    @JioCare I think you should be able to get that from the complaint number mentioned in the screenshot above. I don’t think you took the courtesy to check the picture, did you!

    @JioCare And what about one more payment that was charged on May 4 ? Who will adjust that ? So typically you have charged 2 extra months. Thats the problem that no one is yet aware of issue and are discussing it on twitter. Was not aware twitter is Jio’s official customer care centre.

    @DoT_India @DoT_India I’m receiving calls daily and I can’t keep sharing these nos with @JioCare every-time (because they don’t do anything and it’s waste of time taking to them) how do I file an official complaint against jio for breach of privacy and failure to provide quality service?
