@JioCare My service ID is NO0000949WXU. This was installed on 16/03/2019 and suspended on 14/04/2019. It is today 25/01/2022 and I have not received my refund of deposit . Rs. 4500/- was initiated via NEFT on 13th August 2019 but failed. My money has still not been refunded.

Last week I bought a jio phone from a authorised jio centre.The store manager did not provide me the sim card. Next day I went to that store & asked him to provide me the sim card but he behaved me very rudely and denied to give the sim Please help me out @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare My complaint with Service request no SR000018HA6J for Jiofibre connection has not been resolved yet its been 4 days.I have WFH .The lathargic and irresponsible attitude of the Manager Shakir917306231692 is unbearable.Keep up the good work @JioCare u lost another customer

Revolution of Mobile Network. Earlier we give priority to talk time rather than mobile data while recharging but now the things are opposite. @reliancejio , @airtelindia
