    Pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio. Made a big mistake switching to Jio. planning to go back to @ACTFibernet. Jio customer care should learn from ACT on resolution time.

    @reliancejio This company is committed to provide good network by removing the existing mobile tower and compelling the subscribers to port their SIM. Knocking on their door since 18 Jan but no action to improve network. Shameless people
