    Don't buy New @reliancejio Fiber Business Plans, especially Prepaid plans. They offer it to you, take the prepayment and then they don't deliver. If you go for support, no response at all. We are not getting email responses for more than a month. @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioMart_Support Don't you have reconciliation/operations team who can support the queries raised for money debited from customers account with date and amount provided. Such bogus people 😡 we are just fitting for our own money for which we haven't received the product as well..

    @JioCare This is an update related to DND SR No SR00001IBSH0 raised for your Jio number *****04677. As per Regulatory guidelines, we are unable to take any direct action on your complaint as the same has been reported after 3 days of receiving the unsolicited call/SMS. Thank you, Team Jio
