  @JioCare My JioFiber connection is facing frequent internet disconnections. After every power cut, the internet doesn't reconnect automatically even after electricity is restored. I have to restart the router multiple times, and sometimes it still doesn't work. @jio_fiber

  @JioCare Hi Priyanka ,we made a call on Jio customer service on July 4th at 10:51am , asked them to cancel on that day , they said you need to call 72 hours before your billing date to cancel, We called 12th got SMS saying it will take till 19th , my question is will the new bill agin ?

  @JioCare @reliancejio Jio 5G is worse than 4G. I have 3 Jio connections, and all devices are facing the same slow internet issue in Sudha Sarovar, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad. Customer care has no solution. Fix this immediately.

  @jio_fiber @JioCare your post installation services have really gone down. Earlier any complain related to Jio Fiber was resolved within 1-2 hours. Now we have to wait for almost a day to get the services restored in Lucknow. Kindly see to it.

  @JioCare The Jio Fiber Wi-Fi is down from last more than 36 hrs and no one is able to confirm by when it be restored... Facing problem without Wi Fi ... @TRAI @jio_fiber
