    @JioCare Very poor network connectivity at Cherai too. Very poor data speed while travel. Worst roaming experience so far from Jio. It was a big mistake to use port facility. Joining Airtel is the first thing on agenda on our return to the city. #jiospeedtest #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare it has been 3 days since my jio fiber isnt working and i am not able to use your services. I called 3 days continuously to your customer care number. They tell me a given time a technician will come. But no one comes. So will i get a solution?

    @JioCare Hi,define earliest? I still have no updates on this issue?I'm simply asking for full refund, I don't understand why this is sucha big deal for such an emerging telecom operator.not sure if you really have a happy customers or it's jst big show all around

    @PTI_News @reliancejio Trust something's launch ready for April 2021.... Basic keypad handset with long battery hours, fm/mp3 player, high resolution front/back camera, 64gb external storage, waterproof. This segment is not social media type.

    @reliancejio - I have a 6 months subscription to JioFibre # +91-1135509337. Facing internet non-connectivity since installation. No connectivity since 5:00 pm, Dec 7, 2020. SR00134PJO; Interaction # MR00UJS020 with Customer Service. But no action from #JioFibre.

    @JioCare @rsprasad 20 days, standard response to DMs, no resolution of issue which you guys called and accepted as double charges. cust-care fake, redirect you to a maze of numbers, all are again customer care. don't give u complaint no. A big mistake of switching from airtel.

    @JioCare First tell me why you have blocked me from connecting to customer care at 198, 199 & 1800-889-9999. Whenever I call these numbers no option is given in the IVR to connect to customer care. But if I call from relatives number the same option is given. It means you have blocked me.
