    @JioCare I ported my no. For better service, but unfortunately the experience has become worse. Facing poor signal strength, frequent call drops & very slow internet speed ..Kindly look into this issue and improve the service urgently.

    @airtelindia @TRAI does it take 3 days to tranfer 1 wifi connection intercity? The network is inconsistant and we get it intermittently but u charge us full for lack on your part. Pls get it done asap or i will port to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio what the hell is your service ? Its been so many days not a single reply from dm or none of you have contacted and its happening every single day for 4-5 hours . How can u guys be so lazy ?? The speed is worst even after changing plans for higher internet

    @JioCare currently have an eSIM, but I need a physical SIM card instead. I have visited your stores in Mumbai, but none of them have been able to help because my number belongs to the Maharashtra circle. Could you please assist me with getting a physical SIM card issued?

    Dear @JioCare we are facing severe connectivity problem in our area - Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Wifi is not connecting properly and even the mobile network is working in 4G mode, even though when it has 5G connectivity. Please address the problem and provide resolutions asap

    @JioCare @PMOIndia @BBCHindi worst service provider, looting people, jio has taken my money in advance and now not installing Airfiber. Their people are so arogant and mannerless. So don't go for Jio. Please refund my money for postpaid why they have taken money in advance
