    @JioCare I have done a jio mobile no recharge on 15/08/21 but jio neither recharge my no.nor gave refund inmy account My bank said amount 399 is recieved by jio merchant sucessfulyJio does not give any response to its customer very poor customer service now I should gofor airtel

    @reliancejio jio fibre fooling ppl with bad service... jiofibre shows good package but very dumb 4-5 days no service in pune hadapsar. no response from service engineer last 4-5 days every month. bsnl fibre is good and uninturrupted. we whole society banning jiofibre service soon.

    @reliancejio horrible service of jio fiber, the technician was supposed to visit today, but no one arrived after following up several times. Now all the customer care executives are listening to the issue and intentionally disconnecting calls. @JioCare

    @JioCare You never take DND SMS complaints. I only get this message all the time. Reference your DND SR # SR000016IMVN, the reported call/SMS details were insufficient for taking further action. @DoT_India @TRAI Look in to this. Sender ID is a valid record.
