeshAmbani

@JioCare It is getting ridiculous. I got msg on Oct 2 that service is temp suspended & on Oct 3 I get msg that services are restored while I have placed request for disconnection. It has been 5 days yet no disconnection done & I'm getting billed on daily basis. This is unacceptable
