@JioCare I was not concerned of messages but not solving the issue by your gallery executive and directing me to call 198. Porting issue was not resolved by anyone ....customer service person was not available neither call getting through. whom to talk and explain was the issue.

Employees of jio are not laying fibre from main areas. Someone from jio asked me to pay 15000 for an unofficial connection. Alot of connections being given like this. They are setting a precedence in bad taste! Requesting DC Srinagar @listenshahid and @reliancejio to look into it

@reliancejio @JioCare It has been more than one and half month you guys have not refunded my deposit Jio Fiber amount. I did the right thing to disconnect jio fiber pathetic connection. Service ID 300850845397 having JioFixedVoice Number +912079603451.

@JioCare Why your network is too slow? I have done recharge for 1 year in June worth rs 2,121 but after recharging... Your network chiiiii Bhukkad why are you eating my data everyday?? I can't even use my data.
