    @JioCare Mumbai western suburban area jio fiber net is down since 9th June 2021. We raised service call on same day and since today no resolution…. no response on escalation mails as well… really disappointed

    @JioCare my jio fiber connection is not working , i have lodged a complaint today in morning. There was a missed call and sms at 4.17 pm stating that you have not received my call that is why we are closing the complaint. Is this way jio takes care of customers?

    @ViCustomerCare Network has come back but I am not sure when it will go again. You guys have lost it after Idea merger. Ridiculous. My @JioCare number works wonderfully well.
