@TRAI you should issue a notice to @JioCare either clear customer complaints or deactivate twitter handler account cause they are just replying please DM your personal detail, and then hidden msgs means resolvance zero. #Zerotollrence i have paid for 4g, net speed is 2-10kbps

@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile guys why my phone galaxy A6+ Can not turn data on from another sim card which is not on LTE network. My one sim, is on LTE which is JIO, who has only 4g network, other is @BSNLCorporate who has 2/3G in my area. @JioCare is not giving speed. And 1/2

@JioCare Go **** urself. You are not supposed to share location with any one. But it is an information that you already have. Don't tell me what you are doing for ur so called #customers I am just waiting to end up the validity. After that porting. U hv 2 months left.

@JioCare got a new fiber connection just today and was informed at 10:30 in the morning that the connection would be installed in 2 hours or at least we would be intimated about the installation appointment. numerous calls with customer support but in vain. Regretting decision

@JioCare Most pathetic customer service you guys have!! #jiofiber is installed but it doesnt have static IP and neither the surveillance camera’s work. Disconnect my connection or I will make the JIO fiber box for my colony is thrown out.
