    @JioCare I have done the same. Please can you teach your customer executives to learn the way to communicate. I will want to share the recording with you on how your customer executives talk to the customer. Thankfully have recorded the call and will be using it further.

    @JioCare @TRAI Its my humble request to TRAI to take a strike action against reliance jio as they are not responding to my complaint properly.I don't want to switch to someother network but I think jio is forcing me to switch someother network due to their network issue.

    @JioCare instead of resolving customer network issues giving bullshit replies to people to check 4G is enabled or not sim should be in sim1 tray. But they will never fix customer problems and saying we will fix ASAP. But none of the problems will be resolved.

    @reliancejio Internet not working in our area since 3 days. No pre- intemation about downtime, no intemation about any maintenance work. Nobody knows when the services will be restore. Please look into the issue.
