    @JioCare it's done, pathetic service and network even outside state (uttarakhand). Want to discontinue with Jio, @airtelindia is better just that they must have improvise from past. Thinking again to be a part of @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare One Jio tower is available at Village- Badakhaladi, pincode- 757040.But after powercut, jio network is becoming zero & other SIM networks having no issue. So that Jio can't provide uninterrupted services.please resolve the issue.@Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare It seems your team has no coordination, one technician visits and informs me that the issue can be resolved by the other department. If that is the case then why he visited? If he has zero knowledge he shall be briefed better? I'm completely at loss by opting Jio Fiber it seems.

    @JioCare it is more than 20 days since I have requested you to cancel my connection,no one contacted me to pick up the device from my home.however in your responses you always mention it will be picked within 7 days..

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm facing the problem of call dropping since 15 days so do needful at your end to resolve the issue ASAP. Your customer care service is quite worst and never give proper response.

    @JioCare No because of discrepancies as mentioned in my last reply. Was in continuous conversation with your customer care to resolve the issue, but instead of resolving you blocked my outgoings.

    @JioCare I was so happy to get @reliancejio network on my phone, now my jio network is deactivated as I was out of station and my old phone was in breakdown condition due to which I was unable to use it.. its my sincere request kindly please activate my jio number 9090516917.

    @reliancejio @JioCare From a long I was using a jio number but unfortunately my phone stooped working for some day & now when I got a new phone I put sim on that but I found sim is closed by jio I visited Jio gallery but they are not helping me please help to get the same number.
