    @JioCare We have tried every method but still #forbidden error exist and unable to connect. Kindly reset from your system. @TRAI is also requested to get this incident enquired and suitable action be taken against @reliancejio for their rude attitude towards grievance redressal 🙏

    @reliancejio @JioCare from last Sunday I had an issue with my jio Fiber internet was not working. so I contacted the customer service they asked me for my free time when an engineer can visit so asked them to visit on Monday they told me they ll visit

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare sir you need to get your JIO caller, technical and twitter handler area updated. On Twitter no one responds. Call center call gets disconnected always and technical issue cannot be resolved visiting JIO stores
