    @DoT_India Even forwarding it to them my issue is still unresolved by @JioCare @reliancejio,after regular conversation with 14 executives & even giving all the details I'm getting just computerised calls/messages to give appointment and ratings to their useless not so helpful customer care.

    @JioCare Horrible service, I have raised a request for relocation on 24 and from then on my request has been pushed every day to the next day. When I call your support line they say next day confirm sir engineer will visit but nothing happens. Worst ISP please do not use JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare i am not get proper service what i paid for… customer support whose work is to support are not. If your team is not able to fix my issue ask them to search better broadband service for me. Thank you!!

    @JioCare Haven't received any call or SRN as mentioned by you. Still now no resolution has been provided. Kindly confirm will you guys change the faulty router with new one with any conditions or not.
