    @reliancejio Very disappointing services from Jio. Have been following up with your sales team, customer care team since 3 days for installation but there is zero response. NO0001E31CEC is my order. If your team does not have the bandwidth then kindly cancel and refund my money.

    @JioCare Your service engineer said that installation is not possible in my area and my installation request is cancelled but is not providing cancellation SR number..

    @JioCare @JioCare Service has been unstable since 16 June 2026. Due to repeated outages, my work-from-home has been affected and I could not use the paid service. Kindly provide compensation/bill adjustment along with a permanent fix.

    @JioCare Still no solution and no proper solution. The engineer Sachin Parmar is very rule and has no manner how to talk with customers. I rest my complaint here and moving to another alternative.
