Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue” Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas. (Sunevkhurd,Hansot, Bharuch) @JioCare @TRAI @MIB_India

@JioCare I have been listening to the same stuff... Even one guy yesterday told me that the issue is escalated. I hope jio knows the meaning of an escalation and what resolution an escalated case should provide

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio isn't working and so many users complaining about slow internet day by day. We're paying for your service. We're mot using for free. Jio increased charges of all plans but still we don't getting good internet speed.

Internet down for three days straight @reliancejio @JioCare called your customer care so many times only to be told "engineer put the visit on hold as per your request" when I didn't even get contacted, no calls, no messages, nothing. Nobody responding to my concerns.
