@JioCare Hi Reliance Jio, Yesterday I recharged my number via the MyJio app. The amount was deducted, but the recharge was not successful. Now I’m unable to contact customer care as it says “no balance, unable to make call.” Please resolve this issue urgently. #JioCare

@JioCare If customer raises a service request for your technician to visit,u give a slot with specific time,u send ur technician as per ur convenience and put the complaint on hold as the customer was not available. U want to operate on ur terms then don’t beg for business
